三维网状的4-羧基苯氧乙酸锶(Ⅱ)配位聚合物[Sr2(4-CPOA)2(H2O)5]n的合成、结构与热稳定性研究

A novel coordination polymer of [Sr₂(4-CPOA)₂(H₂O)₅]_n (where 4-CPOA^2- is 4-carboxylphenoxyacetate) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The title complex belongs to monoclinic system with space group C2/c, a=2.563 9(5) nm, b=1.162 7(2) nm, c=0.742 96(15) nm, β=99.64(3)°. V=2.183 5(7) nm³, Z=4, M_r=653.60, D_c=1.988 g·cm^-3, R=0.027 8, wR=0.058 1. The strontium atom has a bicapped triangular prismatic coordination geometry, involving four oxoacetate oxygen atoms, one ether oxygen atom from different 4-CPOA^2- ligands and three water molecules. The strontium(Ⅱ) ions are linked by 4-CPOA^2- ligands and water molecules to form a 3D network structure. CCDC: 223313.     

一维链状柔性羧酸镉配位聚合物[Cd(p-BDOA)·2H2O]n的合成、结构与性质研究(英)

A novel 1-D Cd(Ⅱ) coordination polymer, [Cd(p-BDOA)·2H₂O]_n(I) ( p-BDOA^2-=benzene-1,4-dioxyacetate dianion) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, PL, TG and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The Crystal crystallizes in monoclinic system, the space group is C2/c, with the crystal cell parameters a=1.175 1(1) nm, b=0.551 0(1) nm, c=1.827 7(2) nm, β=96.14(2)°, and V=1.176 6(3) nm^3,, M_r=372.60, R=0.045 9, wR=0.127 9. The Cd(Ⅱ) ion has a trigonal prism coordination configuration that defined by four carboxyl O atoms from two different p-BDOA^2- ligands and two water molecules. Adjacent Cd(Ⅱ) ions are linked by carboxylate groups with the bidentate coordination mode, giving rise to a chain structure with the adjacent Cd…Cd distance of 1.526 3(5) nm. Furthermore, such chains are linked by hydrogen bonds to form supramolecular network. The results of PL and TG show that the complex exhibits intense fluorescent emissions and its chain skeleton is thermally stable up to 419 K. CCDC: 220443.     

循环伏安法对自组装分子沉积膜屏蔽效应的研究

用循环伏安法研究了分子沉积（ＭＤ）膜的屏蔽效应，讨论了不同条件对其成膜性和稳定性的影响，得到了金电极表面沉积规整ＭＤ膜的一般机制和佳成膜条件，证实了ＭＤ膜的自发有序排列的组装过程。     

电化学方法对两性接枝星形聚合物LB膜屏蔽效应的研究

本文将自制Y式玻碳电极拉上两性接枝星形聚合物(GPSMA)的LB膜,用循环伏安法研究谈膜的屏蔽效应,讨论了接枝量、成膜条件等对膜缺陷的影响,并提出了减少缺陷的办法。     

Oxidation of n-Butanol and 2-Pentanol with Molecular Oxygen in Supercritical CO2

Oxidation of n-butanol and 2-pentanol using molecular oxygen in supercritical (SC) CO2 with and without co-solvent is investigated. The results showed that the reaction selectivity is high when the reaction is carried out in SC CO2. It has been observed that co-solvent affects conversion and selectivity of the reaction considerably.     

过渡金属配合物催化剂及其分子设计构思的发展与相互作用

讨论了某些不对称合成和α－烯烃定向配位聚合及α－烯烃氢甲酰化的过渡金属配合物向络合催化剂的发展与催化剂分子设计构思的发展及相互促进作用，并藉以说明过渡金属配合物定向络合物催化剂的分子设计已具备向计算机辅助设计发展的科学基础。     

1—二茂铁甲酰基—4—芳基氨基硫脲的合成及光谱性质研究

通过二茂铁基甲酸肼与芳基异硫氰酸酯的加成反应合成了一系列1-二茂铁甲酰基-4-芳基氨基硫脲,产物结构经元素分析和红外光谱及核磁共振氢谱予以确认.     

十二烷基硫酸钠毛细管电泳法分析非还原单克隆抗体药物纯度的前处理条件优化

十二烷基硫酸钠毛细管电泳法因具有快速、分辨率高的优势，已成为单克隆抗体纯度分析的主流方法。在非还原单克隆抗体纯度检测中，其样品前处理过程对于结果有显著影响。为优化样品前处理，考察了以碘乙酰胺和N-乙基马来酰亚胺为巯基封闭剂，在pH 6.0~9.0的样品缓冲液条件下，不同种类和批次的单抗的纯度。发现在两种巯基封闭剂中，高pH的样品缓冲液会影响巯基封闭的效果，产生较多的抗体片段；而在低pH条件下，抗体片段较少，单抗的纯度更高。因此在进行非还原单抗的纯度检测中，pH 6.0的样品缓冲液为最佳的前处理条件。     

配合物[Pd(phen)Cl2]与腺嘌呤的键合作用研究

合成并表征了固体三元配合物[Pd(phen)Cl₂] 1. 以1和DNA的组成小分子腺嘌呤(ade)反应, 获得双核配合物单晶[Pd₂(phen)₂(ade)₂]Cl₂•4.5H₂O (2). 配合物2为正交晶系, 空间群为Pnma, 晶胞参数a＝2.1709(9) nm, b＝1.4378(6) nm, c＝1.2274(5) nm, α＝β＝γ＝90°, V＝3.8311(3) nm³, D_c＝1.729 g/cm³, Z＝4, F(000)＝2004, R₁＝0.0766, wR₂＝0.1526. phen配体以两个氮原子与钯(II)离子配位, 按生物学原子规范标号, ade以N(3), N(9)原子与钯(II)离子桥联配位, 形成双核混配型配合物.     

双核钯配合物［Ph_2P（o－C_6H_4CO）PdCl］_2·2CH_2Cl_

合成了双氯桥双核钯配合物［Ｐｈ_２Ｐ（ｏ－Ｃ_６Ｈ_４ＣＯ）ＰｄＣｌ］_２·２ＣＨ_２Ｃｌ_２进行了元素分析、红外光谱表征和晶体结构测定，研究了其催化氢化性能。在３０～８０℃、氢分压１．０～５．０ＭＰａ的范围内。发现该配合物是催化氢化丙烯酸为丙酸的有效催化剂．晶体［Ｐｄ_２Ｃｌ_２（Ｃ_（１９）Ｈ_（１４）ＯＰ）_２］·２ＣＨ_２Ｃｌ_２属Ｐ１空间群，ａ＝０．９３０４（３）ｎｍ，ｂ＝１．０３９２（２）ｎｍ，ｃ＝１．１０６２（３）ｎｍ；ａ＝１０２．７８（２），Ｂ＝９７．３５（３），γ＝９５．２５（２），Ｖ＝１．０２６４ｎｍ~３，Ｍ＝１０３２．１７，２＝１，Ｄｃ＝１．６７０ｇ／ｃｍ~３，ｕ＝１３．６９５ｃｍ~（－１），Ｆ（０００）＝５１２，用１９４５个独立衍射精修结构，最终Ｒ＝０．０３６。
