High dispersion and electrocatalytic properties of palladium nanoparticles on single-walled carbon nanotubes 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Palladium (Pd) nanoparticles were electrochemically dispersed on single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) by electroreduction of octahedral Pd(IV) complex formed on the SWNT surface. The structure and nature of the resulting Pd-SWNT composites were characterized by transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The electrocatalytic properties of the Pd/SWNT electrode for hydrazine oxidation have been investigated by cyclic voltammetry; high electrocatalytic activity of the Pd/SWNT electrode can be observed. This may be attributed to the high dispersion of palladium catalysts and the particular properties of SWNT supports. The results imply that the Pd-SWNT composite has good potential applications in fuel cells. 相似文献

A simple and efficient preparation of gramicidin S and its analogues is described. It involves solid-phase peptide synthesis and on-resin macrolactamization without side chain protection, affording cyclic products in high yield and high purity. The high specificity of the cyclization reaction was shown to originate in the formation of a pre-organized conformation of the linear biosynthetic precursor of gramicidin S. This facile method will provide convenient access to the analogues of the natural product for functional optimization to counter microbial resistance. 相似文献

Metallocene-catalyzed linear low-density polyethylene/polypropylene (mLLDPE/PP) blends were prepared by ultrasonic extrusion in this work. Their extrusion processing behaviors were estimated by online measured data, such as the die pressure and flow rate. Crystallization and mechanical properties of the blends were also investigated. The results show that the addition of PP improves the processing behaviors of mLLDPE, but has little effect on its mechanical properties. On the other hand, the addition of mLLDPE improves the impact strength of PP, but has little effect on its processing behavior. The processing behaviors and mechanical properties of mLLDPE/PP blends get further improved due to the presence of ultrasonic oscillation during extrusion. Compared with PP-rich blends, the apparent viscosity drop of mLLDPE-rich blends is more sensitive to ultrasonic oscillation. The ultrasonic oscillation affects the crystal nucleation, while barely the other crystalline behaviors of the blends. 相似文献

N-Glycopeptides containing 1 to 4 trisaccharide chains, with the carbohydrates vicinal to each other in the multivalent glycopeptides, were efficiently synthesized by using the glycosylated Fmoc-asparagine as a key building block. While the couplings of amino acids with glycopeptides could be achieved in the homogeneous solutions in N-methylpyrrolidinone (NMP) to give excellent yields, all products were conveniently isolated from the reaction mixtures through a precipitation method by using the free carbohydrate chains as phase tags. Commercially available pentafluorophenyl (Pfp) esters of amino acids were employed for the glycopeptide elongation. Longer glycopeptides were constructed by means of a highly convergent synthetic design that is based on the coupling of glycopeptide/peptide fragments. Hydrogen bond interactions between free oligosaccharides were proposed to explain the exceptionally high efficiency of the couplings between two glycosylated building blocks. 相似文献

The adsorptive and electrochemical behaviors of medecamycin were investigated on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) pretreated by anodic oxidation at +1.8 V for 5 min in 0.025 mol l–1 NH3-NH4Cl (pH 8.6) solution. An adsorptive stripping voltammetric method for the determination of medecamycin at the pretreated glassy carbon electrode has been developed. Medecamycin was accumulated in NH3-NH4Cl buffer (pH 9.0) at a potential of –0.7 V (vs. saturated calomel electrode (SCE)) for a certain time, and then determined by second-order differential anodic stripping voltammetry. The second-order differential anodic stripping peak current at +0.72 V was proportional to the concentration of medecamycin in the range 2.0 g ml–1 to 50.0 g ml–1. The detection limit (three times the signal-to-noise) was 1.0 g ml–1 and the relative standard deviation of the results was 3.28% for eight successive determinations of 10.0 g ml–1 medecamycin. This method has been applied to the direct determination of medecamycin in commercial tablets and spiked urine samples with satisfactory results. 相似文献

This study investigated the flavonoid constituents of a traditional Chinese medical plant Ziziphora clinopodioides Lam. by using ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadruple time-of-flight mass spectrometry and screened the active components in regulating autophagy.Normal rat kidney (NRK) cells transfected with green fluorescent protein- microtubule-associated protein 1 light Chain 3(GFP-LC3) were treated with Z. clinopodioides flavonoids and its chemical compositions. After 4 h of treatment, the auto-phagy spot aggregation in NRK cells was photographed and observed by laser scanning confocal microscopy. The following 10 flavonoid components of Z. clinopodioides were identified: baicalein(1), quercetin(2), hyperoside(3), quercetin3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside(4), apigenin(5), kaempferol(6), chrysin(7), diosimin(8), linarin(9) and rutin(10). Among these flavonoids, chrysin, apigenin and quercetin were identified as the active principles in activating autophagy. 本文研究了丙烯酸酯共聚物载体对驱蚊剂N,N-二乙基间甲苯酰胺(DETA)慢释放行为的控制,探讨了单体配比、共聚物分子量以及DETA含量对释放速率的影响。结果表明。增加亲水性单体丙烯酸(AA),可提高DETA的释放速率;降低共聚物数均分子量,会减少DETA的释放量;剂型中DETA含量与释放量存在线性正比关系,但DETA的含量增加并不导致释放有效时间的线性增加。本文还就共聚物膜的透湿性和碱溶性作了研究,亲水性单体AA的增加同样导致透湿性和碱溶性的增加。制备的聚合物驱蚊剂经现场应用试验,表明具有良好的长效驱蚊特性。 相似文献
