不同干燥过程对超细TiO2粉体性质的影响   总被引:12,自引:0,他引:12  
考察了采用不同干燥工艺制备的TiO2粉体在粒子形貌、颗粒大小与分布、晶相组成以及比表面积和孔结构等织构和结构性质方面的差异。结果表明,利用常规的干燥方法,由水凝胶脱水所得的颗粒,颗粒间严重团聚,颗粒粒径大且分布不均匀,比表面积和孔体积最小;由醇凝胶直接脱水,则可以显著提高粉体的织构性能.而采用超临界流体干燥法则可以进一步提高粉体的性能,比表面积由水凝胶的4.88m2·g-1增大到113.8m2·g-1,提高了近30倍;孔体积由0.027cm3·g-1增大到0.41cm3·g-1.大约提高了15倍;而且其能够有效地防止粒子间的团聚,较好地保持了湿凝胶的网络结构,使颗粒尺寸降低且分布均匀,可重复性好.  相似文献

The photosensitive initiating system composed of 7-diethylamino-3-(2'-benzimidazolyl)coumarindye (DEDC) and diphenyliodonium hexafluorophosphate (DIHP) which act as the sensitizer and the initiatorrespectively, can be used to initiate the polymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA). The results showedthat when exposed to visible light, coumarin dye/iodonium salt undergoes quick electron transfer from DEDCto DIHP and free radicals are produced. The visible light photoinduced reaction between DEDC and DIHP ismainly through the excited singlet state of DEDC and thus it is a little sensitive to O_2. The influence ofconcentration of DEDC, DIHP and MMA on the rate of photopolymerization of MMA was also investigated.  相似文献

研究了β-环糊精(主体)与二苯胺(客体)的包合反应。通过元素分析、核磁共振、差热分析及X-射线粉末分析方法确定了包合物的形成,用荧光光谱法测定了包合反应的形成常数。实验结果表明:β-环糊精与二苯胺分子形成摩尔比为2∶1的包合物。二苯胺的苯环嵌入β-环糊精分子的疏水性空腔内。包合物的分子式为C96H151O70N。热稳定性比相应主客体明显提高。  相似文献

An electrophoretically mediated microanalysis method for detection of yoctomole (ymol) alkaline phosphatase (ALP) was developed by a combination of on-capillary enzyme-catalyzed reaction and electrochemical detection. In this method, ALP molecules were electrokinetically injected into a capillary of 10 μm i.d. and then electromigrated to the section of the capillary immersed in a warm water bath of 37 °C, where ALP reacted for a certain time with disodium phenyl phosphate as the enzyme substrate. ALP could be measured through determining the electroactive product phenol of the enzyme-catalyzed reaction by using electrochemical detection. The phenol concentration was proportional to the mass of ALP. As a catalyst, ALP was not consumed during the reaction, which provided amplification of signal with prolonged the reaction time. In order to enhance the signal-to-noise ratio, the detection end of the capillary was etched to a horn-shape and a single carbon fiber microcylinder electrode of 6 μm in diameter as the working electrode was inserted into the detection end of the capillary. Under these conditions, the mass of ALP as low as 1.2 × 10−22 mol (72 molecules) or 4.0 × 10−23 mol (24 molecules) could be detected for the on-capillary reaction time of 15 min or 2 h.  相似文献

The complexes of the type (ArCH2)2SnO were catalytic-oxygenated by Ag+ and yielded mixed-ligand organotin(IV) complexes (ArCH2)(2-C5H4NCO2)2(ArCOO)tin(IV) (Ar = C6H5 (1), 2-ClC6H4 (2), 2-CNC6H4 (3), 4-ClC6H4 (4), 4-CNC6H4 (5), 2-FC6H4 (6)). The complexes 1-6 are characterized by elemental analyses, IR and NMR (1H, 13C, 119Sn) spectroscopies. Single X-ray crystal structure analysis has been determined, which reveals that the center tin atom of complex 2 is seven-coordinated geometry.  相似文献

The alkylammonium cations were successively intercalated into the interlayer of muscovite. It was achieved by inorganic-organic ion exchange in the hydrothermal reaction of the LiNO3-treated muscovite with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide solution. One-dimensional Patterson plots and electron density calculations show that hydrated Li+ and CTA+ cations entered the interlayer of muscovite successively. The CTA+-intercalated muscovite was characterized by powder X-ray diffraction and elemental analysis, in conjunction with FTIR, nuclear magnetic resonance, X-ray photoelectron spectra, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, etc. The experiments show that organo-muscovite composite with ordered structure has been obtained. The CTA+ headgroups are distributed in the interlayer uniformly. However, the arrangement and conformation of CTA+ chains are strongly dependent upon the reaction temperature. At lower reaction temperature, the chains of CTA+ ions adopt a little more disordered arrangement and have higher gauche/trans conformer ratio, resulting in the disturbance to the interlayer symmetry. Whereas at higher reaction temperature, the sample with paraffin-like arrangement of CTA+ chains could be obtained, in which the methylene chains of CTA+ adopt a fully stretched, all-trans conformation.  相似文献

This paper reports the syntheses and characterization of two phosphonate compounds with layered structures, namely, Mn2(2-C5H4NPO3)2(H2O) (1) and Zn(6-Me-2-C5H4NPO3) (2). In compound 1, double chains are found in which the {Mn2O2} dimers are linked by both aqua and O-P-O bridges. These double chains are connected through corner-sharing of {MnO5N} octahedra and {CPO3} tetrahedra, forming an inorganic layer. The pyridyl groups fill the inter-layer spaces. In compound 2, each {ZnO3N} tetrahedron is vertex-shared with three {CPO3} tetrahedra and vice versa, hence forming an inorganic honeycomb layer. The pyridyl groups reside between the layers. Magnetic studies show that weak antiferromagnetic interactions are mediated between the manganese ions in compound 1. Crystal data for 1: monoclinic, space group C2/c, , , , β=107.3(1)°.
