平行测定了54例(男31例,女23例)成人血清和头发中铜,锌,铁,钙,镁和锰的含量,相关分析结果表明,血清与头发中6种元素的不相关两类样品比较,血清测定方法简便,误差小,但在检测人体内元素含量水平时,头发的测量结果比血清更灵敏。  相似文献

The volatile chemical constituents of Artemisia capillaries (an important traditional Chinese medicine) were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and sub-window factor analysis (SFA). Seventy-five components were separated and 43 of them were qualitatively and quantitatively determined, which represented about 89.03% of the total content. This profile was then used to identify and assess the consistency of the herb by using an orthogonal projection method. Four different sources of A. capillaries were analyzed and compared with each other. Among the components determined, there were 51 components coexisting in all samples although the relative peak areas of a few showed variations. It is the first time to apply orthogonal projection method to the comparison of different samples, and it reduces the burden of qualitative analysis as well as the subjectivity. The results showed a fair consistency in their GC-MS fingerprint. A. capillaris was distinguished from Artemisia sacrorum L., a possible substitute in traditional Chinese medicine by comparing the fingerprints with each other.  相似文献

A new isoprenyl phenyl ether, 3-hydroxy-4-(3-methylbut-2-enyloxy)benzoic acid methyl ester (1), together with 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (2), 2-hydroxy-6-methylbenzoic acid (3), and 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic acid (4) were isolated from Mangrove fungus (No. B60) from the South China Sea. The structures of the compounds were established on the basis of NMR spectroscopic and mass spectrometric data. In the preliminary bioassay, compound 1 exhibited antibacterial and antifungal activities. Compound 1 also inhibited cytotoxicity to the hepG2 cell line with an IC50 value of 10.0 μg/mL. 利用IR,EXAFS, ~(13)CO同位素交换反应及与NO作用等手段研究了Pt羰基簇合物[Pt_3(CO)_6]~(2-)_n(n=3,4)在NaY分子筛超笼内的合成机理.在氧化样品Pt~(2+)/NaY上300-373 K的还愿羰基化过程中,首先Pt~(2+)与CO反应生成PtO(CO)物种(波数σ_(CO)=2110 cm~(-1)),然后聚集成“Pt_3(CO)_6”(σ_(CO)=2112,1896和1841 cm~(-1)),最后生成深绿色的Pt羰基簇合物Pt_(12)(CO)_(24)]~(2-)/NaY(σ_(CO)=2080,1824 cm~(-1)).“Pt_3(CO)_6”的羰基在室温下能迅速地与~(13)CO发生交换,而[Pt_3(CO)_6]~(2-)_n(n=3,4)的羰基与~(13)CO的同位素交换即使在343 K也进行得很慢,室温下,NO能逐步破坏Pt羰基簇合物的层间和层内Pt-Pt键,得到中间物种“Pt_3(CO)_6”和PtO(CO),同时在气相产生CO_2和N_2O.而由上述两中间物种出发,300-353 K温度下,在CO气氛中的还原羰基化又能可逆地得到原羰基簇合物.  相似文献

Sinenxan A, a taxoid isolated from callus tissue cultures of Taxus yunnanensis was converted into 13-oxo-7,9-dideoxy-2-debenzoyl-2-acetyl-baccatin IV and 7,9-dideoxy-2-debenzoyl-4-deacetyl-baccatin IV, a key framework of 1,7,9-trideoxypaclitaxel. Several special steps in this transformation are worthy of note: (1) deoxygenation by treatment with hypophosphorous acid at C-14 position; (2) a highly regioselective O-deacetylation of taxanes at C-5 position; and (3) stereoselective reduction of the 13-carbonyl group by transannular assistance from the C-4-hydroxyl.  相似文献

An organic-inorganic hybrid compound, (Bu4N)2[Mo6O18(NAr)] (Ar = p-BrC6H4) has been synthesized via the DCC dehydrating protocol of the reaction of [α-Mo8O26]4− with 4-bromoaniline hydrochloride in anhydrous acetonitrile, which has been characterized by UV-Vis spectra, 1H NMR and single crystal X-ray diffraction study. By comparing the UV-Vis spectra, which were used to monitor the reaction, the optimum preparative condition for this compound was also determined. This compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n, which is featured in a terminal para-bromophenylimido group linked to an Mo atom of a hexamolybdate cluster by a Mo-N triply bond. In addition, there are π-π dimerization of the neighboring cluster anions though the parallel aromatic rings in their crystals.  相似文献

A series of adamantanamine-(OCH2CH2)n-phenothiazine (n = 0, 1, 2, 3) electron donors was synthesized. Photoinduced electron transfer was observed in the supramolecular complex of the phenothiazine derivatives with p-nitrobenzoyl-β-cyclodextrin (NBCD) through binding of the adamantyl group by the NBCD cavity, which is stabilized clearly via hydrophobic interactions in aqueous solution. Detailed Stern–Volmer constants were measured and they were partitioned into dynamic Stern–Volmer quenching constants and static binding constants. The results revealed an efficient electron transfer process inside the supramolecular systems compared to that controlled by diffusion. This observation also indicates that the chain length will influence the electron transfer efficiency of a supramolecular donor–acceptor system.  相似文献
