The synthesis and spectral properties (ir, ms, nmr) of a substituted 2‐methyl‐2H‐pyrazolo[4,3‐d]‐pyrimidin‐7‐one ( 3 ), an isomer of Viagra®, are described. The key synthon, 4‐amino‐1‐methyl‐5‐propyl‐3‐pyrazolecarboxamide ( 7 ), is prepared via the reaction of ethyl 2,4‐dioxoheptanoate with methylhydrazine, followed by cyclization, nitration, amidation, and nitro group reduction. Interaction of 7 with 2‐ethoxyben‐zoyl chloride yielded the respective bis‐amide ( 8 ) which was cyclized in polyphosphoric acid to the corresponding pyrazolo[4,3‐d]pyrimidin‐7‐one derivative 9 . Chlorosulfonylation of 9 , and subsequent treatment with 1‐methylpiperazine furnished iso Viagra ( 3 ).  相似文献

It is known that particular types of semi‐crystalline/elastomer polymer blends exhibit shape memory effects (SME) due to the dispersion of two immiscible phases. In this study, the crystal structure of polylactic acid (PLA)/ thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) based shape memory polymer (SMP) is altered by incorporating small amounts of montmorillonite (MMT) nanoclay. The results indicate the incorporation of MMT can improve the compatibility of the two different polymers. Moreover, the presence of MMT affects the total crystallinity of the SMP and improves mechanical properties. Lastly, uniaxial stretching deformation can be applied to the SMP at room temperature conditions while maintaining its shape memory properties. With 1 wt % MMT particles, the recovery ratio (Rr) was nearly 95%, which indicated a strong recovery effect. The shape‐fixing ratio (Rf) remained above 95% for all composites due to plastic deformation applied at room temperature. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Sci., Part B: Polym. Development of high thermally conductive and electrically insulative composites is of interest for electronic packaging industry. Advancements in smaller and more compact electronic devices required improvements in packing materials, including their weight, thermal conductivity, and electrical resistivity. In addition, with the increasing environmental awareness, the usage of green (bio‐based) alternatives was equally important. In the present study a hybrid based on fibers of highly concentrated hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) in liquid crystal polymer (LCP) matrix were fabricated. These hybrids were formed by arranging hBN platelets into LCP fiber form to reach high filler concentration and then randomly mix it in polylactide (PLA) matrix. With appropriate filler interaction within the hybrid, thermal conductivity similar to that of pure fiber could be achieved. Filler interaction may be tailored by optimizing the fibers aspect ratio. This study demonstrated the effect of random fillers in fibers shape in increasing the overall thermal conductivity of PLA polymeric hybrid using hBN and LCP fibers. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J.
