Infrared metamaterial absorber(MMA) based on metal-insulator-metal(MIM) configuration with flexible design,perfect and selective absorption,has attracted much attention recently for passive radiative cooling applications.To cool objects passively,broadband infrared absorption(i.e.8-14 μm) is desirable to emit thermal energy through atmosphere window.We present a novel MMA composed of multilayer MIM resonators periodically arranged on a PbTe/MgF_2 bilayer substrate.Verified by the rigorous coup led-wave analysis method,the proposed MMA shows a relative bandwidth of about 45%(from 8.3 to 13.1 μm with the absorption intensity over 0.8).The broadband absorption performs stably over a wide incident angle range(below 50°) and predicts 12 K cooling below ambient temperature at nighttime.Compared with the previous passive radiative coolers,our design gets rid of the continuous metal substrate and provides an almost ideal transparency window(close to 100%)for millimeter waves over 1 mm.The structure is expected to have potential applications in thermal control of integrated devices,where millimeter wave signal compatibility is also required.  相似文献

In the t-J model, the electron fractionalization is dictated by the phase string effect. We find that in the underdoped regime, the antiferromagnetic and superconducting phases are dual: in the former, holons are confined while spinons are deconfined, and vice?versa in the latter. These two phases are separated by a novel phase, the so-called Bose-insulating phase, where both holons and spinons are deconfined. A pair of Wilson loops was found to constitute a complete set of order parameters determining this zero-temperature phase diagram. The quantum phase transitions between these phases are suggested to be of non-Landau-Ginzburg-Wilson type.  相似文献

There are several key factors that affect the transmission characteristics of the 90° (L-shaped) bent photonic crystal waveguides. The first factor is the direct coupling efficiency from the incident lights into the waveguides. The second one is the bandgap deviations of the photonic crystals. And the third factor is the optical reflections in the bent corners. In this article, we compare three types of L-shaped bent photonic crystal waveguides. One is the original type, which has an abrupt right-angle bend. Another is an improved 90° bend with a 45°-mirror. The other is an L-shaped bent photonic crystal waveguide with a 45°-transitional section. We investigate their respective frequency responses and observe the improvements in the total transmission efficiencies provided by the latter types.  相似文献

Based on the analysis of the magnetostriction for Terfenol-D composites, Terfenol-D 2-2 magnetostrictive composites have been prepared with laminations perpendicular to [1 1 2] axes. Then one of the samples was annealed in the vacuum at 423 K for 15 min at the magnetic field of 240 kA/m, which is along the direction of laminations and vertical to the [1 1 2] axes of the specimen. The static magnetostriction λ and dynamic magnetostrictive coefficient d33 of samples were measured under the compressive stress of 0, 2, 4, 6 and 8 MPa. Effects of the compressive stress and the magnetic field heat treatment on the magnetostriction λ have been investigated. It is found that the magnetostriction of 2-2 composites can be improved under the compressive stress when the magnetic field is larger than 20 kA/m. The magnetostriction of 2-2 composites with the magnetic field heat treatment increases under compressive stress, and it can reach 1390×10−6 at the magnetic field of 200 kA/m and under the compressive stress of 4 MPa, much larger than the value of 860×10−6 without the magnetic field heat treatment. The highest magnetostriction of the 2-2 composite with the magnetic field heat treatment can reach 1530×10−6. The dynamic magnetostrictive coefficient d33 of 2-2 composites with the magnetic field heat treatment have been improved, compared with that without magnetic field heat treatment. The maximum value of d33 of the sample with magnetic field heat treatment is 71% larger than that without magnetic field heat treatment.  相似文献

An in situ generated oxidation species of nickel quinolinylpropioamide intermediate was produced. Characterization by X-ray absorption near edge structure (XANES) and EPR provides complementary insights into this oxidized nickel species. With aliphatic amides and isocyanides as substrates, a nickel-catalyzed facile synthesis of structurally diverse five-membered lactams could be achieved.  相似文献

Hexyl aminolevulinate (HAL) is a lipophilic derivative of 5-aminolevulinic acid (5-ALA) and can induce more protoporphyrin IX (PpIX) formation and stronger fluorescence intensity (FI) than 5-ALA, which will greatly facilitate photodynamic diagnosis and therapy. The main drawback of HAL is its low solubility in neutral aqueous media. In this study, surfactants were used to increase HAL solubility in the cell culture medium and serum, followed by in vitro fluorescence formation measurement in human pancreatic cancer cells (SW1990) and in vivo fluorescence detection in tumor-bearing mice. The results showed that Tween 80 (TW80) and Kolliphor® HS 15 (HS15) increased the solubility of HAL in the selected media. Although TW80 and HS15 exhibited in vitro cytotoxicity at high concentrations (5 mg mL−1), they facilitated fluorescent signal formation at the early stage of cell incubation. When surfactants were used, the FI should be determined without the routine washing process because surfactant-containing culture medium caused the loss of synthesized PpIX during the washing process. When HAL dissolved in TW80 solution was injected intraperitoneally into pancreatic cancer-bearing mice at a dose of 50 mg kg−1, the tumors exhibited red fluorescence, which indicated that systemic administration of surfactant-solubilized HAL might be applicable for tumor fluorescence detection in vivo.  相似文献

Water electrolysis offers a promising green technology to tackle the global energy and environmental crisis, but its efficiency is greatly limited by the sluggish reaction kinetics of both the cathodic hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) and anodic oxygen evolution reaction (OER). In this work, by growing amorphous multi-transition-metal (cobalt and iron) oxide on two-dimensional (2D) black phosphorus (BP), we develop a bifunctional electrocatalyst (CoFeO@BP), which is able to efficiently catalyze both HER and OER. The overpotentials for the hybrid CoFeO@BP catalyst to reach a current density of 10 mA cm−2 in 1 m KOH are 88 and 266 mV for HER and OER, respectively. Based on a series of ex-situ and in situ investigations, the excellent catalytic performance of CoFeO@BP is found to result from the adaptive surface structure under reduction and oxidation potentials. CoFeO@BP can be transformed to CoFe phosphide under reduction potential, in situ generating the real active catalyst for HER.  相似文献

The crystal structure of α-methanol at 15K has been determined from neutron powder diffraction measurements. The structure is orthorhombic, space group P212121. The molecular geometry is found to be very similar to that in the gas phase, but the methyl group no longer has ideal 3-fold symmetry. The crystal is formed by infinite hydrogen-bonded chains of molecules with adjacent chains ‘pointing’ in opposite directions. The O-H … O hydrogen bonds are almost linear. No phase intermediate between the low temperature α-phase and the high temperature β-phase was found, but a new, metastable phase was discovered.  相似文献
