HEMA-NVP-St三元共聚体系研究Ⅲ.均化剂对共聚物组成均一性的影响

用溴化钾-溴酸钾滴定法测定双键含量,元素分析法测定共聚物组成。讨论了HEMA-NVP-St三元共聚体系在不同反应程度时共聚物组成的变化,以及在此三元共聚体系中引入均化剂后,少量均化剂对共聚体系组成均一性的影响。发现在HEMA-NVP-St三元共聚体系中加入均化剂,对共聚反应的反应动力学影响不大,但对共聚物的组成均一性有较大影响。它的加入使三元共聚物中的链节比分布(即不同反应程度时,产物的累积平均组成)向较均一的方向发展。结合红外光谱、电子显微镜等实验证据,从微观结构上探讨了约化剂的作用。阐明均化剂改善了反应体系的相容性,从而得到组成分布较为均一的共聚产物。

One-Pot Synthesis of 2-Arylthiazolines with 1-Butyl-3-Methylimidazolium Tribromide as a Catalytic Reagent

Abstract

A simple, inexpensive, and efficient one-pot synthesis of 2-arylthiazoline derivatives under solvent-free conditions using a catalytic amount of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tribromide with excellent product yields is reported. This methodology provides easy, quantitative access to various 2-arylthiazoline derivatives, using environmentally benign 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tribromide as a catalyst.     

The equivalence between the TE,TM model and the Darwin models

In this paper,we study the TE,TM model by using the decompositions of the vector fields in 2-D bounded multiply connected domains and 2-D unbounded domains,respectively.We find that the TE,TM model and the Darwin models are equivalent if we assume some regularity of the initial data.     

欧拉游历间K1—变换下的算法复杂性

本文主要讨论了欧拉图方面的国际权威ＨｅｒｂｅｒｔＦｌｅｉｃｈｎｅｒ教授所著书［１］中的一个问题；对欧拉图Ｇ的任意两个欧拉游历要经过多少Ｋ－变换或Ｋ＾＊－变换才能从一个游历得到另一个游历？我们得到的结论是：对欧拉图Ｇ中的任两个欧拉游历Ｔ、Ｔ＇最多经过‖Ｅ（Ｇ）‖－‖Ｖ（Ｇ）‖－变换可以使Ｔ变换成Ｔ＇。且此结果不能再改进。进一步我们分别对Ｋ－变换和Ｋ＆－变换的算法复杂性进行了讨论。     

Simultaneous Determination of High-Density Lipoprotein,Very Low-Density Lipoprotein and Low-Density Lipoprotein Subclass in Human Serum by Microchip CE

Lipoproteins, especially high-density lipoproteins (HDL), very low-density lipoproteins (VLDL) and small, dense low-density lipoprotein (sdLDL), are believed to play an important role in the development of atherosclerosis. In this work, a simple, selective and sensitive method for the simultaneous monitoring of these lipoproteins in human serum using microchip capillary electrophoresis was developed. Gold nanoparticles were used as an additive to the running buffer to obtain the absolute separation of the lipoproteins. Under optimised conditions, the linear ranges of large buoyant low-density lipoproteins, sdLDL, VLDL and HDL were 10–800, 10–800, 40–1,000 and 20–800 μg L⁻¹, and their limits of detection were 5, 5, 15 and 8 μg L⁻¹, respectively. The intraassay and interassay relative standard deviation of lipoprotein peak areas were in the range of 3.8–7.4%. For practical application, variations in the serum lipoprotein of coronary heart disease patients were monitored by microchip-based CE. The results showed that the method was applicable for routine clinical use and allowed the rapid detection of different lipoprotein classes as well as their subclasses, thus greatly improving the analysis of atherosclerotic risk factors.

     

INTRODUCTION, EXPRESSION AND REGENE-RATION OF THE TiT-DNA GENES IN CULTURED CELLS FROM Hyoscyamus muticus +Nicotiana tabacum SOMATIC HYBRIDS

After the cultured cells from Hyoscyamus muticus + Nicotiana tabacum somatic hybridswere cocultivated with different virulent strains of Agrobacterium tumefaciens harboringoctopine- type Ti plasmid or nopaline- type Ti plasmid using the transformation procedurein vitro developed in the present investigation, the TiT- DNA genes were introducedinto the host cells. The onc genes and ocs or nos genes located on TiT- DNA were expres-sed in transformed colonies derived from the cocultivated cells. Although the platingefficiencies of recipient cells were reduced by the agrobacterial treatment, the frequenciesof phytohormone autotrophy ranged from 33.9 to 76 .8% in the cells infected with viru-lent strains in hormone- free conditions, and the frequencies of opine synthase activityamounted to 9.7- 47 .5%. Teratomatous shoots were regenerated from the transformed col-onies. Synthesis and Characterization of A Novel Cholesteric Liquid Crystalline Containing Carboxyl Group

A novel liquid crystal compound with a carboxyl group at one end, cholest-5-en-3-ol-(3β) hydrogen decanedioate (1) was successfuly prepared by the reaction of cholesterol with sebacoxl chloride. Its chemical structure and liquid crystalline properties were characterized by FTIR.CNMR,HNMR,POM and DSC. The compound with an active carboxyl group shows themortropic liquid crystalline behaviour.
