A series of novel chiral diphosphite ligands have been synthesized from (1R,2R)-trans-1,2-cyclohexanediol, (1S,2S)-trans-1,2-cyclohexanediol, racemic trans-1,2-cyclohexanediol and chlorophosphoric acid diary ester, and were successfully employed in the Cu-catalyzed asymmetric 1,4-conjugate addition of diethylzinc to cyclohexenone with up to 99% ee. It was found that ligand 1,2-bis[(R)-1,1'-binaphthyl-2,2'-diyl]phosphitecyclohexanediol 6a derived from racemic diol skeleton can show similar catalytic performance compared with ligand (1R,2R)-bis[(R)-1,1'-binaphthyl-2,2'-diyl]phosphitecyclohexanediol 6a' derived from enantiopure startingmaterial. A significant dependence of stereoselectivity on the type of enone and the ring size of the cyclic enone was observed. Moreover, the configuration of the products was mainly determined by the configuration of the binaphthyl moieties of diphosphite ligands in the 1,4-addition of cyclic enones. 相似文献

The plasmon characteristics of two graphene nanostructures are studied using time-dependent density functional theory (TDDFT). The absorption spectrum has two main bands, which result from π and σ + π plasmon resonances. At low energies, the Fourier transform of the induced charge density maps exhibits anomalous behavior, with a π phase change in the charge density maps in the plane of the graphene and those in the plane 0.3 ? from the graphene. The charge density fluctuations close to the plane of the graphene are much smaller than those above and beneath the graphene plane. However, this phenomenon disappears at higher energies. By analyzing the electronic properties, we may conclude that the restoring force for the plasmon in the plane of the graphene does not result from fixed positive ions, but rather the Coulomb interactions with the plasmonic oscillations away from the plane of the graphene, which extend in the surface-normal direction. The collective oscillation in the graphene plane results in a forced vibration. Accordingly, the low-energy plasmon in the graphene can be split into two components: a normal component, which corresponds to direct feedback of the external perturbation, and a secondary component, which corresponds to feedback of the Coulombic interaction with the normal component. 相似文献

Nb/Al-AlOx/Nb tunnel junctions are often used in the studies of macroscopic quantum phenomena and superconducting qubit applications of the Josephson devices. In this work, we describe a convenient and reliable process using electron beam lithography for the fabrication of high-quality, submicron-sized Nb/Al-AlOx/Nb Josephson junctions. The technique follows the well-known selective Nb etching process and produces high-quality junctions with Vm=100 mV at 2.3 K for the typical critical current density of 2.2 kA/cm^2, which can be adjusted by controlling the oxygen pressure and oxidation time during the formation of the tunnelling barrier. We present the results of the temperature dependence of the sub-gap current and in-plane magnetic-field dependence of the critical current, and compare them with the theoretical predictions. 相似文献

Based on the principle of Fabry–Perot (F–P) cavity resonance and the selective permeability of gratings to specific electromagnetic waves, a graphene-based metastructure (MS) is proposed for transmissive polarization conversion (PC). Using the full-wave numerical simulation, it is found that by varying the Fermi energy of graphene, the effective resonance range of the suggested MS can be dynamically adjusted from 0.47 to 0.348–0.714 THz, achieving the target of precise to ultra-broadband polarization modulation. In this paper, the plausibility of the structure is verified from multiple perspectives, and the correlation analyses of the electric and magnetic fields are the supporting illustrations. Additionally, the triggering mechanism of PC is visually illustrated in the study of the surface currents distributions. Simulation results reveal that the MS is superior in performance, functionality, and principle, and it is foreseen to hold excellent promise for integrated equipment in the terahertz (THz) band. 相似文献

A series of diphosphite ligands, which were derived from D-(-)-tartaric acid, have been synthesized and successfully applied in the Cu-catalyzed asymmetric conjugate addition of organozincs to enones. There was a synergic effect between the stereogenic centers of the D-(-)-tartaric acid skeleton and the axially H8-binaphthyl moieties of ligand 2c. And ligand 2c shows a comparative catalytic performance to ligand 1-N-benzylpyrrolidine-3,4-bis[(S)-1,1′-H8-binaphthyl-2,2′-diyl]phosphite-L-tartaric acid1d derived from L-(+)-tartaric acid. Therefore, for cyclic enones, both enantiomers of the addition products can be obtained in high enantioselectivity (ees up to 96%) by simply selecting ligands 1d or 2c derived from D-(-)-tartaric acid or L-(+)-tartaric acid. A potential binding assay based on conformational-change-induced micromechanical motion is described. Calmodulin was used to modify a microcantilever (MCL) by a self-assembled layer-by-layer approach. The results showed that the modified MCL bent when the proteins changed their conformation upon binding with Ca2+. The cantilever deflection amplitudes were different under different ionic strengths, indicating different degrees of conformational change of the proteins in these conditions. On the contrary, cantilevers modified by proteins, such as hemoglobin and myoglobin, that do not change conformations upon binding with analytes do not cause the cantilever deflection. These results suggest that the conformational changes of proteins may be used to develop cantilever biosensors, and the MCL system has potential for use in label-free, protein-analyte screening applications. 相似文献
