We propose a new scheme for realizing deterministic quantum state transfer (QST) between two spatially separated single molecule magnets (SMMs) with the framework of cavity quantum eleetrodynamics (QED). In the present scheme, two SMMs are trapped in two spatially separated optical cavities coupled by an optical fiber. Through strictly numerically simulating, we demonstrate that our scheme is robust with respect to the SMMs' spontaneous decay and fiber loss under the conditions of dispersive SMMs-field interaction and strong coupling of cavity fiber. In addition, we also discuss the influence of photon leakage out of cavities and show that our proposal is good enough to demonstrate the generation of QST with high fidelity utilizing the current experimental technology. The present investigation provides research opportunities for realizing QST between solid-state qubits and may result in a substantial impact on the progress of solid-state-based quantum communications network.  相似文献

Lifetimes of high spin states in 129Cs axe measured using the Doppler shift attenuation method. The high spin states of 129 Cs axe populated following the fusion evaporation reaction 124 Sn(UB, 6n)129 Cs at a beam energy of 65 MeV. The reduced transition probabilities B(E2) and the transition quadrupole moments Qt in the negativeand positive-paxity bands are deduced. The experimental results indicate that the Qt values of the negative parity band are smaller than those of the positive parity bands, probably due to different γ-deformation driving effects of different proton orbitals. The Qt values exhibit a considerable increase near the band crossing region in these bands. This behavior demonstrates that nuclear shape changing results from the neutron or proton alignments. The signature splitting of the πh11/2 and πg7/2 bands shows the opposite changing trend after backbending due to the h11~2 neutron and h11/2 proton alignments, respectively.  相似文献

We investigate theoretically the population dynamics and the second-order correlation functions of photon emissions from the biexciton-exciton system of a single quantum dot with excitation from pulses to continuous wave. The dynamic equations of the correlation functions are deduced by applying quantum regression theorem to optical Bloch equations. The influences of excitation pulse width on the correlation function have been discussed in detail.  相似文献

The anomalous phenomenon of generation current ICD in the lightly doped drain (LDD) nMOSFET measured under the drain bias VD-step mode is reported. We propose an assumption of activated (A) and frozen (F) traps for the VD-step mode: The A traps contributes to ICD while the F process can make them lose the roles as generation centers. The A and F regions can form the F-A region. The comparison of the F and A regions decides the role of the F-A region. The experiments confirm the assumption.  相似文献

We investigate the nanostructure, surface plasmon resonance (SPR) absorption and nonlinear enhancement of Au/Ag alloyed hollow nanoshells prepared by the replacement reaction of Ag nanoparticles in a HAuCI4 aqueous solution. As the volume of HAuCl4 increases from OmL to 0.S mL, the SPR band of the Au/Ag alloyed nanoshells is tuned from 430nm to 780nm, and the third-order nonlinear optical susceptibility is enhanced nearly by an order of magnitude, which indicates a large enhancement of local field in the Au/Ag alloyed hollow nanoshells with hole defects.  相似文献

Structural behaviour of cyclo-octane under high pressure is studied by using a synchrotron x-ray source in a diamond anvil cell (DAC) up to 40.2 GPa at room temperature. The cyclo-octane firstly solidifies to the triclinic phase at 0.87 GPa. With the increasing pressure, the phase of cyclo-octane changes to the tetragonal phase at about 6.0 GPa and then transforms to amorphous phase above 18.2 GPa, which is kept till to 40.2 GPa. All the phase transitions of cyclo-octane are irreversible.  相似文献

Centimetre-long ZnO fibres are synthesized by vapour transportation via thermal evaporation of ZnO powders. The growth process is carried out in a graphite crucible, in which ZnO powder is loaded as the source material, and a silicon wafer is positioned on the top of the crucible as the growth substrate. During the growth process, the source temperature is kept at 800℃ and the substrate temperature is kept at 600℃. Typical growth time to obtain centimetre-long ZnO fibres is 5-10 hours. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), x-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and selected area electron diffraction (SAED) measurement results show that ZnO fibres are single crystalline with high crystalline quality and very low defects concentration.  相似文献

为研究稀土荧光络合物与高分子形成的复合物的结构与发光性能间的关系,利用α-噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮(TTA)和三苯基氧化膦(TPPO)与氯化铕(EuCl3)分别制备了Eu(TTA)3·2H2O和Eu(TTA)3·(TPPO)2络合物,及其与聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)的复合物。采用荧光光谱,红外光谱和透射电镜等方法对复合物进行了表征。荧光光谱测定结果表明Eu(TTA)3·2H2O与PVP K30结构单元摩尔比为1∶35的PVP/Eu(TTA)3·2H2O复合物的612 nm发射峰的荧光强度较Eu(TTA)3·2H2O络合物有显著提高。红外光谱研究表明络合物的Eu3+与PVP分子的羰基之间存在着明显的配位作用,并且存在多种配位方式。透射电镜观察结果表明复合物具有微相分离结构,其中的稀土络合物为无定形结构,这进一步表明PVP与络合物分子间存在相互作用。  相似文献
