Nucleotides. XV. Synthesis and Properties of 2′O-t-Butyldimethylsilyl-5′-O-monomethoxytritylribonucleoside-3′-phosphotriesters, Starting Materials for Oligonucleotide Syntheses The syntheses of two types of fully blocked ribonucleoside 3′-phosphotriesters 6–14 have been achieved in excellent yields from 2′-O-t-butyldimethylsilyl-5′-O-monomethoxytrityl-ribonucleosides 1–5 by phosphorylation with 2-chloro- and 2,5-dichlorophenylphosphorodichloridate respectively and subsequent treatment by cyanoethanol to 6 , 8 , 10 , 12 and 14 and by p-nitrophenylethanol to 7 , 9 , 11 and 13 . These phosphotriesters are valuable starting materials for oligonucleotide syntheses due to the fact that the corresponding phosphotriesters 15–23 with free HO? C(5′) could be obtained by detritylation and the 3′-phosphodiester triethylammonium salts 24–32 by deblocking of the cyanoethyl and the 2,5-dichlorophenyl group respectively. All newly synthesized compounds have been characterized by UV.-and NMR.-spectra as well as C, H, N elementary analyses.     

溶剂聚合膜pH电极作内电极的气敏电极的研究

研究了以中性载体为活性物的石墨内导平头溶剂聚合膜(SPM)pH电极作内电极的二氧化碳和氨气敏电极。电极的性能取决于中性载体的特性,其中以菸酸十八酯为内电极膜活性物的二氧化碳气敏电极和以二辛基十八胺为活性物的氨气敏电极性能较佳。二氧化碳气敏电极用作丙酮酸脱羧酶酶电极的原电极,其性能院于传统的以玻璃pH电极作内电极的二氧化碳气敏电极。     

离子液体体系中1－丁烯二聚反应的研究

 研究了在强酸性AlCl3／Et2AlCl／［BMIM］Cl型离子液体体系中过渡金属化合物对1－丁烯二聚反应的催化作用．结果表明，［BMIM］Cl对强酸性AlCl3／Et2AlCl催化剂催化1－丁烯高聚反应有明显的阻聚作用，并显著提高了1－丁烯二聚的选择性．在过渡金属化合物中，含镍化合物对1－丁烯二聚反应有最好的催化效果．在最佳反应条件下，1－丁烯的转化率可达95．1％，二聚产物C8烯的选择性为85．8％．同时，对1－丁烯二聚反应的机理进行了初步探讨．     

The rhombidodecahedral tessellation of 3-space and a particular 15-vertex triangulation of the 3-dimensional torus

It is well known that the unique 7-vertex triangulation of the 2-dimensional torus S¹×S¹ is a consequence of the relationship between two hexagonal lattices in the euclidean plane: it is just the quotient of the triangular tessellation of the plane by a translation group. Each vertex star is a regular hexagon and the symmetry group of this triangulation is the affine group A(1,₇) in one dimension over ₇. In this paper we describe a particular 15-vertex triangulation of the 3-dimensional torus S¹×S¹×S¹ whose symmetry group is the affine group A(1,₁₅) and which is similarly related to two lattices in euclidean 3-space: it is just the quotient of a particular tessellation of 3-space by a translation group. Each vertex star happens to be a rhombidodecahedron, the dual of a (semiregular) cuboctahedron.     

Simultaneous extraction of organotin, organolead and organomercury species from soils and litter

Extracting organotin compounds (OTC) from soils is difficult due to the high cation exchange and complexation capacity of soils, and little information about OTC in soils is available. In this study, a new extraction method, combining 1 M CaCl₂, 0.1% tropolone, and glacial acetic acid was developed. Recoveries of mono-substituted OTC from spiked plant litter, and soil samples were improved substantially to 40% compared to classical glacial acetic acid extraction commonly used in sedimentology, yielding <10% recovery in C-rich soil samples. Simultaneously, the recovery of other OTC, trimethyllead and monomethylmercury was satisfactory. The recoveries of most species from the spiked litter, upland and wetland soils exceeded 70%. The new method extracted much more organometallics from unspiked organic soils and litter than microwave- and ultrasound-assisted extraction and accelerated solvent extraction, most likely due to exchange of organometallics from the solid phase by Ca²⁺. The method is simple, highly efficient and with low contamination. Together with GC-ICP-mass spectrometry, the method allows the detection of these organometallics in the pg g⁻¹ range and it is particularly suitable for soil and plant materials with low organometallics contents.     

Syntheses of enantiomeric dihydropyrans through stereocontrolled intramolecular cycloaddition

Reaction of the cyclic 1, 3-dicarboxylic acid derivatives ($\text{1}$), ($\text{2}$) and ($\text{3}$) with (R)- or (S)-citronellal ($\text{4}$/$\text{5}$) gives the enantiomeric tricyclic dihydropyrans ($\text{10}$), ($\text{11}$), ($\text{12}$) and ($\text{13}$), probably via a 100% stereocontrolled intramolecular cycloaddition.     

内分子DIELS-ALDER反应合成DRIMANE类倍半萜化合物DRIMENIN, POLYGODIAL及CINNAMOLIDE的全合成

近年来有不少报道从事于生理活性Drimane类倍半萜的合成,较多采用了分子间Diels-Alder反应来建立Drimane的骨架。本文首次采用内分子Diels-Alder反应作为关键反应合成了Drimane类化合物。同时还在引入了手性诱导基团后,首次完成了从无手性的原料化合物β-紫罗兰酮至光学活性(-)-drimenin1的不对称合成。     

DFT Investigations About Pyrazine Molecules on Si(100)-2×1 Surface

It is important to understand the interface of aromatic molecules on semiconductor surfaces because of the rich functionality of such molecules on semiconductor surfaces. The chemisorption of pyrazine molecules on the Si( 100)-2×1 surface has been investigated using the B3LYP density functional theory with Si9H12 one-dimer and Si15H16 twodimer cluster models. The calculated results predict that N-dative bonded-state, C2= C5 [ 4 2 ] and the tightbridge1, 2, 5,6 products may coexist on the Si(100)-2×1 surface.     

[Ce(NO3)5H2O]·(C3H5N2)2的合成、晶体结构及热分析

Colorless crystal, [Ce(NO₃)₅H₂O]·(C₃N₂H₅)₂, has been obtained from the reaction of Ce(NO₃)₃ with imdazole in the aqueous solution and its crystal structure has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques.The crystal belongs to triclinic, space group P1. The cell parameters are: a = 0.7489(1) um, b = 0.7914(2) nm, c = 1.8139(3) nm, a = 89.39(2)°, β = 89.37(l) °,γ = 63.18(2)°, Dc = 2.1g·cm^-3, Z = 2, R = 0.0319.In the compound, all of five nitrates are bidentate and one molecule of water is monodentate, the coordination number of Ce (Ⅲ) is 11.The processes of thermal decomposition of the compound was proposed by its TGcurve.
