The first successful attempt to construct 3D supramolecular frameworks with high-nuclear 3d-4f heterometallic clusters as a node is reported. The self-assembly of Ln3+, Cu2+ and amino acid in solution leads to the formation of two polymers, 35-nuclear complex [Sm6Cu29] 1 with a primitive cubic net-like structure and 36-nuclear complex [Nd6Cu30] 2 with a face-centred cubic network type structure. Glycine and L-proline, respectively, were used as ligands. It should be noted that 2 has a chiral framework. X-ray structure analyses show that 1 crystallizes in the triclinic P1 space group (a=19.6451(8), b=20.4682(8), c=20.7046(8) A, alpha=89.453(1), beta=66.290(1), gamma=68.572(1) degrees, V=7003.0(5) A3 and Z=1) and 2 belongs to the cubic P2(1)3 space group (a=b=c=32.4341(3) A, V=34 119.7(5) A3 and Z=4). Both complexes utilize Ln6Cu24 octahedral clusters as nodes and trans-Cu(amino acid)2 groups as bridges. Electrical conductivity measurements reveal that both polymers behave as semiconductors.  相似文献

During the last six years several incidents have occurred with dioxins in feed, stressing the need for rapid screening methods for these compounds. The most recent incident was the contamination of bakery waste used for animal feed due to the use of waste wood for drying of the material. In addition to Germany, the material was also shipped to the Netherlands. Levels up to 12 ng TEQ/kg have been detected, being about 15 times over the current limit of 0.75 ng TEQ/kg. In the Netherlands a combined strategy of screening with the CALUX-bioassay and the HRGC/HRMS confirmatory method was used to rapidly control the incident. Pigs were contaminated by the incident but only to a very limited extent. Despite the rather low limits for pig meat, the CALUX bioassay showed excellent performance, once again confirming the value of this assay.  相似文献

A novel application of an electrochemical biosensor is here employed as analytical method for the detection and presumptive identification of antimicrobial drug residues in milk. The measurement was based on carbon dioxide production rate in relation to inhibition of microbial grow (Escherichia coli ATCC 11303). In this pilot study quinolone and tetracycline residues have been taken into consideration because use of these last in livestock production has been identified as area of particular concern. The experimental approach and analytical method developed appear adequate for the purpose, and compared to older screening methods as, for example, the microbial inhibition assays and immunoassays, offers the advantages of (i) very short analysis time (about 120 min); (ii) smaller sample amount (approximately 0.5 mL); (iii) no sample treatment (iv) good precision; and (v) the possibility of following, in a continuous manner, the inhibition process. Moreover, sensitivity of electrochemical biosensor system is resulted very high considering that for all quinolones and tetracyclines investigated it has been possible detect a residue concentration below or equal to 25 μg L−1. Under this point of view, it must be considered that the maximum residue limits fixed by UE for quinolones and tetracyclines in milk are, at present, all higher of this concentration.  相似文献

Herein we describe the structure and dynamics of self-assembled nano-objects generated from poly(ethylene glycol) based (PEG-ylated) coiled-coil hybrid block copolymers. Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) experiments on spin-labeled samples provided a strong indication for a parallel alignment of the peptide helices in at least the dimeric coiled-coil nano-object and indicated that the PEG chains are folded rather closely around the peptide core of the nano-objects. The EPR results were supported by AFM studies, which revealed the presence of discrete nanosized objects in thin, spin cast films of the block copolymers on mica substrates. Since their size and structure may be engineered via directed mutations in the amino acid sequence, these nano-objects may be interesting building blocks for the development of supramolecular materials with various potential applications.  相似文献

We report on ab-initio calculations of the electronic structure and optical absorption response of the black dye sensitizer in gas phase. We show that, despite the large size of this molecule, the second-order multiconfiguration quasi-degenerate perturbation theory (MC-QDPT) can be used to calculate vertical excitation energies, oscillator strengths and optical absorption spectra. The zeroth-order reference states entering perturbation calculations are complete active space (CAS) configuration interaction (CI) wave functions computed for 12 active electrons distributed in 12 active orbitals. We found that the CI approach is not enough for taking into account the strong dynamical correlation effects in this system. In fact, the excitation energies of the CAS-CI target states are strongly renormalized by the MC-QDPT calculations. In the calculated absorption spectra, the analysis of the perturbed wavefunctions revealed that the stronger absorption bands correspond to metal-to-ligand and ligand-to-ligand charge transfer processes. Comparison with independent time-dependent extension (TDDFT) calculations performed with different functionals shows that corrections to the long-range behavior of the functional is pivotal to achieve agreement with the MC-QDPT results.  相似文献

InIII-Phthalocyanines: Synthesis, Properties, and Crystal Structure of Tetra(n-butyl)ammonium-cis-di(nitrito-O,O')phthalocyaninato(2–)indate(III) [In(Cl)Pc2?] reacts with (nBu4N)NO2 in acetone yielding green-blue (nBu4N)cis[In(NO2)2Pc2?], which crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n (No. 14). Both nitrite anions are coordinated as chelating nitrito-O,O'(NO2) ligands to InIII in cis-geometry. Consequently InIII is octa-coordinated within a distorted “quadratic” antiprism and directed towards the Pc2?-ligand. One of the NO2 ligands has equivalent N? O bonds similar to free nitrite, while the other has asymmetric N? O bonds. Both (In,O,N,O) rings are approximately planar with a dihedral angle of 80°. The Pc2? ligand is distorted in an asymmetrically convex manner. Partially overlapping pairs of Pc2? ligands related by an inversion center form double layers, which are separated by layers containing the (nBu4N)+ cations. The cyclic voltammogram shows three electrode processes, which are assigned to the redox pairs: Pc3?/Pc2? (?0.94 V) < InI/InIII (-0.78 V) < Pc2?/Pc? (0.64 V). The UV-VIS-NIR spectra and vibrational spectra are discussed.  相似文献

This report describes propylene polymerization reactions with titanium complexes bearing carbamato ligands, Ti(O2CNMe2)Cl2 ( I ) and Ti(O2CR2)4 [R2 = NMe2 ( II ), NEt2 ( III ) and ( IV )]. Combinations of these complexes and MAO form catalysts for the synthesis of atactic polypropylene, as confirmed by FT‐IR, DSC and 13C NMR analysis. Effects of main reaction parameters on the catalyst activity were studied including the type of complex, solvent, temperature, and the [Al]/[Ti] molar ratio.
