原子力显微镜在生物物理领域的新应用

介绍了原子力显微镜在生物物理领域的最新应用:蛋白质去折叠、DNA拉伸、生物膜受力,通过分析实验得到的力谱,可以获取关于蛋白质、DNA、生物膜结构信息.原子力显微镜不仅能反映测量体系的力学性质,由于其具有独特的时间、空间分辨及实时成像,因而能提供更多信息.     

The Quantum Coherence Effects in Degenerate Two-level Atomic System

The quantum coherence effects of the transition Fe = 2←→Fg = 3 depending on the polarization of the coupling and probe beam are observed in a Cs vapor cell. The splitting of electromagnetically induced transparency （EIT） window is observed when the degeneracy of two-level system is broken using a magnetic field. It is also shown that the splitted transparency points of two of three windows are shifted with the intensity of magnetic field （ i. e. Zeeman splitting in the upper and lower levels ） increasing. On the contrary, when we fix the intensity of magnetic field, and increase the Rabi frequency of the coupling beam, the splitted transparency peaks become wider. A qualitative agreement between experiment and theory is found.     

新疆玛纳斯湖水蒸发过程研究

本文依据Na^ ,K^ ,Mg^2 //Cl^-,SO4^2--H2O五元水盐体系相图，对新疆玛纳斯盐湖水进行原料分析、理论研究、25℃等温蒸发实验和自然蒸发实验，研究了该湖水蒸发过程中盐类的析出规律及湖水中各组分浓度变化的规律，为进行工艺实验及将来的综合开发利用提供了可靠依据。     

Banach空间中优化问题的最优性条件

首先在Contingent切锥意义下界定了Banach空间中非空集合的伪切锥和伪凸性的概念，并讨论了相应的性质，然后针对可微优化问题，在广义凸性假设下，建立了最优性条件。     

Nafion-Os(bpy)2+3修饰膜的红外光谱研究

红外光谱表明,一步法和两步法制备的Nafion-Os(bpy)2 3(X=3)修饰膜明显不同,说明不同制备方法强烈影响膜的微结构.同时还显示一步法制备的X=3和X=20膜红外光谱特性也有明显不同.     

红外热像仪参数的双黑体测量装置

对红外热像仪参数双黑体测量装置的工作原理进行了介绍。装置采用双黑体及反射型靶标为温差辐射源，可实现黑体温度温差准直辐射的定期校准和红外热像仪参数测量量值的溯源，也可实现红外热像仪参数的可控性，以及对它进行稳定的、可复现的精确测量。推导出利用红外热像仪参数双黑体测量装置测量信号传递函数SiTF数学模型，分析了红外热像仪参数测量装置的客观因素——仪器常数，针对仪器常数对SiTF测量的影响进行了试验。试验结果表明，仪器常数对红外热像仪SiTF参数测量精度影响较大，并同时影响时域与空域NETD及3D噪声的准确测量。     

(Anti-)de Sitter Black Hole Entropy and Generalized Uncertainty Principle

We generalize the method that is used to study corrections to Cardy-Verlinde formula due to generalized uncertainty principle and discuss corrections to Cardy-Verlinde formula due to generalized uncertainty principle in (anti)-de Sitter space. Because in de Sitter black hole spacetime the radiation temperature of the black hole horizon is different from the one of the cosmological horizon, this spacetime is a thermodynamical non-equilibrium spacetime.     

Molecular dynamics simulation of processing using AFM pin tool

A three-dimensional molecular dynamics (MD) model is utilized to investigate the effect of tool geometry on the deformation process of the workpiece and the nature of deformation process at the atomic-scale. Results show that different states exist between the atomic force microscope (AFM) pin tool and the workpiece surface, i.e. the non-wear state, the ploughing state, the state in which ploughing is dominant and the state in which cutting plays a key role. A relationship between the deformation process of the workpiece and the potential energy variation is presented. The potential energy variation of atoms in different deformed regions in the workpiece such as plastically deformed region, elastically deformed region and the mixed deformation region is different. The features of variations of potential energy are discussed.     

电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定中药方剂煎煮液中的微量元素

本文采用HNO3－H2O2对中药方剂煎煮液进行处理，拟定了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法同时测定试样中12个微量元素的方法，选择了仪器的最佳工作条件，考察了基本效应的影响。在选定条件下，12个微量元素的检出限为0．10－5．0ng/g，相对标准偏差为0.10%-9.5%(n=10),加标回收率为85％－103％。该方法简单、快速，已用于大量样品的检测，分析结果满意。     

Canonical Modules of Semigroup Rings and a Conjecture of Reiner

We prove that the homotopy types of two naturally defined simplicial complexes are related in the following way: one is homotopy equivalent to a multiple suspension of the canonical Alexander dual of the other. These simplicial complexes arise in free resolutions of semigroup rings and modules. The relation between their homotopy types was conjectured by Reiner, and was suggested by a homological consequence of a result due independently to Danilov and Stanley on canonical modules of normal semigroup rings. Our proof is purely topological, and gives an alternative proof of their result. We also prove a generalization of a result of Hochster saying that these rings are Cohen—Macaulay, and indicate a new proof of Ehrhart's reciprocity law for rational polytopes.
