Diverse fused thiophenes with electron-rich and electron-deficient blocks have been synthesized and employed as the π-conjugated spacers of organic dyes for the dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). The effects of these fused thiophenes were investigated by their absorption spectra, electrochemical and photovoltaic properties. For a typical device a maximum power conversion efficiency of 6.11% was obtained under simulated AM 1.5 irradiation (100 mW cm?2): a short-circuit current (JSC) of 14.47 mA cm?2, an open-circuit voltage (VOC) of 670 mV, and a fill factor (FF) of 0.63. 相似文献

The binding behaviour of labeling molecule copper phthalocyanine tetrasulfonate sodium (PcCu(SO(3)Na)(4)) on the assemblies of representative polyamino acids has been studied by using scanning tunneling microscopy (STM). 苯甲酸具有很弱的荧光,在Co2+的催化下,过氧化氢能氧化苯甲酸发出强的荧光。中草药提取物可以清除溶液中的·OH, 使产物的生成量减少, 从而使溶液的荧光增加程度降低。据此原理建立了一种测定中草药对羟基自由基清除率的催化动力学荧光新体系。当中草药的浓度为4.0 mg(干重)·mL-1时,测得紫花地丁、苍术和赤芍对羟基自由基的清除率分别为60.8%,40.1%和94.3%。该方法与分光光度法测定结果相比无显著性差异。 相似文献

Cancer metastasis is one of the most serious problems for tumor therapy, which is closely related to cell adhesion and deadhesion process. Better comprehension of cell adhesion ability will benefit drug research. Here, a biomimetic microfluidic enzyme digestion method was proposed to gently measure the influence of drugs on cell-matrix adhesion ability at the single cell level.The method can selectively digest the extracellular matrix(ECM) that linked to a single cell, and the trypsin concentration around the cell is relatively uniform and constant, thus the measured cell adhesion strength should be precise. Commercially available anti-cancer agents including 5-fluorouracil(5-FU), actinomycin D(Act D), temozolomide(TMZ) and allicin were evaluated, and the data showed only TMZ and allicin can inhibit cell adhesion significantly under our experiment conditions. The influence of TMZ became more and more obvious as the increase of duration and the effect became prominent only after 6 h adhesion process, which could provide a quick evaluation of whether the drugs are effective to cancer cell(compared with Calcein-AM/PI cell viability test). The adhesion strength of U87 cells decreased when the concentration of TMZ increased, and the effect of TMZ can be effectively inhibited by adding lactic acid to culture medium, which indicated acidic tumor microenvironment could promote drug resistance of tumor cells. Different from conventional evaluation methods which focus on the drugs' influence on cellular viability or metabolism, this work provides a new perspective to study the effect of drugs, which is helpful to enrich the drug evaluation system. 相似文献

Vibrational spectra reveal that ice VII′ transforms to low-density amorphous ice (LDA) at low temperature on release of pressure to ambient pressure and low temperature. The measurements were obtained using in situ Raman spectroscopy of samples of ice VII′ as a function of pressure at 135 K. The observation of this direct decompression-induced VII′-LDA transition complements the previously observed pressure-induced reversible transition between LDA and high-density amorphous ice (HDA) at 120–140 K and the temperature-induced amorphization of metastable ice VII and ice VIII at 0.1 MPa. 相似文献

In this article, we study the weak global dimension of coherent rings in terms of the left FP-injective resolutions of modules. Let R be a left coherent ring and ? ? the class of all FP-injective left R-modules. It is shown that wD(R) ≤ n (n ≥ 1) if and only if every nth ? ?-syzygy of a left R-module is FP-injective; and wD(R) ≤ n (n ≥ 2) if and only if every (n ? 2)th ? ?-syzygy in a minimal ? ?-resolution of a left R-module has an FP-injective cover with the unique mapping property. Methods to reduce mass shifts caused by space charge with mass‐selective axial ejection from a linear quadrupole ion trap are investigated. For axial ejection, dipole excitation is applied to excite ions at q ≈ 0.85. The trapping radiofrequency (rf) voltage is scanned to bring ions of different m/z values into resonance for excitation. In the fringing field at the quadrupole exit, excited ions gain axial kinetic energy, overcoming the trapping potential, and are ejected from the trap. Space charge causes the frequencies of ion oscillation to decrease. Thus, greater rf voltages are required to bring ions into resonance for excitation and ejection, and the ions shift to higher apparent masses in a mass spectrum. At the same time, the peaks broaden, lowering resolution. The effects of injection q value, ejection q value, excitation amplitude, quadrupole dc voltages applied to the electrodes, applying an rf voltage to the exit lens, and scan speed, on mass shifts have been studied experimentally. Most experiments were done with only ions of protonated reserpine (m/z 609.3 and its isotopic peaks) in the trap. Some experiments were done with ions of protonated reserpine and ions of m/z 622 in the trap. In general, the mass shifts are reduced with higher ejection q values, higher excitation amplitudes, with quadrupole dc applied, and at higher scan speeds. The application of quadrupole dc appears to increase the ion cloud temperature, which lowers mass shifts. Thus, a proper choice of operating conditions can reduce, but not eliminate, mass shifts caused by space charge. Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

Based on a force constant model, we investigated the phonon spectrum and then specific heat of single-walled boron nitride nanotubes. The results show that the frequencies of Raman and infrared active modes decrease with increasing diameter in the low frequency, which is consistent with the results calculated by density functional theory. The fitting formulae for diameter and chirality dependence of specific heat at 300K are given. 相似文献
