A laser beam was coupled into a tapered optical fiber tip with a diameter of about 2.6 μm, and a 46 μm diameter microsphere was propelled by the outgoing optical pulse. With the change of pulse energy from 1.35 to 7.22 μJ, the calculated average velocity of the driven microsphere varied from 0.38 to 10.68 cm/s. The scanning electron microscope images of the fiber tip show that there is no thermal damage during the experiment.  相似文献

传统光纤光栅传感器存在温度应力交叉敏感的问题,无法同时测量被测物体的温度应力变化情况。针对这种情况,提出一种新型的利用紫外光刻写相移光栅的方法,在刻写光栅前用电极放电的方法去除掉极小一段光纤的光敏性,使光纤原有的均匀周期分布状态被破坏,从而形成相移光栅,并对其进行理论分析。此种相移光栅的透射光谱存在2个明显的谐振峰,利用2个峰对温度和应变灵敏度不同的性质,可以通过建立解调矩阵来实现温度与应力的同时测量。实验结果表明:利用此种方法制成的相移布拉格光栅能够较为精确地实现温度、应力的同时测量,所制作的传感器温度灵敏度最高可达9.51 pm/℃,灵敏度方差低于2.125×10?7,应变灵敏度最高可达0.767 pm/με,灵敏度方差低于2.156×10?10。  相似文献

We examine the electrophoresis of spherical particles in microfluidic devices made of alternating wells and narrow channels, including a system previously used to separate DNA molecules. Our computer simulations predict that such systems can be used to separate spherical particles of different sizes that share the same free-solution mobility. Interestingly, the electrophoretic velocity shows an inversion as the field intensity is increased: while small particles have higher velocities at low field, the situation is reversed at high fields with the larger particles then moving faster. The resulting nonlinearity suggests that asymmetric pulsed electric fields could be used to build separation ratchets: particles then have a net size-dependent velocity in the presence of a zero-mean external field. Exploiting the inversion mentioned above, we show how to design pulsed field sequences that make particles move against the mean field (an example of negative mobility). Finally, we demonstrate that it is possible to use pulsed fields to make particles of different sizes move in opposite directions, even though their charge have the same sign.  相似文献

Abstract

The recent progress using Raman spectroscopy and imaging of graphene is reviewed. The intensity of the G band increases with increased graphene layers, and the shape of 2D band evolves into four peaks of bilayer graphene from a single peak of monolayer graphene. The G band will blue shift and become narrow with both electron and hole doping, whereas the 2D band will blue shift with hole doping and red shift with electron doping. Frequencies of the G and 2D band will downshift with increasing temperature. Under compressed strain, the upshift of the G and 2D bands can be found. Moreover, the strong Raman signal of monolayer graphene is explained by interference enhancement effect. As for epitaxial graphene, Raman spectroscopy can be used to identify the superior and inferior carrier mobility. The edge chirality of graphene can be determined by using polarized Raman spectroscopy. All results mentioned here are closely relevant to the basic theory of graphene and application in nanodevices.  相似文献

以乙酸镉、 2-巯基苯并噻唑、 硫化钠和氯化铜为原料, 依次利用液相热分解与离子吸附法, 改变CdS晶化时间及含量, 制备了4种CdS/CuS纳米复合材料. 研究结果表明: CdS/CuS纳米复合材料呈类球形核壳结构, 改变CdS晶化时间可以控制CdS/CuS纳米复合材料粒径大小; CdS的晶化时间为10 min, CdS与CuS摩尔比为4∶1的纳米复合材料光催化活性最佳, 25 min内对RhB和MB的降解效率均达到99%.  相似文献

A mild and efficient protocol for the synthesis of dibenzopyranones and pyrazolobenzopyranones was developed involving a copper(0)/Selectfluor system-catalyzed double CH activation/oxygen insertion of 2-arylbenzaldehydes and 5-arylpyrazole-4-carbaldehydes. Preliminary mechanistic studies suggest that both water and dioxygen act as the oxygen source in the formation of pyranone scaffolds.  相似文献

对高温超导磁悬浮环形杜瓦进行了漏热分析。在杜瓦内部采用真空多层绝热结构,并在整个外表面包裹了玻璃微纤维深冷绝热纸,工艺简单,绝热效果良好。通过传热学理论分析和计算,得到杜瓦的漏热量及液氮的损耗量。结果表明,固体传导漏热为主要的漏热来源,液氮维持的时间能达到技术要求的10小时,整个杜瓦装置的绝热性能良好。  相似文献

衬底温度是磁控溅射法制备氧化锌薄膜中一个非常重要的工艺指标,探索衬底温度对氧化锌薄膜微结构及光学性能的影响对制备环保型高质量氧化锌紫外屏蔽材料具有重要意义。以质量分数99.99%的氧化锌陶瓷靶为溅射源,利用射频磁控溅射技术在石英衬底上沉积了氧化锌紫外屏蔽薄膜,通过X射线衍射仪、薄膜测厚仪、紫外-可见分光光度计、荧光分光光度计进行测试和表征,研究了不同衬底温度对ZnO薄膜微结构及光学性能的影响。实验结果表明:制备所得薄膜均为六角纤锌矿结构,具有沿(002)晶面择优取向生长的特点,其晶格常数、晶粒尺寸、透过率、光学能隙、可见荧光、结晶质量等都与衬底温度密切相关,当衬底温度为250 ℃,溅射功率160 W,氩气压强0.5 Pa,氩气流速8.3 mL/min,沉积时间60 min时,所得氧化锌薄膜样品取向性最好,晶粒尺寸最大,薄膜结构致密,具有良好的光学性能和结晶质量。  相似文献
