Accurate parameter estimation in presence of stochastic noise is the essential part of almost all control hardware of the plants. However, the optimal design of the control hardware depends on processing power and installed memory. The proposed research investigation focuses on precise parameter estimation from compressed temporal data of error dynamics with exiguous susceptibility to the robot’s controllability. Instead of using Maximum Likelihood estimation (MLE) and Least Squares (LS) estimation in the time domain, the proposed method exploits the recursive wavelet domain’s properties to selectively store the error data coefficients negating the data related to noise. As a result, data compression is achieved. The proposed algorithm may be directly implemented on any scalable “Very Large Scale Integration” (VLSI) circuit due to the recursive implementation. For the evaluation of robustness, dynamic parameter variation is considered. The variation in scalar & vector-valued error is considered to evaluate the performance of the stochastic system. The proposed algorithm implementation is demonstrated experimentally on commercially available Omni Bundle robot.

Mid‐infrared (mid‐IR) microphotonic devices including (i) straight/bent waveguides and (ii) Y‐junction beam splitters are developed on thin films of CMOS‐compatible sputter deposited aluminum nitride (AlN)‐on‐silicon. An optical loss of 0.83 dB/cm at λ = 2.5 µm is achieved. In addition, an efficient mid‐IR 50:50 beam splitter is demonstrated over 200 nm spectral bandwidth along with a <2% power difference between adjacent channels. With the inherent advantage of an ultra‐wide transparent window (ultraviolent to mid‐IR), our AlN mid‐IR platform can enable broadband optical networks on a chip.  相似文献

The objective of this paper is to study oscillation of fourth-order neutral differential equation. By using Riccati substitution and comparison technique, new oscillation conditions are obtained which insure that all solutions of the studied equation are oscillatory. Tyrosine kinase inhibitors are validated therapeutic agents against EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). However, the associated critical side effects of these agents are inevitable, demanding more specific and efficient targeting agents. Recently, we have developed and reported a non-covalent imidazo[1,2-a]quinoxaline-based EGFR inhibitor (6b), which showed promising inhibitory activity against the gefitinib-resistant H1975(L858R/T790M) lung cancer cell line. In the present study, we further explored the 6b compound in vivo by employing the A549-induced xenograft model in nude mice. The results indicate that the administration of the 6b compound significantly abolished the growth of the tumor in the A549 xenograft nude mice. Whereas the control mice bearing tumors displayed a declining trend in the survival curve, treatment with the 6b compound improved the survival profile of mice. Moreover, the histological examination showed the cancer cell cytotoxicity of the 6b compound was characterized by cytoplasmic destruction observed in the stained section of the tumor tissues of treated mice. The immunoblotting and qPCR results further signified that 6b inhibited EGFR in tissue samples and consequently altered the downstream pathways mediated by EGFR, leading to a reduction in cancer growth. Therefore, the in vivo findings were in corroboration with the in vitro results, suggesting that 6b possessed potential anticancer activity against EGFR-dependent lung cancer. 6b also exhibited good stability in human and mouse liver microsomes.  相似文献

This study investigated the principal leaf protein (rubisco) solubilization and in vitro ruminal enzyme activity in relation to the molecular structure of proanthocyanidins extracted from leaves of Anogeissus pendula and Eugenia jambolana. Six proanthocyanidin fractions were extracted by 50% (v/v) methanol–water followed by 70% (v/v) acetone–water and then distilled water from leaves of A. pendula (AP) and E. jambolana (EJ) to yield EJ–70, EJ–50, EJ–DW, AP–70, AP–50 and AP–DW. Fractions were examined for their molecular structure and their effects on sheep ruminal enzymes and solubilization of rubisco in vitro. All fractions significantly (p < 0.05) inhibited the activity of ruminal glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase and glutamic pyruvic transaminase. The fractions AP–50 and EJ–50 significantly inhibited the activity of the R-cellulase enzyme. Most of the fractions inhibited R-glutamate dehydrogenase activity (p < 0.05) by increasing its concentration, while protease activity decreased by up to 58% with increasing incubation time and concentration. The solubilization of rubisco was observed to be comparatively higher in A. pendula (16.60 ± 1.97%) and E. jambolana (15.03 ± 1.06%) than that of wheat straw (8.95 ± 0.95%) and berseem hay (3.04 ± 0.08%). A significant (p < 0.05) increase in protein solubilization was observed when wheat straw and berseem hay were supplemented with A. pendula and E. jambolana leaves at different proportions. The efficiency of microbial protein was significantly (p < 0.05) greater with the supplementation of leaves of A. pendula in comparison to E. jambolana. The overall conclusion is that the proanthocyanidins obtained from E. jambolana exhibited greater inhibitory activities on rumen enzymes, whereas A. pendula recorded higher protein solubilization. Thus, PAs from A. pendula and E. jambolana appear to have the potential to manipulate rumen enzyme activities for efficient utilization of protein and fiber in ruminants.  相似文献

Xanthohumol (XH) a prenylated chalcone has diverse therapeutic effects against various diseases. In the present study, a bioanalytical method was developed for XH in rat plasma using reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography. The validation of the method was performed as per ICH M10 guidelines using curcumin as an internal standard. The Isocratic elution method was used with a run time of 10 min, wherein the mobile phase ratio 0.1% v/v OPA (A): Methanol (B) was 15:85 v/v at flow rate 0.8 mL/min and injection volume of 20 µL. The chromatograms of XH and curcumin was recorded at a wavelength of 370 nm. The retention time for XH and curcumin was 7.4 and 5.8 min, respectively. The spiked XH from plasma was extracted by the protein precipitation method. The developed method was linear with R2 value of 0.9996 over a concentration range of 50–250 ng/mL along with LLOQ. The results of all the validation parameters are found to be within the accepted limits with %RSD value less than 2 and the percentage recovery was found to be greater than 95%. Based on the %RSD and percentage recovery results it was confirmed that the method was precise and accurate among the study replicates. LOD and LOQ values in plasma samples were found to be 8.49 ng/mL and 25.73 ng/mL, respectively. The stability studies like freeze thaw, short term and long-term stability studies were also performed, %RSD and percentage recovery of the XH from plasma samples were within the acceptable limits. Therefore, the developed bioanalytical method can be used effectively for estimation of XH in plasma samples.  相似文献
