Ar—Kr溶液扩散系数的分子动力学模拟及其与温度的关系

用分子动力学模拟方法研究确定Ａｒ－Ｋｒ溶液的自扩散系数Ｄ１、Ｄ２和互扩散系数Ｄ１２以及它们随温度变化的规律。结果表明，分别用Ｇｒｅｅｎ－Ｋｕｂｏ法和Ｅｉｎｓｔｅｉｎ法得到的扩散系数在数值上一致；该溶液的３种扩散系数均满足Ｄ＝Ｄ０ｅ＾Ｅ／ＲＴ关系。     

INFLUENCE OF COMPOSITIONAL HETEROGENEITY ON MORPHOLOGY AND PROPERTIES OF SEGMENTED COPOLYMERS

Polyethylene terephthalate(PET)/polycaprolactone(PCL) segmented copolymers with different hard segment contents and a blend of two of them were studied by using DSC, WAXS, TEM and IR techniques and dynamic mechanical, stress-strain and isothermal crystallization measurements. Emphasis was laid on the studies of influence of compositional heterogeneity on the morphology and properties of these segmented copolymers. It was found that the solution cast specimens of the more heterogeneous sample exhibit better segregation of segments, high crystallinity and melting temperature. They have higher thermal stability of mechanical properties at small deformations. However, they are less stable against large deformations and may become softer than the more homogeneous ones.     

Preparation of Nanoelectrode Ensembles by Assembly of Nano—Silver Colloid on Gold Surface

A novel method for preparing silver nanoelectrode ensembles(SNEEs) and gold nanoelectrode ensembles (GNEEs) has been developed. Silver colloid particles were first absorbed to the gold electrode surface to form a monolayer silver colloid. N-hexadecyl nercaptan was then assembled on the electrode to form a thoil monolayer on which hydrophilic ions cannot be transfered. The SNEEs was prepared by removing thiol from silver colloid surface through applying and AC voltage with increasing frequency at 0.20V(vs.SCE). Finally,GNEEs was obtained by immersing a SNEEs into 6 mol/L HNO3 to remove the silver colloid particles. By comparison with other methods such as template method ect., this method enjoys some advantages of lower resistance, same diameter,easy preparation,controllable size and density.     

丁二烯在氯化稀土-乙醇-烷基铝催化体系中的某些动力学规律 Ⅱ.链转移速度常数的测定及链终止反应机理的探讨

本文测定丁二烯在La、Nd、Sm、Gd、Dy、Ho和Y七种稀土氯化物与两种烷基铝分别所组成的催化剂之烷基铝链转移速度常数k_a,结果表明,不同稀土催化剂k_a的变化趋势与链增长速度常数相似。动力学方法证明钐催化剂失活按双基终止进行。本文对稀土催化剂失活机理作了初步探讨。     

β-内酰胺酶抑制剂--他唑巴坦新的合成方法

他唑巴坦(Tazobactam)是一种新颖的β-内酰胺酶抑制剂，以6-氨基青霉烷酸为原料，以新的酯化、氧化反应制得关键中间体M4，M4与2-羟基苯并噻唑缩合后，经氯代、成环、氧化、水解等反应得他唑巴坦，总产率达17．8％。该路线在酯化反应中产率达100％。用H2O2直接氧化，避免使用易爆氧化剂，使反应条件温和，易于进行工业化生产。     

纤维声速仪的简化

测定纤维中分子键取向度的声速仪见前文。作者等鉴于仪器将会得到更广泛的应用,特将声速仪中的直流电源、脉冲讯号发生器及多谐振蕩器与放大器等三件仪器簡化;針对它們的基本原理設計一台声波触发器取而代之。     

A Highly Sensitive Spectrophotometric Assay of Bleomycins Based on the Fading Reaction of Some Halofluorescein Dyes

In weak acidic medium, anticancer antibiotics bleomycin A5 （BLMA5） and bleomycin A2 （BLMA2） can react with halofluorescein dyes such as erythrosin （Ery）, eosin Y （EY）, eosin B （EB） and rose bengal （RB） by virtue of electrostatic attraction and hydrophobic force to form the ion-association complexes, which can result in the fading reactions of four halofluorescein dyes. The maximum fading wavelengths of these four dyes were located at 527 nm for Ery, 515 nm for EY, 517 nm for EB and 546 nm for RB, respectively. The decrements of absorbance （AA） were directly proportional to the concentrations of bleomycin in a certain range. A new method for the determination of bleomycins anticancer drugs based on fading reactions of halofluorescein dyes has been developed. The method was not only highly sensitive but also simple and rapid. The molar absorptivities （ε） ranged from 1.5 × 10^5 to 7.5 × 10^5 L·mol^-1·cm^-1. It was applied to determination of the bleomycins in human serum, urine and rabbit serum samples. In this work, the spectral properties and the optimum reaction conditions were investigated. The structure of ion-association complexes and the reaction mechanism were discussed.     

Synthesis and Structure of a Dinuclear Copper（Ⅱ）- ditetrazolate Involving in situ Ligand Synthesis

The hydrothermal reaction of 1,2-dicyanobenzene with NaN3 in the presence of CuCl2, 2,2′-bipyridine and H2O affords a novel dinuclear copper(II)-ditetrazolate, [Cu(bpy)- (pdtz)]2 (Hpdtz = 5,5′-1,2-phenylene-ditetrazole, bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine). The pdtz ligand is generated in situ through Sharpless 2 3 cycloaddition reaction. Its crystal structure was deter- mined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction method. The crystal crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 8.2096(16), b = 18.580(4), c = 11.838(2) , β = 103.12(3)o, V = 1758.5(6) 3, Z = 2, Mr = 863.83, Dc = 1.631 g/cm3, F(000) = 876 and μ = 1.272 mm-1. In this novel dinuclear structure, the pdtz ligand adopts a peculiar μ2-η1,η2 coordination mode.     

温度及pH敏感的树枝状高分子衍生物合成及药物控制释放研究

对合成的系列聚酰胺-胺型(PAMAM)树枝状高分子进行端基的羟基化和氯乙酰化两步修饰,使PAMAM最外层接上烷基氯.以修饰产物为引发剂,通过原子转移自由基引发甲基丙烯酸N,N-二甲氨基乙酯(DMAEMA)聚合得到树枝状PAMAM高分子衍生物,并对其结构用FTIR、1H-NMR和粒径分析进行了表征.紫外可见分光光度仪测定证实此高分子具有温度及pH敏感性.通过对小分子药物控制释放研究表明,此树枝状高分子衍生物通过环境pH值可有效地控制小分子药物的释放.     

硼酸酯偶联剂的合成与表征

通过分子结构设计，合成了一种氮一硼内配位结构的硼酸酯偶联剂，解决了硼酸酯水解稳定性差的问题，同时分子结构中含有氨基、丁氧基等活性基团。用傅立叶变换红外光谱对硼酸酯进行了结构表征，讨论了原料配比、合成工艺等对硼酸酯收率及反应速率的影响，并通过实验确定了最佳配方及工艺。对硼酸酯的物理性能、溶解性、水解稳定性及对硼酸铝晶须的表面处理效果进行了表征。结果表明：合成的硼酸酯偶联剂由于具有氮-硼内配位作用，表现出优良的水解稳定性，并且硼酸酯偶联剂对硼酸铝晶须具有良好的表面改性效果。
