Photocatalytic water splitting and carbon dioxide (CO2) reduction provide promising solutions to global energy and environmental issues. In recent years, metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), a class of crystalline porous solids featuring well-defined and tailorable structures as well as high surface areas, have captured great interest toward photocatalytic water splitting and CO2 reduction. In this review, the semiconductor-like behavior of MOFs is first discussed. We then summarize the recent advances in photocatalytic water splitting and CO2 reduction over MOF-based materials and focus on the unique advantage of MOFs for clarifying the structure-property relationship in photocatalysis. In addition, some representative characterization techniques have been presented to unveil the photocatalytic kinetics and reaction intermediates in MOF-based systems. Finally, the challenges, and perspectives for future directions are proposed. 相似文献

Metal selenites and tellurites are a class of very important compounds. In this paper, the structures and properties of metal selenites or tellurites combining with transition-metal (TM) ions with the d (0) electronic configuration or tetrahedral MO 4 building blocks of post-transition main-group elements were reviewed. Most compounds in the alkali or alkaline-earth-d (0) TM-Se (IV) (or Te (IV))-O systems exhibit extended anionic architectures composed of distorted octahedra of (d (0)) TM cations and tellurite or selenite groups. The distortion of the octahedron is always away from the lone-pair cation, and some of them exhibit excellent second-order nonlinear optical properties due to the adductive effects of two types of bond polarizations. Because of the high coordination number of Ln (III) ions, most of compounds in the Ln-d (0) TM-Se (IV) (or Te (IV))-O systems are not second-harmonic-generation active; however, they are able to emit strong luminescence in the visible or near-IR region; also in most cases, the d (0) TM cations are in tetrahedral geometry and are well separated from selenite or tellurite groups. It is also interesting to note that the selenite group is normally "isolated", whereas the TeO x ( x = 3-5) can be polymerized into a variety of discrete polynuclear anionic clusters or extended architectures via Te-O-Te bridges. 相似文献

The ammonia complex of magnesium borohydride Mg(BH4)2.2NH3 (I), which contains 16.0 wt % hydrogen, is a potentially promising material for hydrogen storage. This complex was synthesized by thermal decomposition of a hexaaammine complex Mg(BH4)2.6NH3 (II), which crystallizes in the cubic space group Fm3 m with unit cell parameter a=10.82(1) A and is isostructural to Mg(NH3) 6Cl2. We solved the structure of I that crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pcab with unit cell parameters a=17.4872(4) A, b=9.4132(2) A, c=8.7304(2) A, and Z=8. This structure is built from individual pseudotetrahedral molecules Mg(BH4)2.2NH3 containing one bidentate BH4 group and one tridentate BH4 group that pack into a layered crystal structure mediated by N-H...H-B dihydrogen bonds. Complex I decomposes endothermically starting at 150 degrees C, with a maximum hydrogen release rate at 205 degrees C, which makes it competitive with ammonia borane BH 3NH3 as a hydrogen storage material. 相似文献

Phorbol is a tetracyclic diterpenoid found in Euphorbia tirucalli, Croton tiglium, and Rehmannia glutinosa, and is nuclear of various phorbol esters. The rapid obtaining of phorbol with high purity highly contributes to its application, such as synthesizing phorbol esters with designable side chains and particular therapeutic efficacy. This study introduced a biphasic alcoholysis method for obtaining phorbol from croton oil by using polarity imparity organic solvents in both phases and established a high-speed countercurrent chromatography method for simultaneous separation and purification of phorbol. The optimized operation conditions of biphasic alcoholysis were a reaction time of 91 min, a temperature of 14°C, and a croton oil-methanol ratio of 1:30 (g:ml). The phorbol during the biphasic alcoholysis was 3.2-fold higher in content than that obtained in conventional monophasic alcoholysis. The optimized high-speed countercurrent chromatography method was using the ethyl acetate/n-butyl alcohol/water at 4.7:0.3:5 (v:v:v) with Na2SO4 at 0.36 g/10 ml as the solvent system, using the mobile phase flow rate of 2 ml/min, the revolution of 800 r/min, under which the retention of the stationary phase was achieved at 72.83%. The crystallized phorbol following high-speed countercurrent chromatography was obtained as high purity of 94%. 相似文献

A series of Co-modified Ce0.5Zr0.5O2 catalysts with different concentrations of Co (mass %: 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10) was investigated for diesel soot combustion. Ce0.5Zr0.5O2 was prepared using the coprecipitation method and Co was loaded onto the oxide using the incipient wetness impregnation method. The activities of the catalysts were evaluated by thermogravimetric (TG) analysis and temperature-programmed oxidation (TPO) experiments. The results showed the soot combustion activities of the catalysts to be effectively improved by the addition of Co, 6 % Co/Ce0.5Zr0.5O2 and that the 8 % Co/Ce0.5Zr0.5O2 catalysts exhibited the best catalytic performance in terms of lower soot ignition temperature (Ti at 349°C) and maximal soot oxidation rate temperature (Tm at 358°C). The reasons for the improved activity were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET), H2 temperature-programmed reduction (H2-TPR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). These results revealed that the presence of Co could lower the reduction temperature due to the synergistic effect between Co and Ce, thereby improving the activity of the catalysts in soot combustion. The 6 % Co catalyst exhibited the best catalytic performance, which could be attributed to the greater amounts of Co3+ and surface oxygen species on the catalyst. 相似文献

The metabolic coenzymes reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH) and flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD) are the primary electron donor and acceptor respectively, participate in almost all biological metabolic pathways. This study develops a novel method for the quantitative kinetic analysis of the degradation reaction of NADH and the formation reaction of FAD in human plasma containing an uncalibrated interferent, by using three-way calibration based on multi-way fluorescence technique. In the three-way analysis, by using the calibration set in a static manner, we directly predicted the concentrations of both analytes in the mixture at any time after the start of their reactions, even in the presence of an uncalibrated spectral interferent and a varying background interferent. The satisfactory quantitative results indicate that the proposed method allows one to directly monitor the concentration of each analyte in the mixture as the function of time in real-time and nondestructively, instead of determining the concentration after the analytical separation. Thereafter, we fitted the first-order rate law to their concentration data throughout their reactions. Additionally, a four-way calibration procedure is developed as an alternative for highly collinear systems. The results of the four-way analysis confirmed the results of the three-way analysis and revealed that both the degradation reaction of NADH and the formation reaction of FAD in human plasma fit the first-order rate law. The proposed methods could be expected to provide promising tools for simultaneous kinetic analysis of multiple reactions in complex systems in real-time and nondestructively. 相似文献

The ground-state structure and electronic and vibrational spectra of octaethylporphyrin diacid (H4OEP2+) have been studied with the density functional theory. The geometrical parameters computed with B3LYP, PBE1PBE and mPW1PW91 functionals and 6-31G* basis sets are well consistent with the experimental values. Electronic absorption spectrum of H4OEP2+ has been studied with the time-dependent DFT method, and the calculated excitation energies and oscillator strengths are compared with the experimental results. The Raman and IR spectra of H4OEP2+ and the Raman spectrum of its N-deuterated analogue (D4OEP2+) were measured. The observed Raman and IR bands have been assigned based on the frequency calculations at the B3LYP/6-31G* level of theory. 相似文献

A new series of Te-Ru-Cu carbonyl complexes was prepared by the reaction of K(2)TeO(3) with [Ru(3)(CO)(12)] in MeOH followed by treatment with PPh(4)X (X=Br, Cl) and [Cu(MeCN)(4)]BF(4) or CuX (X=Br, Cl) in MeCN. When the reaction mixture of K(2)TeO(3) and [Ru(3)(CO)(12)] was first treated with PPh(4)X followed by the addition of [Cu(MeCN)(4)]BF(4), doubly CuX-bridged Te(2)Ru(4)-based octahedral clusters [PPh(4)](2)[Te(2)Ru(4)(CO)(10)Cu(2)X(2)] (X=Br, [PPh(4)](2)[1]; X=Cl, [PPh(4)](2)[2]) were obtained. When the reaction mixture of K(2)TeO(3) and [Ru(3)(CO)(12)] was treated with PPh(4)X (X=Br, Cl) followed by the addition of CuX (X=Br, Cl), three different types of CuX-bridged Te-Ru carbonyl clusters were obtained. While the addition of PPh(4)Br or PPh(4)Cl followed by CuBr produced the doubly CuBr-bridged cluster 1, the addition of PPh(4)Cl followed by CuCl led to the formation of the Cu(4)Cl(2)-bridged bis-TeRu(5)-based octahedral cluster compound [PPh(4)](2)[{TeRu(5)(CO)(14)}(2)Cu(4)Cl(2)] ([PPh(4)](2)[3]). On the other hand, when the reaction mixture of K(2)TeO(3) and [Ru(3)(CO)(12)] was treated with PPh(4)Br followed by the addition of CuCl, the Cu(Br)CuCl-bridged Te(2)Ru(4)-based octahedral cluster chain polymer {[PPh(4)](2)(Te(2)Ru(4)(CO)(10)Cu(4)Br(2)Cl(2)).THF}(infinity) ({[PPh(4)](2)[4].THF}(infinity)) was produced. The chain polymer {[PPh(4)](2)[4].THF}(infinity) is the first ternary Te-Ru-Cu cluster and shows semiconducting behavior with a small energy gap of about 0.37 eV. It can be rationalized as resulting from aggregation of doubly CuX-bridged clusters 1 and 2 with two equivalents of CuCl or CuBr, respectively. The nature of clusters 1-4 and the formation and semiconducting properties of the polymer of 4 were further examined by molecular orbital calculations at the B3LYP level of density functional theory. 相似文献

New organically templated copper(I) sulfites: the role of sulfite anion as both soft and hard ligand
Two new organically templated layered copper(I) sulfites, namely, {H2pip}{Cu3(CN)3(SO3)} (1) and {H2pip}{NaCu2(SO3)2Br(H2O)}.2H2O (2) (pip = piperazine), have been synthesized by hydrothermal reactions of copper(I) cyanide or copper(I) bromide with NaHSO3 and piperazine. Both compounds exhibit a layered structure. The 2D layer of {Cu3(CN)3(SO3)}2- in 1 is composed of 1D chains of copper(I) cyanide interconnected by sulfite anions via both Cu-S and Cu-O bonds, whereas the 2D layer of {NaCu2(SO3)2Br}2- in 2 is formed by 1D chains of copper(I) bromide and 1D sodium(I) aqua chains that are interconnected by sulfite anions via Na-O, Cu-S, and Cu-O bonds. Chemical bonding in 1 and 2 has been also investigated by theoretical calculations based on DFT methods. 相似文献
