Europium complexes presenting general formulas [Eu(ACIND)3(H2O)2] and [Eu(ACIND)3(TPPO)2] have been synthesized and characterized. In these formulas ACIND is stands for the ligands 2-acetyl-1,3-indandionate (AIND), 2-isovaleryl-1,3-indandionate (ISOVIND) or 2-benzyl-1,3-indandionate (BIND). The [Eu(ISOVIND)3(H2O)(EtOH)] complex was also prepared and its structure determined by single crystal X-ray analysis, showing that this complex crystallize in a monoclinic space group P21/n with the water molecules bridging through the hydrogen bond. The Eu(III) ion is eight-coordinate in a bicapped trigonal prismatic geometry defined by the oxygen donor atoms with a site of symmetry close to C2ν. Isovaleryl groups in the ISOVIND molecules in the structure are disordered over two positions of the europium complex. Carbon atoms in ethanol molecule are disordered by the thermal vibration. Photoluminescence properties of these complexes in solid state were investigated both experimentally and theoretically, suggesting an efficient ligand-to-metal intramolecular energy transfer process.  相似文献

Amperometric glucose biosensors based on glucose oxidase immobilized onto poly(2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate) membranes obtained by γ radiation-induced polymerization were constructed. In a threeelectrode configuration, smooth or platinized platinum electrodes with different shapes were used, in order to detect the amount of hydrogen peroxide produced in the glucose oxidation. A saturated calomel electrode and a platinum foil were used as a reference and counterelectrode, respectively. The biocompatible obtained sensors were characterized as regards the temperature effect, the response, and lifetime. The determination of glucose in standard solutions was carried out, and linear calibration curves were obtained. Depending on the electrode configuration, the sensor had a response time of 1–4 min, and the measuring range extended from 5 × 10?5 to 4 × 10?3M.  相似文献

The reaction of pyrroles and indoles with B(C(6)F(5))(3) and BCl(3) produces 1:1 B-N complexes containing highly acidic sp(3) carbons, for example, N-[tris(pentafluorophenyl)borane]-5H-pyrrole (1) and N-[tris(pentafluorophenyl)borane]-3H-indole (2), that are formed by a new formal N-to-C hydrogen shift, the mechanism of which is discussed. With some derivatives, restricted rotation around the B-N bond and/or the B-C bonds was observed by NMR techniques, and some rotational barriers were calculated from experimental data. The acidity of the sp(3) carbons in these complexes is shown by their ability to protonate NEt(3), with formation of pyrrolyl- and indolyl-borate ammonium salts. The driving force for this reaction is given by the restoration of the aromaticity of the heterocycle.  相似文献

Self‐immolative (SI) spacers are sophisticated chemical constructs designed for molecular delivery or material degradation. We describe herein a (S)‐2‐(aminomethyl)pyrrolidine SI spacer that is able to release different types of anticancer drugs (possessing either a phenolic or secondary and tertiary hydroxyl groups) through a fast cyclization mechanism involving carbamate cleavage. The high efficiency of drug release obtained with this spacer was found to be beneficial for the in vitro cytotoxic activity of protease‐sensitive prodrugs, compared with a commonly used spacer of the same class. These findings expand the repertoire of degradation machineries and are instrumental for the future development of highly efficient delivery platforms.  相似文献

A new Eu(III)/Tb(III) binuclear coordination compound with red and yellow emissions in solution and solid state, respectively, has been prepared. The lanthanide (Ln) ions are coordinated to crown ethers (C) and bridged by a dipyridyl (dipy) ligand. Ln/C and Ln/C/dipy complexes were also synthesized as precursors for the bimetallic compounds. The homo- and heterobimetallic Ln(III) complexes were characterized by elemental analysis as well as infra-red, absorption (UV-visible) and emission spectroscopies. The heterobimetallic complex geometry was predicted using the Sparkle/AM1 model and suggested to a chemical environment of very low symmetry around the lanthanide ions (C1), in agreement with the luminescence spectrum. The Eu(III) and Tb(III) complexes display intense red and green emissions, respectively, in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Intermodally phase-matched up- and down-conversion processes based on third-order non-linearity have been proposed to efficiently generate light in the ultraviolet (UV) and mid-infrared (IR) wavelength regions in solid-core silica optical fibers and optical microfibers.
