高效液相色谱-质谱法测定水产品中孔雀石绿及其代谢物

在水产养殖过程中,人们经常使用各种药物进行水体消毒和防止鱼病害,孔雀石绿就是其中的一种染料类杀菌剂,近年来发现它特别是其代谢物在水产体内有明显的残留现象,且代谢物的残留时间较长,由于孔雀石绿化学官能团三苯甲烷是一种致癌物质,所以欧盟、美国等宣布禁止其在经济鱼类(观赏鱼除外)养殖过程中使用。经文献检索,国内虽有水产品中孔雀石绿残留量检验方法的报道,但未涉及代谢物残留量检测方法的报道。国外已建立的检测方法主要采用了气相色谱质谱联用法测定孔雀石绿代谢物、高效液相-色谱法同时测定孔雀石绿及其代谢物和高效液相色谱-质谱法同时测定孔雀石绿及其代谢物。我们利用HPLC-VIS和Q-TOFMS技术分别建立了高效液相色谱法(初筛法)和高效液相串联质谱法(确证法)两种检测方法。     

环糊精-苯丙氨酸超分子体系的包合现象与分子识别

通过紫外-可见光谱探讨了水溶液中α-环糊精(CD 1),β-CD 2,七(2, 6-二-o-甲基)-β-CD 3和γ-CD 4与D-、L-、D,L-苯丙氨酸(Phe)形成超分子包合物的稳定常数(K)。手性或外消旋苯丙氨酸与同一主体结合能力的强弱顺序为:L- >D,L- >D-Phe,各体系的K_L/K_D值在1.65～3.01之间,给出了较好的异构体分离。但三种形式的苯丙氨酸与这些主体的缔合常数均较小(K< 3×10²mol·L^-1)。就不同主体而言,K值的次序为:3 >1 >4 >2,并不完全等同于K_L/K_D的顺序:2 >1 >3 >4。     

Schrödinger方程的连续时空有限元方法

本文讨论Schr?dinger方程的连续时空有限元方法,通过引入相应的时空投影算子,利用实部虚部分离技巧,得到了变量u在时间节点处的L²范数,以及u和u_t的全局L²(H¹)和L²(L²)范数意义下的最优误差估计结果.该文的结论对进一步探索和设计Schr?dinger方程的数值算法是有益的.     

农业供应链金融能有效缓解企业的融资约束？——涉农企业参与精准扶贫的实证研究

农业供应链金融为涉农企业融资难问题提供了新思路。本文以上市涉农上市企业2016~2018年的财务数据为样本,探讨了农业供应链金融对缓解企业融资约束的影响,以及涉农企业参与精准扶贫对缓解融资约束的调节作用。研究发现:涉农企业普遍面临融资约束问题,而农业供应链金融显著缓解了涉农企业的融资约束,且对参与精准扶贫企业的融资约束缓解更为显著。本文揭示了:农业供应链金融能有效缓解涉农企业的融资约束问题,再次证明了农业供应链金融缓解涉农企业融资约束的重要性和必要性,拓展了供应链金融研究的领域,同时对企业参与精准扶贫,响应新时期涉农企业社会责任的具体要求,形成政府、企业等共同承担社会责任的多元化减贫治理机制,助力乡村振兴提供相应借鉴。     

分裂的正则Hom-Leibniz-Rinehart代数

作为Hom-Leibniz代数胚的代数类比, 本文引入Hom-Leibniz-Rinehart代数的概念. 证明了分裂的正则Hom-Leibniz-Rinehart代数$L$写成$L=U+\sum_{\gamma}I_\gamma$, 其中$U$为极大交换子代数$H$的子空间和$I_\gamma$为$L$的理想, 若$[\gamma]\neq[d]$, 满足$[I_\gamma, I_d]=0$. 随后分别发展了分裂Hom-Leibniz-Rinehart代数的根和权的连通技术.最后研究了紧致的正则Hom-Leibniz-Rinehart代数的结构.

On the theory of scattering of electromagnetic waves in media with space-time velocity fluctuations

We express the effective permittivity tensor for a medium that is, on the average, motionless and nonstationary. It is shown that fast time pulsations of velocity lead to an increase in the average wave field and in the propagation velocity of an electromagnetic wave. Using a computer, we compare the surfaces of the frequency spectra of the strength of the scattered field for the Gaussian and diffusion components of the solenoidal velocity field. 聚苯胺导电复合物二次掺杂的基材效应
