We analytically address the non-equilibrium problem of a Brownian particle in contact with a thermal reservoir by means of a non-Gaussian Langevin noise term η(t)η(t). The presence of noise kurtosis is akin to a second temperature reservoir acting on the system, and we exploit its consequences by means of studying a converging exact form for the stationary probability distribution.  相似文献

The bioorthogonal inverse‐electron‐demand Diels–Alder (IEDDA) cleavage reaction between tetrazine and trans‐cyclooctene (TCO) is a powerful way to control the release of bioactive agents and imaging probes. In this study, a pretargeted activation strategy using single‐walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) that bear tetrazines (TZ@SWCNTs) and a TCO‐caged molecule was used to deliver active effector molecules. To optimize a turn‐on signal by using in vivo fluorescence imaging, we developed a new fluorogenic near‐infrared probe that can be activated by bioorthogonal chemistry and image tumours in mice by caging hemicyanine with TCO (tHCA). With our pretargeting strategy, we have shown selective doxorubicin prodrug activation and instantaneous fluorescence imaging in living cells. By combining a tHCA probe and a pretargeted bioorthogonal approach, real‐time, non‐invasive tumour visualization with a high target‐to‐background ratio was achieved in a xenograft mice tumour model. The combined advantages of enhanced stability, kinetics and biocompatibility, and the superior pharmacokinetics of tetrazine‐functionalised SWCNTs could allow application of targeted bioorthogonal decaging approaches with minimal off‐site activation of fluorophore/drug.  相似文献

Can entanglement and the quantum behavior in physical systems survive at arbitrary high temperatures? In this Letter we show that this is the case for a electromagnetic field mode in an optical cavity with a movable mirror in a thermal state. We also identify two different dynamical regimes of generation of entanglement separated by a critical coupling strength.  相似文献

In this paper we consider best Chebyshev approximation to continuous functions by generalized rational functions using an optimization theoretical approach introduced in [[5.]]. This general approach includes, in a unified way, usual, weighted, one-sided, unsymmetric, and also more general rational Chebychev approximation problems with side-conditions. We derive various continuity conditions for the optimal value, for the feasible set, and the optimal set of the corresponding optimization problem. From these results we derive conditions for the upper semicontinuity of the metric projection, which include some of the results of Werner [On the rational Tschebyscheff operator, Math. Z. 86 (1964), 317–326] and Cheney and Loeb [On the continuity of rational approximation operators, Arch. Rational Mech. Anal. 21 (1966), 391–401].  相似文献

A bismuth‐film electrode (BiFE) ex situ electrochemically deposited onto a copper substrate has been presented for paraquat determination. The bismuth film was electrochemically deposited at an applied potential of ?0.18 V vs. Ag/AgCl (3.0 M KCl) for 200 s. The analytical curve was linear in the paraquat concentration range from 6.6×10?7 M to 4.8×10?5 M with a limit of detection of 9.3×10?8 M. The method presented satisfactory results at a confidence level of 95% and the performance was evaluated in water samples.  相似文献
