Inorganic-organic or hybrid perovskite materials, which are the complementary counterparts of pure inorganic perovskites, can provide many new opportunities in the researches of phase transitions, critical phenomena, and relevant properties, as they combine the characteristics of inorganic and organic components. Therefore, the hybrid perovskites of ammonium metal formate framework are very promising, and their properties have been found to be strongly dependent on the characteristics of the constituent metal ions and/or ammonium ions. Herein, we used solid solution strategies, borrowed from solid state chemistry, to investigate the anisotropic diluted magnetic hybrid perovskite system of [CH3NH3][CoxZn1-x(HCOO)3], wherein the B-sites are occupied by the mixed metal ions of Co2+ and Zn2+. The solid solution compounds of this series in the range x = 0–1 (or the molar percent Co% = 0–100%) were successfully prepared using conventional solution chemistry methods. The resulting compounds were demonstrated to be iso-structural by using both single-crystal and powder X-ray diffraction analyses. The solid solution crystals belong to the orthorhombic space group Pnma, with the cell parameters being a = 8.3015(2)–8.3207(3) Å, b = 11.6574(4)–11.6811(5) Å, c = 8.1315(3)–8.1427(4) Å, and V = 787.89(5)–790.98(7) Å3. The perovskite structure consists of a simple cubic anionic metal-formate framework and CH3NH3+ cations which are located in the framework cavities, with N―H···O hydrogen bonds formed between the framework and the cation. The members of this series showed negligible changes (< 0.4%) in their respective lattice and structural parameters. Thus, the prepared solid solution compounds constitute good molecule-based examples for the study of magnetic dilution under almost the same structural parameters and molecular geometries. Upon dilution, the magnetization per mole of Co at low temperatures and low fields was suppressed by the magnetic anisotropy of Co2+ and gradual destruction of the large spin canting between coupled Co2+ ions, in contrast to the magnetization enhancement observed in the isotropic diluted system of [CH3NH3][MnxZn1-x(HCOO)3] with the same perovskite structure. The percolation limit was estimated as (Co%)P = 27(1)% (or xP = 0.27(1)) from the magnetic data, which was slightly lower than that predicted by the percolation theory for a simple cubic lattice (31%); this trend was due to the strong magnetic anisotropy of the present system. In addition, rare incommensurate phase transitions were primarily detected below ~120 K for the pure Co and Zn members, which may also affect the magnetic properties of the materials. 相似文献

AbstractIn this study, a novel series of benzothiazole-thiazolylhydrazine (3a–3i) was synthesized and their structures were characterized by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR spectrometry, and mass spectroscopy. These compounds were evaluated as inhibitors of type A and type B monoamine oxidase (MAO) enzymes. The most active compound 3b (2-((2-(2-(4-(4-Nitrophenyl)thiazol-2-yl)hydrazineylidene)-2-phenylethyl)thio)benzothiazole) showed strong inhibitory activity at hMAO-A (IC50 of 0.095?±?0.004?µM). More than 90% of diabetic patients suffer from sexual dysfunction, including diminished sperm count, sperm motility, and sperm viability, and low testosterone levels. The effects of Momordica charantia (MC) were studied by estimating the blood levels of insulin, glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), testosterone (TST), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), and luteinizing hormone (LH) in diabetic rats treated with 250 and 500 mg/kg b.w. of the total extract. Testicular antioxidants, epididymal sperm characteristics, testicular histopathology, and lesion scoring were also investigated. Testicular mRNA expression of apoptosis-related markers such as antiapoptotic B-cell lymphoma-2 (Bcl-2) and proapoptotic Bcl-2-associated X protein (Bax) were evaluated by real-time PCR. Furthermore, caspase-3 protein expression was evaluated by immunohistochemistry. MC administration resulted in a significant reduction in blood glucose and HbA1c and marked elevation of serum levels of insulin, TST, and gonadotropins in diabetic rats. It induced a significant recovery of testicular antioxidant enzymes, improved histopathological changes of the testes, and decreased spermatogenic and Sertoli cell apoptosis. MC effectively inhibited testicular apoptosis, as evidenced by upregulation of Bcl-2 and downregulation of Bax and caspase-3. Moreover, reduction in apoptotic potential in MC-treated groups was confirmed by reduction in the Bax/Bcl-2 mRNA expression ratio. 相似文献

Dracaena reflexa, a traditionally significant medicinal plant, has not been extensively explored before for its phytochemical and biological potential. The present study was conducted to evaluate the bioactive phytochemicals and in vitro biological activities of D. reflexa, and perform in silico molecular docking validation of D. reflexa. The bioactive phytochemicals were assessed by preliminary phytochemical testing, total bioactive contents, and GC-MS analysis. For biological evaluation, the antioxidant (DPPH, ABTS, CUPRAC, and ABTS), antibacterial, thrombolytic, and enzyme inhibition (tyrosinase and cholinesterase enzymes) potential were determined. The highest level of total phenolic contents (92.72 ± 0.79 mg GAE/g extract) was found in the n-butanol fraction while the maximum total flavonoid content (110 ± 0.83 mg QE/g extract) was observed in methanolic extract. The results showed that n-butanol fraction exhibited very significant tyrosinase inhibition activity (73.46 ± 0.80) and acetylcholinesterase inhibition activity (64.06 ± 2.65%) as compared to other fractions and comparable to the standard compounds (kojic acid and galantamine). The methanolic extract was considered to have moderate butyrylcholinesterase inhibition activity (50.97 ± 063) as compared to the standard compound galantamine (53.671 ± 0.97%). The GC-MS analysis of the n-hexane fraction resulted in the tentative identification of 120 bioactive phytochemicals. Furthermore, the major compounds as identified by GC-MS were analyzed using in silico molecular docking studies to determine the binding affinity between the ligands and the enzymes (tyrosinase, acetylcholinesterase, and butyrylcholinesterase enzymes). The results of this study suggest that Dracaena reflexa has unquestionable pharmaceutical importance and it should be further explored for the isolation of secondary metabolites that can be employed for the treatment of different diseases. 相似文献

MoS2 is a promising candidate for hydrogen evolution reaction (HER), while its active sites are mainly distributed on the edge sites rather than the basal plane sites. Herein, a strategy to overcome the inertness of the MoS2 basal surface and achieve high HER activity by combining single-boron catalyst and compressive strain was reported through density functional theory (DFT) computations. The ab initio molecular dynamics (AIMD) simulation on B@MoS2 suggests high thermodynamic and kinetic stability. We found that the rather strong adsorption of hydrogen by B@MoS2 can be alleviated by stress engineering. The optimal stress of −7% can achieve a nearly zero value of ΔGH (~ −0.084 eV), which is close to that of the ideal Pt–SACs for HER. The novel HER activity is attributed to (i) the B– doping brings the active site to the basal plane of MoS2 and reduces the band-gap, thereby increasing the conductivity; (ii) the compressive stress regulates the number of charge transfer between (H)–(B)–(MoS2), weakening the adsorption energy of hydrogen on B@MoS2. Moreover, we constructed a SiN/B@MoS2 heterojunction, which introduces an 8.6% compressive stress for B@MoS2 and yields an ideal ΔGH. DFT calculations with full geometry optimization have been carried out on a series of real and hypothetical compounds of the type [CpM(C8H6)], [(CO)3M(C8H6)], [M(C8H6)2], [(CpM)2(C8H6)], [[(CO)3M]2(C8H6)], and [M2(C8H6)2] (M = transition metal). The bonding in all the currently known compounds is rationalized, as well as in the (so far) hypothetical stable complexes. Depending on the electron count and the nature of the metal(s), eta2 (predicted), eta3, eta5, eta8, or intermediate coordination modes can be adopted. In the case of the mononuclear species, the most favored closed-shell electron counts are 18 and 16 metal valence electrons (MVE). In the case of the dinuclear species, an electron count of 34 MVEs is most favored. However, other electron counts can be stabilized, especially in the case of dinuclear complexes. Coordinated pentalene should most often be considered as formally being a dianion, but sometimes as a neutral ligand. In the former case it can behave as an aromatic species made of two equivalent fused rings, as a C5 aromatic ring connected to an allylic anion, or even as two allylic anions bridged by a C7=C8 double bond. Gas-phase thermolysis of thieno[2,3-e][1,2,4]triazines gave benzonitrile, isothiazole, pyridazine, and thieno[2,3-d]thiazole derivatives. Similar transformation of benzo[1,2,4]triazine and phenanthro[9,10-e][1,2,4]triazine derivatives into their corresponding condensed thiazoles has been achieved by heating at 350 °C with sulfur. The oxidative ability of donepezil, a frequently prescribed drug for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease is reported for the first time at a gold electrode. It was oxidized by cyclic voltammetry and determined by square wave voltammetry in phosphate buffer electrolyte. Electrochemical degradation of donepezil was carried out by long term potential cycling. The identification and characterization of the major product, isolated by preparative high performance liquid chromatography, was performed by high resolution mass spectrometry and 1D and 2D nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. 采用正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源,九水硝酸铝为铝源,十六烷基三甲基溴化胺(CTMABr)为模板剂,在室温条件下合成了介孔Al-MCM-41分子筛.通过XRD、N2等温吸附、SEM、FTIR等分析测试手段表征了分子筛的介孔结构和表面性质.结果表明所合成的分子筛有良好的介孔结构和较高的有序度,并且有较高的比表面积(达到816 m2·g-1)和窄的孔径分布.采用程序升温的焙烧方式、凝胶Al/Si比最大范围控制在0.06~0.13有利于合成高度有序的介孔Al-MCM-41分子筛.评价结果表明,所合成的Al-MCM-41分子筛对桥式四氢双环戊二烯(endo-TCD)异构化反应合成挂式异构体exo-TCD及金刚烷具有较高的催化活性和极高的选择性. 相似文献
