Synthesis of new trans double-bond sphingolipid analogues: Delta(4,6) and Delta(6) ceramides

Unsaturation was introduced at Delta(4,6) and Delta(6) of the sphingoid chain of naturally occurring ceramide 1 via a beta-keto sulfoxide (12) and sulfone (18) derived from N-Boc-L-serine methyl ester acetonide (9), affording two novel ceramide analogues, (2S,3R)-2-octanoylamidooctadeca-(4E,6E)-diene-1,3-diol (2) and (2S,3R)-2-octanoylamidooctadec-(6E)-ene-1,3-diol (3). After C-alkylation of 12 with (E)-1-bromo-2-tetradecene (8), a trans double bond was installed by elimination of PhS(O)H, providing conjugated dienone oxazolidine 13. Reaction of 18 with 8, followed by desulfonation (Al(Hg)), afforded keto-oxazolidine 20, which bears a (E)-Delta(6) double bond. The syntheses of analogues 2 and 3 from ketones 13 and 20, respectively, were completed by the following sequence of reactions: diastereoselective reduction (NaBH(4)/CeCl(3) or DIBAL-H), hydrolysis of the oxazolidine ring, liberation of the amino group, and installation of the N-amide group.     

p—Si上电沉积Ni—W—P薄膜的结构与热稳定性

研究了ｐ－Ｓｉ上恒电流沉积Ｎｉ－Ｗ－Ｐ合金薄膜组成与结构的关系，讨论了镀层的组成、结构随沉积时间的变化．测定了非晶合金的晶体结构随热处理温度的改变以及ＤＴＡ曲线，结果表明，非晶Ｎｉ－Ｗ－Ｐ合金在晶化过程中形成两个纳米超微晶相，非晶Ｎｉ－Ｗ－Ｐ薄膜的热稳定性远高于通常使用的非晶Ｎｉ－Ｐ薄膜．     

有机/无机杂化材料担载季铵盐催化剂的制备及其在相转移催化反应中的应用

利用溶胶-凝胶(S0l-gel)技术制备了新型的有机／无机杂化材料担载的季铵盐催化剂。优化了制备方法、反应条件等多种因素；考察了其作为相转移催化剂在1-溴代正庚烷与碘化钾的亲核取代反应中的应用，转化率最高可达到95％。     

离散小波变换-遗传算法-交互检验法用于近红外光谱数据的高倍压缩与变量筛选

用遗传算法(GA)与交互检验(CV)相结合建立了一种用于对近红外光谱(NIR)数据及其离散小波变换(DWT)系数进行变量筛选的方法，并应用于烟草样品中总挥发碱和总氮的同时测定。结果表明：NIR数据经DWT压缩为原始大小的3．3％时基本没有光谱信息的丢失；有效的变量筛选可以极大地减少模型中的变量个数，降低模型的复杂程度，改善预测的准确度。     

Synthesis of N-（α-Alkoxyalkyl）benzotriazoles Catalyzed by Acidic Ionic Liquid at Room Temperature

N-（α-Alkoxyalkyl）benzotriazoles were synthesized via the condensation of benzotriazole with various aldehydes and alcohols catalyzed by acidic ionic liquid [hmim]HSO4 at room temperature. The yield was up to 99%. This novel method was effective when triethoxymethane was utilized instead of alcohols. Moreover, acidic ionic liquid could be reused easily with no significant degradation of its catalytic activity.     

新型YS类高分子铑配合物催化甲醇羰基化反应制备乙酸和乙酐

以含有两种不同配位原子的线型或交联大孔球型共聚物为配体的新型铑配合物,能在温和条件下催化甲醇羰基化为乙酸和乙酐.实验结果表明,这些新型共聚物铑配合物具有鳌合型顺-二羰基铑(Ⅰ)的结构特征,并有良好的热稳定性及高的催化活性和选择性.

生物体系中电子转移机理的研究Ⅱ: 分子间电子转移及 电子供、受体间不同基 团的影响

利用自编程序MOPAC-ET中AM1方法,及KT(Koopman'sTheorem)法,研究了二苯负离子体系的分子间电子转移现象,计算了其电子供、受体在不同距离下的V~A~B及它们之间的相关性,另外,还对两苯环间不同介入基团对电子转移的影响做了初步研究,发现不同的介入基团存在着较大的差异。     

K3[Cr3O(OOCH)6(H2O)3][α-GeW12O40]·17H2O 的合成、结构及特性研究

研究了多金属氧酸盐分子基化合物K3[Cr3O(OOCH)6(H2O)3][α-GeW12O40]·17H2O的合成、晶体结构及其结晶水可逆脱附和吸附性能.该化合物属于单斜晶系,C2/m空间群,α=2.738 3(6)nm,b=1.58 3 0(3)nm,c=1.730 4(4)nm,β=102.43(3)°,V=7.325(3)nm3,Z=4,R1(wR2)=0.067 8(0.171 9).该晶体具有孔道结构,孔道内的结晶水能够可逆的脱附和吸附,而晶体结构随之恢复,因此具有分子筛的特性.     

水合醋酸铈直接热分解制备超细氧化铈及其抛光性能

Ultra fine ceria was prepared by calcining hydrate cerium acetate. The effects of pyrolysis temperature on the particle size, morphology, specific surface area and loose packing density of ceria were investigated, and the removal rate of optical glasses polishing by ceria was determined. The results show that with the increase of pyrolysis temperature, the loose deposit density and crystallinity increases and the specific surface area decreases, however, the particle size decreases firstly and then increases, the minimum medium particle size D₅₀ is 0.47 μm at pyrolysis temperature of 1 000 ℃. The SEM images of ceria prepared by the decomposition at 800 ℃ or at 1 100 ℃ show porous powders or quasi-sphere small particles with loosely agglomeration, respectively. It was found that the removal rate varied with pyrolysis temperature in preparation of ceria and the property of glass polished. The removal rate for three kinds of glasses was in the order of ZF7> F1> K9, and the maximum value appeared at around 1 000 ℃ for ZF7 and F1, and at around 1 100 ℃ for K9.
