新型含硫(氧)肟醚衍生物的合成、杀虫活性及其结构活性关系研究

通过1-芳基含硫(氧)酮肟与相应的拟除虫菊醇卤化物在氢氧化钠和相转移催化剂条件下反应或1-芳基含硫(氧)酮肟与相应的拟除虫菊醇卤化物的三乙基季胺盐在氢氧化钠条件下反应, 合成了1-芳基含硫(氧)酮O-苄基肟醚C1～C96共96个化合物. 它们的结构经质谱, 1H NMR, IR和元素分析确证. 生物活性测定结果表明, 该类化合物对鳞翅目和同翅目害虫表现出显著活性, C74和C93对粘虫、叶蝉的活性[LC50/(mg•L－1)]分别为1.4, 0.63和0.31, 1.2. 优于对照药氰戊菊酯.     

广义的一维Fibonacci结构

本文提出一维k组元的Fibonacci结构,它包含k个无公度的基本长度,是具有两个基本长度的标准Fibonacci结构的自然推广,投影理论被用来处理它的X射线衍射花样及其指标化问题,理论模拟被用于验证投影理论的结果,值得注意的是,对于有限的链长,当k足够大时,它的衍射谱将趋于混沌。 关键词：     

Mechanism of Strain Rate Effect Based on Dislocation Theory

Based on dislocation theory, we investigate the mechanism of strain rate effect. Strain rate effect and dislocation motion are bridged by Orowan＇s relationship, and the stress dependence of dislocation velocity is considered as the dynamics relationship of dislocation motion. The mechanism of strain rate effect is then investigated qualitatively by using these two relationships although the kinematics relationship of dislocation motion is absent due to complicated styles of dislocation motion. The process of strain rate effect is interpreted and some details of strain rate effect are adequately discussed. The present analyses agree with the existing experimental results. Based on the analyses, we propose that strain rate criteria rather than stress criteria should be satisfied when a metal is fully yielded at a given strain rate.     

顶空气相色谱法测定盐酸托莫西汀中有机溶剂残留量的研究

建立了盐酸托莫西汀中有机溶剂残留量的顶空气相色谱分析方法.选用大口径HP-快速GC残留溶剂柱为分离柱,FID为检测器,外标法进行定量,并对顶空平衡温度、平衡时间、供试品溶液的制备方法对残留有机溶剂测定的影响进行了研究.甲醇、乙醚、正己烷、乙酸乙酯、四氢呋喃的线性范围分别为 0.41～8.10 μg/mL(r=0.9999)、0.15～3.00 μg/mL(r=0.9995)、0.20～4.01 μg/mL(r=0.9991)、0.32～6.35 μg/mL(r=0.9999)、0.36～7.11 μg/mL(r=0.9999);平均回收率范围96.30%～105.47%,精密度RSD(n=6)2.1%～3.7%;检出限分别为0.2、0.008、0.003、0.04、0.04 μg/mL.

MES动态修饰PDMS芯片毛细管电泳电化学检测多巴胺和肾上腺素

在2-(N-吗啉)乙磺酸(MES)动态修饰的聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)微通道中,采用在柱安培检测方式,分离并测定了神经递质多巴胺和肾上腺素.实验中对分离电压、检测电位以及添加剂浓度等参数进行了探讨和优化.结果表明,修饰后的通道减少了对被测物的吸附,有效提高了分离度,多巴胺和肾上腺素的检测限分别为2.0 μmol/L和3.7 μmol/L.     

中温沥青超声萃取物的热解特性与分子结构间关联性的FTIR解析

Generalized Uncertainty Principle and Black Hole Entropy of Higher-Dimensional de Sitter Spacetime

Recently, there has been much attention devoted to resolving the quantum corrections to the Bekenstein-- Hawking black hole entropy. In particular, many researchers have expressed a vested interest in the coetticient of the logarithmic term of the black hole entropy correction term. In this paper, we calculate the correction value of the black hole entropy by utilizing the generalized uncertainty prlnciple and obtain the correction term caused by the generalized uncertainty principle. Because in our calculation we think that the Bekenstein-Hawking area theorem is still valid after considering the generalized uncertainty principle, we derive that the coefficient of the logarithmic term of the black hole entropy correction term is positive. This result is different from the known result at present. Our method is valid not only for four-dimensional spacetimes but also for higher-dimensional spacetimes. In the whole process, the physics idea is clear and calculation is simple. It offers a new way for studying the entropy correction of the complicated spacetime.     

用三源热共蒸法制备的二十厘米长涂层导体及其显微结构

用真空三源热共蒸发法制备了二十厘米长的涂层导体,其宽度为1厘米, 超导层宽度为0.9 厘米,厚度为600纳米.使用直流四引线法测试,导体在77K时的临界电流大于120安培,相应的临界电流密度大于每平方厘米220万安培.表征电流-电压曲线超导转变陡峭度的n值为35.显微结构观察表明其膜层显微形貌与单晶衬底上的薄膜极其相似.X射线衍射研究表明超导薄膜的相成分纯,面内FWHM为Δφ=6.23°,面外FWHM为Δω=3.84°,表明涂层的优良织构.在此文章将详细报告导体的制备和显微结构及物理测试结果.     

高效液相色谱法测定米根霉乳酸发酵液中乳酸的光学纯度

 以 2 ,3,6 三甲基 β 环糊精作手性流动相添加剂 ,C18柱为固定相 ,考察了流动相的pH和手性流动相添加剂浓度对乳酸对映体分离度的影响 ,建立了DL 乳酸的拆分定量分析方法。用归一化法分析DL 乳酸时引入了定量校正因子 ,确定了外标法测定L 乳酸的回归方程、精密度和回收率。测定了米根霉L 乳酸发酵液中D 型异构体的质量分数及其随放置时间的变化情况。
