HL-2M �����֧�Ŷ���ͼ�������

The manufacturing process of integral special-shaped forgings of the HL-2M vacuum vessel support trunnion was introduced, and the material testing was conducted by cutting the samples from the forging body. The test results show that the yield strength of the surface and core position of the trunnion forgings are 1100MPa and 1057MPa respectively, the grain size grade of those two positions can be up to grade 4, and all mechanical performance parameters can meet the design requirements.     

自掺杂Te生长CdTe薄膜的结构及其光学性质研究

使用近距离升华(CSS)方法在玻璃衬底上制备了CdTe自掺杂Te薄膜.通过XRD,SEM,EDS,紫外可见分光光度计,以及光致发光(PL)谱分析讨论了掺Te薄膜的结构变化,其表面形貌以及掺杂浓度对CdTe薄膜光学性质的影响.结果表明:适量掺Te改善了CdTe薄膜的结晶质量,CdTe薄膜的晶格常数变大,禁带宽度Eg有略微减小,晶体中施主能级深度无变化——掺Te对CdTe薄膜的光学性质影响不大.

 高功率微波在大气中传输会使气体电离产生等离子体，导致大气的介电常数和折射指数发生变化。介绍了在初等理论条件下各向同性的等离子体中的大气介电常数，给出速度为麦克斯韦分布时电子与分子的碰撞对介电常数的影响，并用动力论法导出高功率微波作用下的大气介电常数及修正系数公式。     

Purification and Characterization of Cold-active α-Amylase Excreted by A Strain of Marine Cold-adaptive Penicillia

The filamentous fungi from the Huanghai sea sludge were screened according to their ability to produce cold-active α-amylase. The strain with the highest amylase activity was identified as Penicilllum species. The α-amylase purified by ammonium sulphate precipitation and column chromatography on DEAE-sepharose and sephadex G-100 shows a molecular weight of about 55000 and a pl of 4. 38. The enzyme is stable in a pH range of 5.5—8.0 and has a maximum activity at pH 6.0. Compared with the α-amylase from mesophiles and thermophiles, the cold-active enzyme shows a high enzyme activity at lower temperatures and a high sensitivity at temperatures higher than 50℃. The optimal temperature is 40℃ and the activity decreases dramatically at temperatures above 50℃. Ca^2 shows a significant effect on maintaining the structure and the activity of the enzyme. EDTA and Cu^2 are its inhibitors. The products from the hydrolysis of soluble starch with the cold-active enzyme are maltose and other oligosaccharides.

THE MULTIPLE IONIZATION OF ARGON INDUCED BY PARTIALLY STRIPPED CARBON IONS

The cross section ratios of the double, triple and quadruplicate ionization to the single ionization of argon by 1.5-7.5 MeV partially stripped carbon ions are measured by using time-of-flight technique. The Auger transition and the charge exchange process in the multiple ionization of argon are studied. The ratios of cross sections of the direct multiple ionization to those of the direct single ionization are obtained by subtracting the parts of the Auger transition and the charge exchange process from the measured data. It is found that the cross section ratios of the direct multiple ionization to those of the direct single ionization are in good agreement with the predicted mniti-step (ν/q_eff)^-2n+2 law.

高比表面TiO_2柱层状HLaNb_2O_7的制备和表征

采用分步离子交换法，将含钛多聚阳离子嵌入层状镧铌酸（HLaNb_2O_7）的层 间，通过焙烧，制得了TiO_2柱层状镧铌酸（TiO_2-HLaNb_2O_7）。应用XRD， FTIR，TEM和BET（Brunauer-Emmett-Teller）等技术对该材料进行了表征。结果表 明，TiO_2-HLaNb_2O_7具有较大的层间距（1.61 nm，450 ℃）和较高的比表面积 （S_(BET) = 132 m~2·g~(-1)），而且是一中孔材料，其孔径分布曲线上呈现一 狭窄的孔分布，最可几孔直径为3.3 nm。     

INTERACTION BETWEEN ISOTACTIC POLYPROPYLENE AND ITS NON-SOLVENTS

Polypropylene (PP) microporous film prepared by biaxial stretching of isotactic PPis treated with non-solvent liquid at room temperature. The dimension of the film maychange after the treatment. The degree of area contraction of PP film is dependent on thematch between PP and liquid in solubility parameter and polarity. The fact indicates thatsome interactions do exist between liquid and isotactic PP, and a shrinkable porous film isa sensitive probe to detect the weak interactions.
