在pH3.1~5.2的HCl-NaAc缓冲介质中,溶液中的铁(Ⅲ)与过氧化氢(H2O2),水杨基荧光酮(SAF)和溴化十六烷基三发(CTMAB)反应产生一多元混合络合物,使水杨基荧光酮溶液的荧光明显猝灭,据此建立了测定痕量铁的荧光猝灭分析法,该体系的激发波长λex=435.8nm,发射波长λem=540nm。铁的浓度在2~100ug/L范围内有良好的线性关系;方法的检出限为0.41ug/L。该方法  相似文献

An ultra-performance liquid chromatography-high definition mass spectrometry (UPLC-HDMS) method was developed for detection and characterization of the chemical constituents in ShengMai San (SMS), a traditional Chinese medical formula (TCMF). The full-scan LC-MS/MS data sets combined with extra mass were acquired within 14 min using UPLC-HDMS in the MS(E) mode in a single injection. As a result, 92 compounds were identified by comparing the accurate mass and fragments information with that of the authentic standards as well as by MS analysis and the correlative references data. These constituents included ginsenosides, lignans, steroidal saponins and homoisoflavanones. Among them, 25-hydroxyginsenosides were discovered in SMS for the first time. Compare with the previous studies, our research detected more compounds and presented more rapid by applying UPLC-HDMS. It is concluded that a rapid and effective method has been established based on UPLC-HDMS with the utilization of MS(E) , which shows high sensitivity and resolution that is suitable for identifying the constituents of SMS, and this method could be applied to other TCMF.  相似文献

alpha-FeOOH nanorods with diameters of 15-25 nm and lengths up to 170-300 nm were synthesized in high yield via a facile and template-free hydrothermal method at low temperature. After calcining the as-synthesized alpha-FeOOH at 250 degrees C for 2 h, we could obtain alpha-Fe2O3 nanorods. Interestingly, the as-obtained alpha-Fe2O3 nanorods exhibited weakly ferromagnetic characteristics at low temperature and superparamagnetic property at room temperature, which is different from the behavior of the corresponding bulk material.  相似文献

以4种不同蛋白质含量的灰树花β-1,3/1,6-葡聚糖 (GF1,GF2,GF3,GF4) 和1种α-1,4/1,6-葡聚糖 (P100)为研究对象,探讨了它们在不同盐浓度和不同pH下的高效凝胶渗透色谱(HPGPC)行为。结果表明:灰树花β-葡聚糖相对分子质量在低于0.025 mol/L的氯化钠溶液中急剧降低,在0.1~0.2 mol/L的氯化钠溶液中趋于平稳。在pH 3~6时,其相对分子质量随pH增加而急剧增加;在pH 6~9范围内变化较小;pH高于9后又稍微增加。在相同条件下,α-1,4/1,6-葡聚糖的相对分子质量不受盐浓度和pH值变化的影响。灰树花β-葡聚糖在水溶液中可形成超螺旋结构,该结构受溶液盐浓度和pH值变化的影响,导致分子聚集状态不同,从而呈现不同的凝胶渗透色谱行为,表现为相对分子质量升高或降低。  相似文献

Uniaxial quasi-static compression, uniaxial dynamic compression and confined dynamic compression experiments were performed to characterize the failure of Aluminum Nitride (AlN) using a servo hydraulic machine and a modified Kolsky bar set-up respectively. High-speed digital cameras are used to visualize the failure processes. A summary of the available experimental results, including that in the literature, shows that the compressive strength of the AlN is sensitive to strain rate in the range from 10−3 to 103 s−1, and that the deviatoric strength of AlN is linearly dependent on pressure at low pressures and nearly independent of pressure above a transitional pressure (about 2 GPa). TEM characterization of fragments obtained after dynamic loading is used to characterize the deformation mechanisms in the AlN for varying confinement. The transition in the pressure dependent behavior is shown to be the result of a change of deformation mechanism. Classical wing crack micromechanics is used to predict the transition in the deformation mechanism, and to explain the observed behavior at low pressure.  相似文献

A sensitive and validated method of liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS) was established to test the plasma concentrations of active ingredients in Qinxing Qingre Zhike Granule, namely geniposide, liquiritin, isoliquiritin, baicalin, wogonoside, baicalein, liquiritigenin, isoliquiritigenin and glycyrrhetinic acid. The analysis was performed on an Ultimate XB‐C18 column at the flow rate of 0.4 mL min?1 in a single run of 18 min. The mobile phase was composed of 0.05% formic acid in water and acetonitrile with gradient elution. Positive and negative scanning and selected multiple reaction monitoring modes were applied for quantization. The proposed method showed good linearity in the given ranges from 0.6800–340.0 to 3.920–1960 ng mL?1 with r2 > 0.9917 for all the analytes. The precision (RSD) was no more than 12%, and the accuracy (RE) was less than ±11% for intra‐ and inter‐day. The extract recovery and matrix effect were acceptable for the requirements of biological sample analysis. Moreover, the developed method was effectively applied to the pharmacokinetic investigation of Qinxing Qingre Zhike Granule after oral administration in rats.  相似文献
