The available and total niacin evolution during maturation of yellow pea lupine (Lupinus luteus L., cv. Juno), pea (Pisum sativum L., cv. Ergo), faba bean (Vicia faba sp. minor Harz, cv. Tibo) and in germinated and high-pressure heated peas (Pisum sativum L., cv. Esla) have been determined by capillary electrophoresis (CE). The results have been compared with those obtained by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The values obtained by CE were similar to those obtained by HPLC. Maturation of seeds significantly reduced the available and total niacin content in legumes. The available/total niacin ratio during seed maturation depends on the type of legume. In faba beans and peas, a reduction was observed which was more pronounced in the case of peas. For lupine seeds, the ripening produced an increase (34%) in the available/total niacin ratio 50 days after flowering (DAF). Pea germination produced an overall increase in available and total niacin content although the available/total niacin ratio decreased. High pressure heating of pea yielded an increase in the available niacin content and available/total niacin ratio but the total niacin content did not change.  相似文献

Summary Thermal decomposition of C6 hydrocarbons (hexane, cyclohexane, 2-methylpentane, 2,2-dimethylbutane and trans-2-hexene) on a nickel catalyst and on alumina was studied by reaction gas chromatography. The products were analyzed on two capillary columns containing squalane and Citroflex and were identified on the basis of their retention indices. The degree of conversion of the initial substances and the relative contents of the products were determined. On the basis of the results obtained, the probable course of the catalytic decomposition is discussed.  相似文献

where c+ is the concentration at which a homogeneous segment distribution is assumed to prevail, increases with temperature up to the plateau value of 0.7. From the temperature dependence of the osmotic pressure, the partial molar enthalpy. Δh1, and entropy, Δs1. of mixing are found to be positive. The title compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P212121 with 4 molecules in the unit cell (cell dimensions: a 9.778(2), b 10.639(2) and c 12.423(4) Å). The structure was solved by means of the heavy atom method. The rhodium atom is linked to both olefinic double bonds. The terpene carbonyl group does not participate in coordination to rhodium. Unlike the endocyclic olefinic group, which is approximately perpendicular to the coordination plane of rhodium, the exocyclic Cz.sbnd;C double bound shows a considerable deviation from this arrangement. The π-complexation of carvone with rhodium proceeds diastereospecifically. The absolute configuration of (+)-carvone is 4S in agreement with the assignment derived by indirect chemical correlation.  相似文献

The Cyclopropa[c]chromenes 14 , trans-and cis- 15 , trans-and cis- 16 and 17 rearrange on heating > 200° in N, N-diethylaniline to give 2-alkyl-2H-chromenes 7, 8, 21, 22. The rate determining step of this rearrangement is the ‘homoelectrocyclic’ ring opening of the cyclopro-pa[c]chromenes to give ω-allyl-quinomethanes of type 4. These intermediates show fast [1,5s] and [1,7a] H-shifts, followed by electrocyclic ring closure. Deuterium labelling experiments are in agreement with this mechanism. The remarkable dependence of the rates of rearrangement with respect to the stereochemistry of the cyclopropa[c]chromenes (cf. table 2) suggests that in the first step only one of the two possible disrotatory modes of ring opening is involved.  相似文献

Die störenden Ionen des Cu, Cd, Pb, Hg, Co, Ni, Ca und Mg lassen sich mit ÄDTA maskieren.
Summary Osmium tetroxide can be detected in the concentration range of 1 to 60g/5 ml through its luminescence reaction with hydrogen peroxide and lucigenin with sufficient precision by means of the simultaneous comparation method. The interfering ions (Cu, Cd, Pb, Hg, Co, Ni, Ca, and Mg) can be masked with EDTA.

Résumé En utilisant l'action catalytique du tétroxyde d'osmium sur la réaction de luminescence de la lucigénine avec l'eau oxygénée, on peut le doser avec suffisamment de précision dans le domaine des concentrations allant de 1 à 60g/5 ml par la méthode de comparaison photométrique. The ultrafiltration preconcentration of Cd2+ using micellar extraction with 8-hydroxyquinoline (8-HQ), solubilized in anionic micelles of sodium dodecylsulphate (SDS)) were studied. The n-butanol was used as a co-surfactant. Ultrafiltration yields (R, %) on cellulose acetate membranes (wet, 20000 MW-CO) under 400 kPa pressure were determined. Distribution ratios (D) of cadmium between bulk liquid phase and micellar pseudophase were estimated. The constants (app.) for the cadmium-sodium exchange on SDS micelles surface at pH values of 4.8 and 5.3 (3.36 and 3.86, respectively) were determined. It was found, that the values of ultrafiltration yields of the cadmium (at constant concentration of 8-HQ) are influenced not only by the pH and by the concentration values, but also by the ratio of the concentrations of the metal and the anionic surfactant.  相似文献

The structures of the stable conformers of N-methyjpropionamide and N-methyliso-butyroamide in CCl4, solution were determined by a combination of IR spectroscopy and NMR spectroscopy with lanthanide shift reagents. N-methyl-propionamide was found to exist in the form of two rotational isomers, 1 and 2, with the ethyl group twisted out of the plane of the amide bond by the angles Ψ = 140 and 20°, respectively. For these two conformers, the enthalpy difference is ΔH = 2.13 ± 0.08 kcal mole?1 and the entropy difference ΔS = 7.81 ± 0.55 cal mole?1 grad?1. N-methylisobutyroamide exists in a single form, with the two C-methyl group positions very close to those found in the two isomers of N-methylpropionamide.  相似文献

A convenient method has been developed for the synthesis of all mono- and di-O-benzyl ethers of methyl α-L-rhamnopyranoside applying a new stereoselective method for the hydrogenolytic ring-cleavage of benzylidene acetals. Using the prepared dibenzyl ethers as aglycones, the (1→2)-, (1→3)- and (l→4)-linked rhamnosyl-rhamnose derivatives (1315) were synthesised. Hydrogenolysis of the latter compounds and subsequent acetylation gave the pentaacetates (1618) of methyl dirhamnosides, which on saponification furnished the free methyl dirhamnosides (1921). Acetolysis of 1618 gave the corresponding dirhamnose-hexaacetates which were transformed into the three disaccharides by saponification. The structure of each product was investigated by 13C-NMR spectroscopy, and for the purpose of 13C-NMR studies the mono-O-methyl ethers of methyl α-L-rhamnopyranoside, the diacetates and di-O-benzyl ethers of the latter compounds, and, also the diacetates of methyl α-L-rhamnopyranoside were synthesised.It has been established that, for 13C-NMR investigations of oligosaccharides, the benzyl ethers of monosaccharides are more suitable model compounds than the currently used monosaccharide methyl ethers.  相似文献
