报道了一种弥散型金属薄膜逾渗系统的制备方法和研究结果。从实验发现这种新型的逾渗系统具有异常的R-I关系、三次谐波系数与独特的电流临界规律。分析表明:这些特性与此类薄膜逾渗结构随电流增大而逐渐变化的过程有关,是由沿膜横向逐渐变化的局域隧道电流(LDTC)与跳跃电导(LDHC)效应引起的。  相似文献

本文对一种毫米波单腔并行双器件功率合成器进行了理论和实验研究。分析并计算了矩形波导腔内两只并行振荡器件的外电路阻抗,给出了一些对设计、开发该功率合成器非常有用的数值结果。在36.0GHz频率附近,单腔并行双Gunn器件功率合成器的实验结果为:合成输出功率约400mW,合成效率高于95.5%,大于100mW输出的机械调谐带宽近1.5GHz。  相似文献

藉助核反应92Mo(32S ,3n)产生了未知的缓发质子先驱核121Ce ,并利用氦喷嘴快速带传输系统和“p-γ”符合方法对它进行了鉴别 .测定了121Ce的半衰期 ( 1.1±0 .1 )s,观测了它的β缓发质子能谱 ,粗略地估计了它的β缓发质子衰变道的分支比约为1% .首次观测了先驱核119Ba,121Ba和122La经过β缓发衰变在“子核”中产生的低位能级到基态的γ 跃迁.  相似文献

A practical and divergent synthesis of supported [1,3,5]‐triazine dendritic molecules on Wang resin, PEGA resin, SynPhase? Lanterns, and silica gel is described. The alkylamine linkers used allow derivatization with functionality for both synthetic (e.g., supported reagent and scavenger activity) and chemical biology applications. The use of supported intermediates allows differentiation of symmetric linkers without the need for protecting group chemistry. The synthetic route uses inexpensive, readily available starting materials in a straightforward and scaleable strategy. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 树脂吸附法处理水杨酸甲酯生产废水的研究   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
采用吸附树脂NDA—99处理水杨酸甲酯生产废水,结果表明该树脂时废水中的5磺基水杨酸及水杨酸均具有良好的吸附—脱附性能.废水经预处理和吸附处理后,CODCr由57000-59000mg/L降至6300mg/L左右,去除率接近89%.用IBV8%NaOH 3BVH2O作脱附剂,在温度为60℃、流量为IBV/h的条件下,脱附率接近100%,树脂可重复使用.高浓度脱附液经酸化、浓缩、冷却结晶,可回收5—磺基水杨酸,回收率为95%左右。纯度为78%。  相似文献

The role of search theory in the exploitation of natural resources is discussed in this paper. After a brief history and taxonomy of search problems, the mathematics of search is discussed. This includes underlying probability distributions, the differential equations of search, Bayesian use of search information and optimization problems in search theory. The phase diagram for the binary system K2CrO4CaCrO4 has been determined for CaCrO4 concentrations up to 60 mole%, using the techniques of differential thermal analysis, X-ray diffraction, and drop calorimetry. Essential features of the phase diagram are: the solid-solid phase transition for pure K2CrO4 at 670°C, β-K2CrO4 ? α-K2CrO4; a eutectoid reaction at 14 mole% CaCrO4 and 548°C, β-K2CrO4 ? α-K2CrO4 + K2CrO4 · CaCrO4; a peritectoid event at 50 mole% CaCrO4 and 640°C, β-K2CrO4 + CaCrO4 ? K2CrO4 · CaCrO4; and a eutectic reaction at 51 mole% CaCrO4 and 678°C, L ? β-K2CrO4 + CaCrO4. X-ray diffraction studies lead to the determination of the unit cell dimensions for the K2CrO4 · CaCrO4 double salt, a C-centered monoclinic form with a0 = 7.615(6) Å, b0 = 22.797(15) Å, c0 = 9.777(9) Å, β = 115.45(5)°.  相似文献

Although hexafluoroacetone is not polymerized by ionizing radiation, it is shown that γ-irradiation of hexafluoroacetone dissolved in polyethylene films produces a graft with a G value of 500 and, therefore, a kinetic chain length of 200. The effects of dose rate (0.021–3.55 Mrad/hr), temperature (21–53°C), and pressure (1.5–6.2 atm) on the graft rates have been measured. Also the effect of temperature (21–53°C) on the postirradiation grafting reaction and on the physical properties of the grafted films have been investigated. Together with solubility, diffusivity, infrared, and EPR data, the results lead to the following mechanism: The first step represents production of secondary alkyl radicals in the polyethylene by irradiation of the polymer–monomer system. The second step involves the linkage of the monomer to the radical site to form the alkoxy radical. Since it cannot add to another monomer unit, this radical abstracts a hydrogen atom from an adjacent polyethylene chain in the third step. Radical R· can then continue the kinetic chain. Radical combination and radical–impurity reactions terminate the chain. The graft may be unique in that it is the only one we have found in which a pendant group containing only one monomer unit is attached by a chain reaction. At dose rates up to 0.215 Mrad/hr, the grafting was linear with time and proportional to the 0.73 power of the dose rate at 21°C and to the 0.81 power at 53°C. The reaction is insensitive to increases in dose rate above 0.215 Mrad/hr where diffusivity measurements show the reaction to be diffusion-controlled. The rate of reaction increased 10% when the temperature was increased from 21 to 53°C. While there was significant postirradiation grafting reaction at 21°C, there was none at 53°C. The results do not fit the equations of reaction-controlled steady-state graft-polymerization kinetics. The deviations arise from an observed increase in monomer solubility in the film with increasing graft combined with low diffusivity of the monomer in polyethylene, and the presence of a radical-scavenging impurity which terminates the kinetic chain with the appearance of a relatively stable radical. EPR data suggests that the impurity is a trace of oxygen which may be produced radiolytically.  相似文献
