The defect structures in Ni, Fe–15Cr–16Ni and Ti-added modified SUS316SS (modified SUS316) were examined after neutron irradiation below 0.3 dpa by the Japan Materials Testing Reactor and Belgian Reactor 2 to compare their defect structural evolution. The growth behaviour of interstitial-type dislocation loops (I-loops), stacking fault tetrahedra (SFTs) and voids was found to be quite different among these specimens. I-loops developed at lower temperatures in Ni than in Fe–15Cr–16Ni and modified SUS316, and more swelling occurred in Ni than in Fe–15Cr–16Ni. Finally, there were no voids in modified SUS316. These results were analysed in terms of the I-loop energy. A large discrepancy was found between the analytical results and experimental observations for Ni and modified SUS316, which suggests the formation of unfaulted I-loops directly from collision cascades. The growth of SFTs was detected in Fe–15Cr–16Ni and modified SUS316, and can be explained by a change in the dislocation bias of SFTs resulting from the absorption of alloying elements. 相似文献

We report our studies in various fields of Physics through nuclear moments utilizing the β-NMR technique, including material sciences, nuclear structures and fundamental symmetries. Photo-illumination effects have been measured for the compound [Co III-LS (tmpda)(3,6-DBSQ)(3,6-DBCat)]. When the aforementioned compound was illuminated at 5 K, the magnetization value increased from w eff = 1.87 to 2.03 w B . The absorption spectra after illumination show that the absorption band at around 730 nm, which is characteristic of the [Co II-HS (tmpda)(3,6-DBSQ) 2 ] state, increased in intensity and that the charge transfer band from 3,6-DBCat to 3,6-DBSQ at 2500 nm was reduced in intensity. IR spectra show that the C-O stretching peak at 1279 cm m 1 is decreased in intensity. These results confirm that a photo-induced intra-molecular electron transfer, [Co III-LS (tmpda)(3,6-DBSQ)(3,6-DBCat)] to; [Co II-HS (tmpda)(3,6-DBSQ) 2 ], was induced. The lifetime of the metastable state at 5 K was 15 min. Furthermore, it was found that reverse valence tautomerism can be induced by exciting the Co II-HS to 3,6-DBSQ charge transfer band in metastable [Co II-HS (tmpda)(3,6-DBSQ) 2 ]. 相似文献

We are planning to perform an experiment at J-PARC and produce new neutron-rich Λ hypernuclei by using the (π ?, K +) reaction (J-PARC E10). As the first step, we are planning to produce ${^6_{\Lambda}{\rm H}}$ hypernuclei with a 6Li target. To conduct this experiment, we are developing new detectors, those are scintillating fiber tracker, and silicon strip detector, for high rate operation to aim at increasing beam intensity up to 107/spill. Substances containing ethynylpyrenes linked to either one or four benzocrown ethers were synthesized, and their absorption and fluorescence spectroscopic responses to metal ions were assessed. Addition of metal perchlorates to solutions of these substances promotes short wavelength shifts in their absorption and fluorescence maxima and increases in their fluorescence intensities. The magnitudes of the fluorescence intensity increases are dependent on the ring size and number of the crown ether and the nature of the metal cation. Association constants for complex formation were calculated using fluorescence intensity versus concentration data. Analysis using Job's plots showed that the substances containing one benzocrown ether moiety form 1:1 complexes with metal ions. Results of experiments employing repeated addition and removal of Mg(ClO4)2 demonstrate that the ON‐OFF fluorescence response can be repeated at least three times. Results of molecular orbital calculations show that complexation with metal ions lowers the energies of both the π and π* levels of the ethynylpyrene moiety and that in some cases the vacant orbital on the metal becomes the LUMO of the complex. An explanation of the spectroscopic changes promoted by metal ions is proposed in terms of electrostatic repulsion and structural regulation. 相似文献

The kinetics on a basic ligand substitution reaction on dinuclear platinum complexes [Pt(PEt3)2PhPt(PEt3)2]2+ and [Pt(PEt3)2PhCOPhPt(PEt3)2]2+ , with the ligands pyridine and 3-chloropyridine, is studied. This is a fundamental step in a self-assembly, and the time evolution has been observed with a new experimental technique, QASAP (quantitative analysis of self-assembly process), which is recently developed by Hiraoka's group. As a result of numerical calculations based on master equation, we succeed in specifying the reaction rate constants with a simple reaction model. In addition, the time evolutions of all the intermediate components produced and consumed in chemical reaction are revealed, including those unobserved in the experiments. The convergence behavior of the existence ratios of specific chemical species calculated with the stochastic algorithm method is compared with those obtained from deterministic formalism based on rate equations, revealing a clear dependence on the number of constituent molecules. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 相似文献

A novel thermosetting imide compound having a respective phenylethynyl carbonyl group at both terminal ends was newly synthesized from an acid anhydride having a phenylethynyl carbonyl group and various diamine compounds. The thermosetting behavior of the obtained novel thermosetting imide compound having phenylethynyl carbonyl groups was analyzed through differential scanning calorimetry measurements and infrared spectroscopic analysis. As a result, it became clear that a curing reaction of phenylethynyl carbonyl groups proceeds at approximately 200°C and that the curing reaction thereof proceeds at a temperature that is lower by 150°C or more compared with that of phenylethynyl groups. Examination of the polymerization reaction of the imide compounds having phenylethynyl carbonyl groups using model compounds revealed that a reaction that imparted an alkene C=C and polycyclic aromatic structure progressed. Moreover, a network polymer obtained from a thermosetting imide compound having respective phenylethynyl carbonyl groups at both terminal ends exhibited extremely superior heat resistance and thermal decomposition resistance. These superior thermal properties are thought to be due to the strong molecular interaction (molecular packing) that results from the polycyclic aromatic structures and alkenes produced through polymerization of the phenylethynyl carbonyl groups and to the suppression of the movement of the molecular chains. 相似文献

We theoretically investigate entangled-photon generation via a biexciton in a planar microcavity. Owing to strong exciton-photon coupling, the biexciton in the cavity produces a bound two-cavity-polariton state (cavity bipolariton). Entangled photons are generated by the cascade decay of the cavity bipolariton. We propose a novel scheme for highly efficient entangled-photon generation by controlling the cavity bipolariton states. It is shown that highly efficient generation can be achieved when a weak cavity bipolariton, formed by a biexciton and unbound cavity polaritons, is realized. 相似文献

In projection-type integral imaging, positional errors in elemental images and elemental lenses affect three-dimensional (3D) image quality. We analyzed the relationships between the geometric distortion in elemental images caused by a projection lens and the spatial distortion in the reconstructed 3D image. As a result, we clarified that 3D images that were reconstructed far from the lens array were largely affected, and that the reconstructed images were significantly distorted in the depth direction at the corners of the displayed images. 相似文献
