Methods of the preparation of catalysts for alkane skeletal isomerization based on uniform nanoparticles of sulfated zirconia anchored to different supports were investigated. These catalysts were characterized by using the ICP, HRTEM and BET techniques. The activities of the catalysts in the reaction of n-butane isomerization were measured and compared with those of bulk catalysts.  相似文献

Acetonitrile and [D3]acetonitrile in the vicinal region of a planar AgX fiber contain linear dipole–dipole linked oligomers as shown by 1) comparison of infrared band intensity ratios in the gaseous and condensed phases and 2) remarkable plots of absorbance (C? N stretch) versus time during evaporation from an AgX planar fiber element. The plots (CH3CN 2252 cm?1, CD3CN 2262 cm?1) reveal the presence of octamers, hexamers, tetramers, and dimers along with some heptamer, trimer, and monomer structures. A novel isotope effect arises from the somewhat smaller size of the CD3CN resulting in an increase in the CN band intensity. The organized oligomers may be termed pseudocrystals and are the main components responsible for absorption intensity in the infrared spectrum of acetonitrile, on the AgX planar fiber or in an IR cell.  相似文献

We study a two-dimensional gas of inelastic smooth hard dimers. Since the collisions between dimers are dissipative, being characterized by a coefficient of restitution alpha<1, and no external driving force is present, the energy of the system decreases in time and no stationary state is achieved. However, the resulting nonequilibrium state of the system displays several interesting properties in close analogy with systems of inelastic hard spheres, whose relaxational dynamics has been thoroughly explored. We generalize to inelastic systems a recently method introduced [G. Ciccotti and G. Kalibaeva, J. Stat. Phys. 115, 701 (2004)] to study the dynamics of rigid elastic bodies made up of different spheres held together by rigid bonds. Each dimer consists of two hard disks of diameter d, whose centers are separated by a fixed distance a. By describing the rigid bonds by means of holonomic constraints and deriving the appropriate collision rules between dimers, we reduce the dynamics to a set of equations which can be solved by means of event-driven simulation. After deriving the algorithm we study the decay of the total kinetic energy, and of the ratio between the rotational and the translational kinetic energy of inelastic dimers. We show numerically that the celebrated Haff's homogeneous cooling law t(-2), describing how the kinetic energy of an inelastic hard-sphere system with a constant coefficient of restitution decreases in time, holds even in the case of these nonspherical particles. We fully characterize this homogeneous decay process in terms of appropriate decay constants and confirm numerically the scaling behavior of the velocity distributions.  相似文献

The fact that molecular crystals exist as different polymorphic modifications and the identification of as many polymorphs as possible are important considerations for the pharmaceutic industry. The molecule of N‐benzyl‐4‐hydroxy‐1‐methyl‐2,2‐dioxo‐1H‐2λ6,1‐benzothiazine‐3‐carboxamide, C17H16N2O4S, does not contain a stereogenic atom, but intramolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions engender enantiomeric chiral conformations as a labile racemic mixture. The title compound crystallized in a solvent‐dependent single chiral conformation within one of two conformationally polymorphic P212121 orthorhombic chiral crystals (denoted forms A and B). Each of these pseudo‐enantiomorphic crystals contains one of two pseudo‐enantiomeric diastereomers. Form A was obtained from methylene chloride and form B can be crystallized from N,N‐dimethylformamide, ethanol, ethyl acetate or xylene. Pharmacological studies with solid–particulate suspensions have shown that crystalline form A exhibits an almost fourfold higher antinociceptive activity compared to form B.  相似文献

The electrochemical behavior of a number of benzoyl barbiturates was studied using a glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The kinetics of the electrode process is determined, the contribution of physical adsorption to the electrochemical process is estimated, and the mechanism of the possible electrochemical reaction is proposed. It is shown that the electrochemical reduction potentials of benzoyl phenobarbital derivatives are determined by the LUMO energies, calculated by the B3LYP 6‐311+G method. It is established that the process is quasi‐reversible, complicated by adverse reactions. The influence of halogen type and its position in the benzoyl residue of the studied substances on the analytical signal is established. The effective values of the dissociation constants of various forms of benzoyl derivatives were calculated using the example of halonal, for which the values 3.16 ? 10?8 and 6.31 ? 10?12, respectively, were found.  相似文献

Atomic cations (26), M+, have been shown to lie within a thermodynamic window for O-atom transport catalysis of the reduction of N2O by CO and have been checked for catalytic activity at room temperature with kinetic measurements using an inductively-coupled plasma/selected-ion flow tube (ICP/SIFT) tandem mass spectrometer. Only 10 of these 26 atomic cations were seen to be catalytic: Ca+, Fe+, Ge+, Sr+, Ba+, Os+, Ir+, Pt+, Eu+, and Yb+. The remaining 16 cations that lie in the thermodynamic window (Cr+, Mn+, Co+, Ni+, Cu+, Se+, Mo+, Ru+, Rh+, Sn+, Te+, Re+, Pb+, Bi+, Tm+, and Lu+) react too slowly at room temperature either in the formation of MO+ or in its reduction by CO. Many of these reactions are known to be spin forbidden and a few actually may lie outside the thermodynamic window. A new measure of efficiency is introduced for catalytic cycles that allows the discrimination between catalytic cations on the basis of the efficiencies of the two legs of the catalytic cycle. Also, a potential-energy landscape is computed for the reduction of N2O by CO catalyzed by Fe+(6D) that vividly illustrates the operation of an ionic catalyst.  相似文献

The complexing processes in the M II -dithiomalonamide-diacetyl triple system (M=Ni, Cu) occuring in the nickel(II)- and copper(II)hexacyanoferrate(II) gelatin-immobilized matrix in contact with aqueous alkaline solutions (pH~12) containing dithiomalonamide and diacetyl at room temperature, and between MCl2, dithiomalonamide and diacetyl in EtOH solutions upon heating to$80°C, have been studied. In the Ni II -dithiomalonamide-diacetyl system, template synthesis occurs in EtOH solution but does not occur in the gelatin-immobilized matrix, whereas in the Cu II -dithiomalonamide-diacetyl system, template synthesis occurs in the gelatin-immobilized matrix but not in EtOH solution. Dithiomalonamide and diacetyl are the ligand synthons in the processes indicated.  相似文献

Nanowires of an iodine containing Pb-Sb-sulfosalt have been synthesized by chemical vapor transport. Their structure was studied using high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and X-ray powder diffraction. The lattice parameters show values equal to a=4.9801(4) nm, b=0.41132(8) nm (with two-fold superstructure), c=2.1989(1) nm and β=99.918(6)°. These parameters and the results of a multislice simulation are in good agreement with the mineral pillaite, Cu0.10Pb9.16Sb9.84S22.94Cl1.06O0.5 (space group C2/m, a=4.949(1) nm, b=0.41259(8) nm, c=2.1828(4) nm, and β=99.62(3)°). Microprobe and EDX analyses yielded a chemical composition of Cu0.507(5)Pb8.73(9)Sb8.15(8)I1.6S20.0(2) which is close to natural pillaite but contains no oxygen and iodine instead of chlorine. The structure of the investigated material is based on chains of M-S polyhedra (M=Pb or Sb) typical for the architecture of sulfosalts implying iodine atoms in trigonal prismatic coordination with Pb atoms from the M-S polyhedra of neighboring chains. The [010] superstructure of the specimen was found to be unstable under electron beam irradiation with a rapid decrease of the b lattice parameter from 0.8 to 0.4 nm within 5 min.  相似文献

Since l-Arginine (Arg) is a semi-essential amino acid for humans, its adequate amount must be consumed in the diet to prevent certain negative consequences related to insufficient synthesis of this amino acid under specific physiological conditions. Arg metabolism results in the production of a biochemically diverse range of such products as urea, some amino acids, creatine, polyamines, nitric oxide, etc. Arg, an important biomarker in clinical diagnostics, is also used for prevention/treatment of different diseases, including cancer and COVID-19. Furthermore, it serves as an indicator of food and beverages quality.A variety of optic and electrochemical methods for Arg determination have already been suggested. The biosensor systems based on the enzymes of Arg metabolism were shown to be the most promising tools for Arg assay. This review focuses on the peculiarities of electrochemical biosensors for Arg assay based on the use of Arg-degrading enzymes and on the analysis of their advantages as compared to other approaches.  相似文献
