The focusing of time reversal acoustic fields for dispersive and multimodal Lamb waves is theoretically investigated and experimentally verified. It is demonstrated that the time reversal Lamb wave signal will reach the maximum amplitude when the observation point is located at the damage location. Based on the time reversal focusing theory, a damage imaging method is proposed for structural health monitoring using Lamb waves. The experiments employ a transducer network consisting of four piezoelectric transducers as actuators and as well sensors for excitation and measurement of Lamb waves. The results show that this method is able to accurately predict damage location and provides an estimation of the possible area even for damage close to one of the transducers or even slightly outside the transducer network.  相似文献

ATP binding, acting as a gate, plays an important role in kinesin stepping. To understand the physical mechanism of the ATP gate, we propose a Kramers-type elastic ratchet model in which the free head undergoes a biased diffusive search. By first passage time analysis, we investigate the dependence of the mean dwell time on the load force for forward steps of kinesin and find that the forward dwell time varies exponentially with the backward load force which is consistent with the data of Carter and Cross, Nature 435 (2005) 308. Our work suggests that the gating mechanism triggered by ATP binding involves both Kramers-type elastic ratchet mechanism and power stroke movement.  相似文献

A novel near-infrared (NIR) downconversion (DC) phosphor KSrPO4 :Eu2+ , Pr3+ is synthesized by the conventional high temperature solid-state reaction. The Eu2+ acts as an efficient sensitizer for Pr3+ in the KSrPO4 host. With broad-band near-ultraviolet light excitation induced by the 4f→5d transition of Eu2+ , the characteristic NIR emission of Pr3+ , peaking at 974 nm and 1019 nm due to 3P0 → 1G4 and 1G4 → 3H4 transitions, is generated as a result of the energy transfer from Eu2+ to Pr3+ . The luminescence spectra in both the visible and the NIR regions and the decay lifetime curves of Eu2+ prove the energy transfer from Eu2+ to Pr3+ . This Eu2+ and Pr3+ co-doped KSrPO4 phosphor may be a promising candidate to modify the spectral mismatch behavior of crystalline solar cells and sunlight.  相似文献

Using molecular dynamics (MD) simulation, we study the thermal shock behavior of tungsten (W), which has been used for the plasma facing material (PFM) of tokamaks. The thermo-elastic stress wave, corresponding to the collective displacement of atoms, is analyzed with the Lagrangian atomic stress method, of which the reliability is also analyzed. The stress wave velocity corresponds to the speed of sound in the material, which is not dependent on the thermal shock energy. The peak pressure of a normal stress wave increases with the increase of thermal shock energy. We analyze the temperature evolution of the thermal shock region according to the Fourier transformation. It can be seen that the “obvious” velocity of heat propagation is less than the velocity of the stress wave; further, that the thermo-elastic stress wave may contribute little to the transport of kinetic energy. The heat propagation can be described properly by the heat conduction equation. These results may be useful for understanding the process of the thermal shock of tungsten.  相似文献

采用溶剂热法制备了石墨烯/SnO_2(G/SnO_2)纳米材料,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、拉曼光谱(Raman)等对G/SnO_2进行了表征,研究了石墨烯的量和溶剂热温度对该纳米材料气敏性能的影响。实验结果表明,石墨烯可以调节SnO_2晶体的生长:当石墨烯上清液的量为1 mL、热处理温度为160℃时,制备的G/SnO_2纳米材料在室温下对氨气具有较好的气敏选择性和较高的灵敏度;且当气体体积浓度为1 000μL·L~(-1)时,对NH3的灵敏度为266.4,检出限达到了0.01μL·L~(-1)。  相似文献

以NH4F为掺杂前体,采用简单的一步醇-水热法制备了F掺杂BiVO4光催化剂。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis)和光致发光光谱(PL)表征了这些光催化剂的物理化学性质。在少量H2O2存在条件下,以可见光照射下光催化降解苯酚的反应测定了这些光催化剂的催化活性。研究表明,相较于未掺杂的BiVO4样品而言,F掺杂BiVO4样品不仅仍保留了单斜结构,而且有更高的结晶度、表面氧空位密度和光生电荷载流子分离效率,更强的光吸收和更低的带隙能。在这些F掺杂BiVO4样品中,以nF/nBi的理论值为1.0且带隙能为2.43 eV的F掺杂BiVO4样品的光催化活性最好(90 min内苯酚的降解率可达95%)。这一优良的光催化性能与其具有最高的结晶度、表面氧空位密度和光生电荷载流子分离效率,最强的光吸收和最低的带隙能有关。  相似文献

A single nanopore represents a versatile single-molecule probe that can be employed to reveal several important features of proteins, such as physical structure, backbone flexibility, mechanical stability, their folding state, binding affinity to other interacting ligands and enzymatic activity. In this review, we summarize the development and current research related to the field of protein detection by nanopore, as well as a few examples of the pioneer work on protein detection. We first discuss the principle of electrical detection with nanopores and how this technique provides information from current traces. Then the development from peptide detection with biological nanopore to protein detection through solid-state nanopore is described. Finally, we prospect the measurement of protein shape and construction using nanopore technology for the applications in life research area.  相似文献

采用过氧化氢法降解产于印尼的海藻异枝麒麟菜硫酸多糖(ESPS). 降解前ESPS的平均分子量为1410000, 硫酸基(OSO2-3)含量为16.0%(w); 而降解后其分子量显著下降至4819, 硫酸基含量则略微下降至15.2%. 采用体外模拟方法研究了降解前后ESPS对草酸钙晶体生长的抑制作用. 扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)结果表明, 降解后ESPS能使一水草酸钙(COM)晶体数量进一步减少, 晶粒尺寸进一步减小. 当降解ESPS浓度从0.006 g·L-1分别增加到0.010 和0.050 g·L-1时, COM晶体平均尺寸由11.5 μm×2.9 μm分别减小到9.2 μm×2.9μm 和6.0 μm×2.5 μm, 晶体数量由3357 mm-2分别减少到2298和1532 mm-2, COM 的(101)面衍射峰强度I(101)与(010)面对应的(020)衍射峰强度I(020)之比(I(101)/I(020))由5.54 分别增加到16.2 和20.0. 结果显示, 具有小分子量的降解ESPS对草酸钙晶体成核与生长的抑制效果明显优于大分子量的未降解ESPS.  相似文献
