分光光度法测定五种补肾中成药中铝的含量

用分光光度法测定蚁王壮力胶囊,三五神威丸、颐和春、强力生血宝,海马二肾丸五种补肾中成药中铝的含量。结果表明,五种中成药中铝含量有显著差异。其中以三五神威丸中铝的含量最高。     

五种补肾中成药物中微量铝分析

用Ａｌ－ＣＡＳ－ＯＰ－１０分光光度法测定了五种补肾中成药中铝含量。结果表明,五种中成药中铝含量有一定的差异。本实验结果为进一步研究铝与补肾中成药的功效关系提供了有用数据。     

Indirect Flow Injection Chemiluminescence Method for the Determination of Tetracycfines Using Cu（]I） as a Probe Ion

This paper reported an indirect flow injection chemiluminescence （FI-CL） method for the determination of the drugs tetracycline （TC）, chlortetracycline （CTC） and oxytetracycline（OTC） using Cu（ Ⅱ ） as a probe ion. The CL reaction was induced on-line and after injection of the sample the negative peaks appeared as a result of complexation. The method was applied to the determination of TCs in pharmaceuticals and human urine with recoveries in the range95-105%.     

稳态荧光探针法测定三聚季铵盐表面活性剂的胶束聚集数

以芘为荧光探针, 十六烷基氯化吡啶(CPC)为猝灭剂, 以芘的饱和水溶液为溶剂配制表面活性剂溶液, 根据芘的荧光强度之比I1/I3随表面活性剂水溶液浓度的变化, 测定了三聚季铵盐表面活性剂CTTTA的cmc值, 测定值与表面张力法测定的cmc值一致；当猝灭剂CPC的浓度取0.1~0.3 mmol·L-1范围时, 用稳态荧光探针法测定了CTTTA的胶束聚集数. 实验数据表明, 表面活性剂溶液浓度为6~10倍cmc时, 胶束聚集数N随表面活性剂浓度增大而线性增大, 并用外推法得到CTTTA的临界胶束聚集数.     

焦脱镁叶绿酸的Knoevenagel反应及其杂环取代衍生物的合成

以焦脱镁叶绿酸-d甲酯(MPPd)为起始原料, 通过其醛基与连有五元杂环的β-二酮、α-氰基酮和丙二腈的活性亚甲基进行Knoevenagel反应, 完成3-位五元杂环取代的焦脱镁叶绿酸-a甲酯衍生物. 所合成的新化合物均经UV, IR, ¹H NMR及元素分析证明其结构.     

红紫素-18酰亚胺衍生物的合成

以脱镁叶绿酸甲酯为原料, 通过对其3-位乙烯基的氧化, 得到3-(2,2-二甲氧基乙基)-3-去乙烯基脱镁叶绿酸甲酯, 经过甲酸处理得到3-(2-氧代乙基)-3-去乙烯基脱镁叶绿酸甲酯, 选择适当的条件, 通过Grignard 反应合成了对应的3-(2-羟基烷基)-3-去乙烯基脱镁叶绿酸甲酯. 实验结果表明: 3-(2-氧代乙基)-3-去乙烯基脱美叶绿酸甲酯和Grignard试剂的反应, 只要反应条件控制得当, 13²-位的甲氧甲酰基不会脱去. 结合E环的改造, 将其转变成酸酐环进而转变成N-取代的酰亚胺环. 目标化合物的合成也可以将3-(2,2-二甲氧基乙基)-去乙烯基脱镁叶绿酸甲酯转变成N-取代的酰亚胺后, 再和Grignard试剂反应, 完成目标化合物的合成. 合成的一系列化合物具有长波长的紫外吸收. 化合物的结构变化对紫外吸收的影响作了相应的讨论. 合成的新化合物均由核磁共振、红外光谱、元素分析予以证实.     

芳醚树枝形聚合物的合成及分子内光敏异构化反应研究

利用收敛法合成了一代到四代外围带有二苯酮、核心带有降冰片二烯的芳醚树枝形聚合物, 初步研究了这些化合物的分子内光敏异构化反应. 以波长大于350 nm的光选择激发外围的二苯酮官能团引起核心处降冰片二烯基团异构化为四环烷, 随着代数的增长, 光敏异构化反应的速率逐渐加快.
