A kinetic model for the gas-phase radiation-chemical oxidation of naphthalene was developed on the basis of published data. The principal routes of naphthalene conversion were studied with the use of the model. It was shown that the main product of naphthalene radiolysis under the electron-beam dry scrubbing (EBDS) conditions of the removal of NO and SO2 from industrial gases is nitronaphthalene. The low-temperature (1.8 ≤ T ≤ 30 K) heat capacity of microscopically inhomogeneous PdMnxFe1 ? x alloys in the region of the transition between the ferromagnetic, atomically ordered state of the PdFe alloy and the antiferromagnetic intermetallic state of the PdMn compound was studied. Theoretical calculations of the electronic band structure were found to agree with experimental data on the low-temperature heat capacity of the alloys. Possible reasons for the anomalous behavior of the electronic properties (electrical resistivity, ordinary Hall effect, thermopower, electronic heat capacity) at nucleation of the low-Ohmic (ρ0 < 8 μΩ cm) PdFe-type phase in the high-Ohmic (ρ0 < 100 μΩ cm) PdMn-type matrix at x C2 ~ 0.8 are discussed. 相似文献

A series of 2-aminosubstituted (5Z)-3-phenyl-5-(pyridine-2-ylmethylene)-3,5-dihydro-4H-imidazole-4-ones (L) was prepared by the reaction of the corresponding 2-alkylthio-3,5-dihydro-4H-imidazole-4-ones with morpholine or piperidine in the presence of ytterbium(III) triflate. The resulting ligands were subsequently reacted with CuCl2·2H2O and CoCl2·6H2O to give the corresponding copper(II) and cobalt(II) complexes, respectively. Analysis revealed that the complexes were formed with an LMCl2 (M = Cu, Co)-type composition in all cases. The structures of the three cobalt complexes prepared in this way were determined by X-ray crystallography. The results revealed that the cobalt ions in these complexes were tetrahedrally coordinated to two chloride anions and two nitrogen atoms from the pyridine and imidazole moieties of the ligand. The electrochemical properties of the ligands and their complexes were evaluated by cyclic voltammetry, and the results revealed that the first stage in the reduction of the Co(II) and Cu(II) complexes involved the reversible formation of the corresponding Co(I) and Cu(I) complexes, respectively. The cytotoxicity activities of the organic ligands and their complexes were evaluated against several cancer cell lines, including MCF-7, A549 and HEK293 cells. The copper complexes of the organic ligands bearing a phenyl or allyl moiety at their N(3) position together with a piperidine substituent at the 2-position of their imidazolone ring exhibited the greatest cytotoxicity of all of the compounds tested in the current study. 相似文献

We experimentally realize a quantum-memory protocol based on retrieval of silenced echo (ROSE) in Tm3+:Y3Al5O12 crystal in an orthogonal geometry of the signal and control light fields. The silenced echo signal revival efficiency of ~13% with 36 μs storage time is demonstrated. To achieve that we implemented a high-precision atomic coherence control via amplitude- and phase-modulated laser pulses. We also discuss capabilities of this configuration, ways to increase quantum efficiency and to combine it with a single-mode optical cavity. 相似文献
