As a promising one-dimensional material for building nanodevices, single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) should be organized into a rational architecture on the substrate surface. In this study, horizontally aligned SWNTs with two alignment modes were synthesized on the same R-plane sapphire wafer by chemical vapor deposition with cationized ferritins as catalysts. In the middle part of the wafer, SWNTs were aligned on the R-plane sapphire in the direction [1101]. At the edge of the wafer, SWNTs were aligned in the tangential direction to the wafer edge. The comparison of these two groups of SWNTs suggests the competition between the two alignment modes and indicates that atomic steps in high density have superior influence on the SWNTs' alignment to the crystal structure on the surface of the sapphire substrate. A "raised-head" growth mechanism model is proposed to explain why catalysts can stay active during the horizontally aligned growth of relatively long SWNTs with the strong interaction between SWNTs and the sapphire substrate.  相似文献

An impurity in the bulk drug lisinopril was detected by simple reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). This trace-level impurity was rapidly identified as 2-(2-oxo-azocan-3-ylamino)-4-phenyl- butyric acid on the basis of the on-line multi-stage mass spectrometric evidence, and the proposed structure was further confirmed by multi-stage mass spectrometry of lisinopril and three related compounds.  相似文献

Multidentate phosphines were readily obtained by reaction of chiral multidentate amines, prepared via ring opening of (S)-N-tosyl-2-isopropylaziridine with ammonia, primary, and secondary amines, with achiral phosphorus containing building blocks. The phosphines were used in palladium-catalyzed alkylation of rac-3-cyclohexenyl and cyclopentenyl carbonates. The enantioselectivity and reactivity were largely dependent on the structure of the amine core of the ligands. Up to 88% ee was observed in reactions with the six-membered substrate.  相似文献

The thermochemistry of bicyclic lactams (penams, penems, cephams, cephems), which are key pharmacophores in beta-lactam antibiotics, has been investigated by high-level ab initio methods. Particular attention has been paid to estimating magnitudes of amide resonance (ARE) and ring strain (RSE) in the four-member lactam ring because these quantities are difficult to measure and distinguish experimentally. The ring strain destabilization effect is greater than the stabilization arising from amide resonance. However, in cephemes the amide resonance stabilization slightly exceeds destabilization due to the beta-lactam ring strain.  相似文献

本文以某压气机前五级为研究对象,利用计算流体力学方法研究了可转静叶对提高压气机部分转速下喘振裕度的效果,研究表明,可转静叶能够明显地提高压气机部分转速下的喘振裕度。通过分析影响压气机不稳定性的因素,给出了一个扩压参数来衡量压气机稳定性和承载能力,从而指导选取最优可转静叶安装角,使压气机喘振裕度达到最大,并在该参数的指导下,得出了可转静叶的一组最优安装角。  相似文献

We propose a new scheme for realizing deterministic quantum state transfer (QST) between two spatially separated single molecule magnets (SMMs) with the framework of cavity quantum eleetrodynamics (QED). In the present scheme, two SMMs are trapped in two spatially separated optical cavities coupled by an optical fiber. Through strictly numerically simulating, we demonstrate that our scheme is robust with respect to the SMMs' spontaneous decay and fiber loss under the conditions of dispersive SMMs-field interaction and strong coupling of cavity fiber. In addition, we also discuss the influence of photon leakage out of cavities and show that our proposal is good enough to demonstrate the generation of QST with high fidelity utilizing the current experimental technology. The present investigation provides research opportunities for realizing QST between solid-state qubits and may result in a substantial impact on the progress of solid-state-based quantum communications network.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel amorphous Co-Pt-P thin film fabricated by DC sputtering was proposed for soft underlayer in perpendicular recording. The structural and magnetic properties of the films were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), respectively. The results show that maximum permeability of Co-12 at%Pt-P films sputtered at room temperature (RT) is quite low when the phosphorus content is less than 5.2 at%, but Co-12 at%Pt-7 at%P thin film, is of amorphous state and has a high permeability of ∼500. The excellent soft magnetic properties of maximum permeability (500), coercivity (18 Oe) and saturation magnetization (760 emu/cm3) indicate that the amorphous Co-12 at%Pt-7 at%P film is expected to be a promising soft magnetic underlayer of perpendicular magnetic recording. The Co-12 at%Pt-7 at%P thin film is gradually crystallized with increasing substrate temperatures. The crystallization temperature of the Co-12 at%Pt-7 at%P thin film is ∼200 °C.  相似文献

Diacetylene monomer containing p-nitrophenyl azobenzene moiety (NADA) was synthesized. Silver nanoparticles with different concentrations were adulterated in the above polymerized NADA (PNADA) films and the third-order nonlinear optical properties were investigated in detail. UV–vis spectra and transmission electron microscopy were used to confirm the formation of PNADA/Ag nanocomposite films. The silver nanoparticles (average size of 10 nm) were well dispersed in the polymer films. The value of the nonlinear refractive index n 2 for PNADA films (8.48×10−15 cm2/W) was much higher than that of pure polydiacetylene films. Further, the introduction of silver nanoparticles into the PNADA polymer films led to the further enhancement of nonlinear optical properties. The maximum value of n 2 for PNADA/Ag nanocomposite films could be 11.6×10−15 cm2/W. This enhancement should be ascribed to the surface plasmon resonance of silver nanoparticles.  相似文献

基于PHI影像敏感波段组合的冬小麦条锈病遥感监测研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
利用ASD地面非成像光谱仪对不同严重度的冬小麦条锈病的冠层光谱反射率进行测定,同时调查病情指数。通过对地面实测的46组病情指数与相应的光谱反射率进行相关性分析,筛选出了小麦条锈病在350~1 500 nm的敏感波段。结合多时相的高光谱航空飞行遥感图像数据的特点和规律,最终选择红波段的620~718 nm与近红外波段的770~805 nm为条锈病在PHI影像上的敏感波段。并利用620~718 nm和770~805 nm的平均光谱反射率与相应的病情指数建立了多元线性回归模型:DI=19.241 R_1—2.207 R_2+12.274,验证结果表明,该模型的历史拟合度很好。并利用此模型最终在PHI影像上成功的实现了对冬小麦条锈病发生程度与发生范围的监测。  相似文献
