The 1,4-addition of alkylmagnesium chlorides to conjugated N-enoylsultams and subsequent ‘enolate trapping’ with aq. NH4Cl or MeI/hexamethylphosphoric triamide generated centers of asymmetry at C(β) and/or at C(α) with good to excellent π-face defferentiation as demonstrated by the conversions 1 → 2 , 1 → 4 , and 8 → 9 . This holds also for the regioselective 1,4-addition of EtMgC1 to a dienoylsultam ( 15 → 16 ). Reactive conformations 1 , 8 , 13 , and 14 are postulated in agreement with X-ray evidence which also served for the structure determination of the product 9j .  相似文献

Substituted isoxazolidinium salts react with lithium aluminium hydride to yield open-ring products which have hydroxylamine structures. The bimolecular reaction-mechanism has been investigated by substituent effect and the structure of the products ascertained by spectroscopic methods with the aid of the MIKE technique. The overall process of the ring-opening substitution is controlled by the polarisation of the C? N bond with steric and conformational factors acting mainly at the C-5 position of the nucleus. The mechanism of isoxazolidinium ion reaction defines the use of these synthons towards the synthesis of N,N,O-trisubstituted hydroxylamines and substituted 1,3-amino-alcohols.  相似文献

The electrochemistry, photophysics, and electrochemically generated chemiluminescence (ECL) of a family of polysulfurated dendrimers with a pyrene core have been thoroughly investigated and complemented by theoretical calculations. The redox and luminescence properties of dendrimers are dependent on the generation number. From low to higher generation it is both easier to reduce and oxidize them and the emission efficiency increases along the family, with respect to the polysulfurated pyrene core. The analysis of such data evidences that the formation of the singlet excited state by cation–anion annihilation is an energy‐deficient process and, thus, the ECL has been justified through the triplet–triplet annihilation pathway. The study of the dynamics of the ECL emission was achieved both experimentally and theoretically by molecular mechanics and quantum chemical calculations. It has allowed rationalization of a possible mechanism and the experimental dependence of the transient ECL on the dendrimer generation. The theoretically calculated Marcus electron‐transfer rate constant compares very well with that obtained by the finite element simulation of the whole ECL mechanism. This highlights the role played by the thioether dendrons in modulating the redox and photophysical properties, responsible for the occurrence and dynamics of the electron transfer involved in the ECL. Thus, the combination of experimental and computational results allows understanding of the dendrimer size dependence of the ECL transient signal as a result of factors affecting the annihilation electron transfer.  相似文献

Graft copolymer hydrogels and semi-interpenetrating networks (s-IPN) of acryloyl-l-proline methyl ester (A-ProOMe) and poly (acrylic acid) (PAAc) were synthesized in methanol solutions, by ionizing radiation (γ rays from a Co60 source at room temperature). These systems are thermo and pH-sensitive and the pH sensitivity increases from acidic to basic solutions. The Lower Critical Solution Temperature (LCST), due to presence of poly (acryloyl-l-proline methyl ester) (PA-ProOMe) has been found between 18 and 20 °C and an unexpected Upper Critical Solution Temperature (UCST) due to poly acrylic acid (PAAc) has been found between 21 and 22 °C. Preliminary studies on the immobilization of Cu2+ for both hydrogels were done at several pH values at room temperature. Other techniques employed to characterize the comb type hydrogels and sIPN included scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) and infrared (FTIR-ATR).  相似文献

We report a tapping mode scanning force microscopy investigation on the growth from solutions of a lipophilic deoxiguanosine derivative on the basal plane of a muscovite mica surface. By varying the chemical composition of the substrate surface it is possible to drive the self-assembly towards either layered thin films, which are very likely to consist of guanosine quartets, or nanoribbons, comprising hydrogen bonded networks. Both these two architectures, which are peculiar to the guanine base itself, are of notable importance for the fabrication of molecular nanowires. Moreover, the first arrangement provides evidence that the guanosine is able to behave as ionophore, thus, suggesting its utilization in the development of solid-state ion selective sensors.  相似文献
