A highly sensitive and rapid assay for protein determination in human urine and penicillin using a Rayleigh light-scattering technique with benzeneazo-8-acetylamino-1-naphthol-3,6-disulfonic acid sodium salt.

A simple and sensitive method was conducted for the determination of trace amounts of proteins with benzeneazo-8-acetylamino-1-naphthol-3,6-disulfonic acid sodium salt (azophloxine, AP) using a Rayleigh light-scattering (RLS) technique. At pH 2.60 and in the presence of an emulsifier OP microemulsion, the RLS of AP can be greatly enhanced by proteins, owing to the interaction between AP and protein. The enhanced intensity is proportional to the concentration of proteins. Four proteins, including bovine serum albumin (BSA), human serum albumin (HSA), lysozyme (Lys) and gamma globulin (gamma-G) have been tested. For example, the linear range of BSA was 0 - 0.06 microg mL(-1) with detection limits of 2.38 ng mL(-1). The method was applied to the analysis of protein in human urine and penicillin samples with satisfactory results. The relative standard deviation was in all instances less than 4.0%, and the recovery was in the range of 97.5 - 104%.     

Coordination Sorption of Urea by Novel Urea Sorbent——Polymer-bound Metal Complexes

Urea can be sorbed by coordination (or complexation)with transitional metalpolyacrylic acid complex and transitional metal-polyacrylamide containing polyethylenepolyamine ligand complexes. The experimental results indicate that the sorbents can sorb about 60mg urea per gram of sorbent at 37℃ and the concentration of urea was 1300.0rag/1 in NaH_2PO_4 and Na_2HPO_4 buffer solution (pH=7.0) and the urea sorption capacity was affected by many factors such as other competive ligands, sorption time, pH and the concentration of urea.     

离子交换树脂纯化酪蛋白磷酸肽研究

通过单因素实验和正交试验确定了使用D-201型大孔强碱性阴离子交换树脂纯化酪蛋白磷酸肽(CPPs)的操作条件为：洗脱温度40℃、洗脱酸(HCI)浓度0．2mol／L、洗脱速度2．3ml／min、进样浓度2％(w／v)，进一步应用HPSEC技术分析考察了离子交换树脂纯化后含磷洗脱峰分子量分布情况，并计算了产品氮磷比与纯化收率．     

气固吸附等温线的研究进展

综述了近些年来在气固吸附理论研究领域对吸附等温线的研究进展。论述了从早期的BDDT的5种类型吸附等温线，到IUPAC的6种类型吸附等温线，再到基于Ono-kondo晶格模型的Gibbs吸附分类的5种类型吸附等温线．讨论了与各种类型吸附等温线类型相对应的吸附机理，并对滞留回环现象进行了解释和分析。     

Structure,trend and prospect of operational research: a scientific analysis for publications from 1952 to 2020 included in Web of Science database

As an important research direction, operational research (OR) has always attracted scholars worldwide. We study the structure, trend and prospect in the OR field by conducting a bibliometric analysis of publications in the period of 1952–2020, which are included in the Web of Science (WoS) database. Using three effective bibliometric tools, namely, VOS viewer, CiteSpace, and Bibliometrix, a total of 5,353 publications were retrieved to show clear visual results using a series of scientific analyses. First, a performance analysis revealed the basic characteristics of publications considering the type distribution, annual trend, quantity and quality. Then, a cooperation analysis presented the influential countries/regions and showed the relationships among countries/regions, institutions and authors during different periods based on bibliometric indicators and co-authorship networks. Moreover, a keyword analysis was conducted to investigate the hot topics and development of the OR field, using co-occurrence analysis, timeline view analysis and evolution analysis. Finally, we discussed the implications and limitations, and summarized the main findings. This study hopes to provide important and valuable references for future research on the OR field.

     

An Electrostatic Bond Energy Model for Enthalpies of Formation of Chloroalkanes in Gaseous States

An electrostatic bond energy model is formulated to fit the enthalpies of formation and dipole moments of the alkanes and chloroalkanes. In this model, the charge distributions are calculated by an electrostatic approach similar to the "MSE" method, and the enthalpy of formation of a molecule is the sum of the bond energy terms plus the electrostatic energy of the interactions between the charges on all atoms. All parameters of this model are obtained by parameterization. The calculated dipole moments for 13 chloroalkanes and enthalpies of formation for 19 alkanes and non-geminal chloroalkanes agree with the determined values very well. To calculate the enthalpies of formation of geminal chloroalkanes, a correction mainly attributed to the van der Waals interactions in the geminal substituted group, about 24 kJ/mol per pair of geminal chlorine atoms, is introduced.     

Tandem mass spectrum of a farnesyl transferase inhibitor--gas-phase rearrangements involving imidazole

Compound 1 (1-(3-chlorophenyl)-4-[1-(4-cyanobenzyl)imidazolylmethyl]-2-piperazinone hydrochloride) is a farnesyl transferase inhibitor intended for treatment of cancer. A detailed analysis of the electrospray ionization mass spectrometry and tandem mass spectrometry data of protonated 1 shows that in the gas phase, upon collision-induced dissociation, this ion undergoes complicated rearrangement and fragmentation. These processes include a novel two-step rearrangement. The first step involves a gas-phase intramolecular S(N)2 reaction that forms an intermediate. The second step consists of three competitive rearrangement/fragmentation pathways of the intermediate, giving rise to protonated 2, protonated methylene-imidazole, and a distonic methylimidazole radical cation. Deuterated 1 was studied under the same experimental conditions, and the results strongly support the proposed two-step rearrangement process. It is noted that the unique structure of 1, especially the imidazole ring of 1, plays a critical role in the rearrangement of protonated 1.     

The Photopolymerization Kinetics of Acryl amide Sensitized with Toluidine Blue-Alcoholamine Induced by He-Ne Laser

Toluidine blue(TB) is a good sensitizer for the polymerization of acrylnmide(AM) induced by He-Ne laser. With TB as a sensitizer and various alcoholamine as donors, the photoredox of TB and the polymerization kinetics of AM induced by He-Ne laser were investigated. 电化学合成铜配合物的研究

采用金属铜为"牺牲"阳极,首次在无隔膜电解槽中,电化学溶解金属铜一步制备了纳米CuO前体Cu(OEt)2, Cu(OBu)2, Cu(acac)2, Cu(OEt)(acac), Cu(OBu)(acac) (acac为乙酰丙酮基).产物通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、拉曼光谱(Raman spectrum)进行表征.同时讨论了影响电合成铜醇盐及其配合物的关键因素.实验表明,防止阳极钝化,温度控制在30～50 ℃,采用有机胺溴化物为导电盐, 电极电位控制在0.8～1.2 V之间,可以提高电合成效率.实验同时表明Cu(acac)2, Cu(OEt)(acac), Cu(OBu)(acac)可作为制备含铜纳米材料前驱体.
