This gas chromatographic technique of determining meprobamate is based on a solid-phase extraction permitting a time reduction of the analysis and improving sensitivity. Quantification is realized on 500 microliters of plasma. The method uses etidocaine as internal standard and does not require derivatization. Thus it is simple, rapid, sensitive and applicable in forensic and clinical toxicological laboratories.  相似文献

Hydrophobicity, lubrication and anticorrosion properties of steel substrates have been obtained by a deposition of thin film (i.e. by mechanochemical treatment) at room conditions. Stearic acid and paraffin were chosen as reactive molecules. Different abrasive powders were selected to generate active sites on the treated surfaces for adsorption of the reactive molecules and then, the results were compared. The surfaces were analyzed by reflection-absorption infrared spectroscopy (RAIRS). The results emphasize that, a thick layer of mixed stearic acid/paraffin was deposited onto the metallic surface after the treatment. After hexane rinsing we could only detect a very thin layer of oriented stearic acid molecules chemically adsorbed onto the metallic surface and which engages strong interactions with it. Whereas, RAIRS only provides molecular analysis, the XPS technique was complementary for discriminating the different surfaces. It was possible to show differences in thickness as well as in coverage according to the size and shape of abrasive particles. Furthermore, we could conclude that deposit layer is not uniform. Defects were always present and were dependent on abrasive powders used. Then wettability was assessed as a way to test the homogeneity of thin films generated by the mechanochemical treatment. In agreement with theoretical data, receding contact angle was very dependent on the defects in the deposited film. If holes or aggregates were increased in the deposit layer, the receding contact angle was decreased while advancing contact angles and equilibrium contact angles remained constant. A very important point for technological applications was that the homogeneity of the deposited film was governed by abrasive powder involved in mechanochemical treatment and contact angle values were a direct measurement of the homogeneity of surfaces generated by mechanochemical treatment.  相似文献

The objectives of this study were to validate new experimental techniques used to measure the log P of protonated drugs, and to investigate the inter- and intramolecular forces influencing the partitioning behavior of β-blockers in isotropic biphasic solvent systems. The lipophilicity parameters of a number of β-blockers were measured by two-phase titration, centrifugal partition chromatography (CPC), and cyclic voltammetry (CV) in one or more of the following solvent systems: octanol/water, 1,2-dichloroethane/water, and dibutyl ether/water. CV proved to be a promising technique for measuring the lipophilicity of protonated β-blockers. Derived parameters such as Δlog P (difference between log P in two different solvent systems, a parameter valid for a given solute in a given electrical form) and diff (difference between log P of two different electrical forms of a given solute, in the same system) yielded insights into inter- and intramolecular interactions characteristic of β-blockers. The relevance of these parameters in structure-permeation relationships is explored.  相似文献

A simple Monte Carlo simulation and even a partition method can be used to reproduce quite well the power law behavior between the factorial moment and the charge interval of fragment charge distributions from the multifragmentation of 197Au nucleus bombarding emulsion at~1 GeV/nucleon. This indicates that the above power law seems not to be a unique precursor of the intermittent behavior in nuclear multifragmentations.  相似文献

The charge dispersion of fragments in high energy p+Cu,Kr and Xe reactions are calculated by statistical model and Monte Carlo technique.The corresponding data are reproduced quite well.It is shown that the charge dispersions are all nearly gaussian.The mass dependence of the most probable fragment charge reflects the rest target memory effect.  相似文献

Following the method developed by the authors,recently,the equation of state of hot nuclei(238U in concrete) before break-up was investigated numerically.The isotherms are drawn in the plan of the general pressure P versus volume VRT. They are similar to those of Van der Waals gas.The critical temperature of phase transition should correspond to the isotherm with one turning point only.It turns out that the data of mass yield distribution can be reproduced by many pairs of parameters T and VRT (freeze-out temperature and freeze-out volume) varying in certain range.For each isotherm (each T),the data are always best reproduced by the value of VRT located at the maximum general pressure within two phases coexistence region.  相似文献

The Λ multiplicity and Λ/p ratio are studied by hadron transportation-string fragmentation model in relativistic heavy ion collisions. Firstly, the dependence of Λ multiplicity and Λ/p ratio on the system size and the collision centrality is studied. It shows that the Λ and p multiplicities go up as the increase of system size and the increase of collision centrality. However, their ratio keeps almost a constant. The effect of Λ annihilation cross section to Λ multiplicity and Λ/p ratio is also studied. It is found that this effect is weak: Λ multiplicity and Λ/p ratio have a little amount of increase by the decrease of Λ annihilation cross section. Even the cross section is down to zero, Λ/p ratio is only 1.2 in 200A GeV AuAu head on collision. The Λ/p ratio is obtained to be 0.28 in pp collision, lying in the range of experimental data:0.2—0.3. It is also obtained that the ratio in AA collisions is 3—5 times of that in pp collision.  相似文献

The tensor analyzing power T20(θ) in dp backward scattering has been measured at or near center-of-mass angle θ = 180° in the energy range 0.3–2.3 GeV. A pronounced structure is observed around Td = 0.5 GeV which is explained by a predominant one-neutron-exchange mechanism. Other structures appear around 1 GeV and higher. They are not explained by calculations which include Δ-excitations in intermediate states. In addition, full angular distributions of vector Ay and tensor Ayy analyzing powers and differential cross sections have been obtained at 1.2 GeV and limited angular ranges explored at 0.5 GeV (back angles) and 1.6 GeV (forward angles).  相似文献
