RAMAN STUDIES OF STRUCTURAL PHASE TRANSITION IN[n-C_(11)H_(28)NH_8]_2ZnCl_4

The perovskite type of compound [n-C_(11)H_(23)N_3]_2ZnCl_4(abr.C_(11)Zn)exhibits two solid-solid phasetransitions at T_(c1)=298.7 K and T_(c2)=360.1 K.A temperature dependence study of Raman spectra of C_(11)Znprovides the evidence of occurence of the structural phase transition related to the dynamics of thealkylammonium ions.The room temperature phase is ordered and contains the all-trans alkyl chains.Theintermediate temperature phase presents a partial conformational disorder and liquidlike state of allconformational disorder occurs at high-temperature phase.     

流动注射-结晶紫-磷钼杂多酸离子缔合体系光度法测定水中痕量正磷酸盐

在一定的酸度条件下,结晶紫与磷钼杂多酸离子缔合物的流动注射分光光度法可直接测定痕量磷.灵敏度高,重现性和选择性好.水中常见离子不干扰痕量磷的测定,工作曲线的线性范围为0～500μg·L~(-1)的磷,检出下限达1.0μg·L~(-1),以120h~(-1)采样频率,对各种天然水样进行测定,回收率为92.5%～105.0%,相对标准偏差为0.1%～6.7%.     

金在酸性硫脲溶液中的阳极溶解过程

采用循环伏安法、旋转金盘电极和库仑电解等方法研究了金在酸性硫脲(TU)溶液中的阳极溶解过程。提出了金的阳极溶解机构。认为表面的Au(TU)_(ads)~ 的“化学溶解”步骤是过程的控制步骤。由此解释了旋转金盘电极的极化曲线出现电流峰以及金的溶解速度出现极大的原因。     

二茂钛含氟有机酸衍生物的质谱研究

本文研究了二茂钛含氟长链有机酸衍生物(1～3)和具有环状结构的新型二茂钛全氟有机酸(4～7)的电子轰击质谱(EIMS)和负离子化学电离质谱(NICIMS)。在EI谱中出现弱的或不出现M~+,1～7均以CpTiF_2离子为基峰。高质量区的主要特征碎片离子有[M-·cp]~+、[M-R]~+(1～3)和氟重排离子。在低质量区出现一系列二茂钛及茂钛氟重排离子。 1、4～7的NICI(CH_4)质谱中,4、5出现强的M~-离子峰,1出现[M-1]-离子峰,有两个钛的环状结构化合物6和7出现双电荷M~=离子峰,而不出现M~-。     

固相配位化学反应研究 L ⅩⅩⅢ.等温电导法研究醋酸锰和草酸的室温固相化学反应

本文利用等温电导法考察了醋酸锰和草酸的室温固相配位化学反应的制样方法对实验结果的影响，并获得了该反应的动力学参量。     

用计算模拟方法研究Al_3P_4O_(16)~(3-)计量比的二维层状磷酸铝中的有机胺模板能力

将快速 Monte Carlo方法与分子动力学方法相结合 ,研究了不同种类有机分子在 Al3P4 O3- 1 6 计量比的二维层状磷酸铝形成中的模板能力 .依据主 -客体之间非键相互作用能 (包括范德华能、氢键能和库仑能 ) ,可合理地解释已知实验现象 ,并能有效地预测出适于形成某一特定无机层结构的有机胺模板剂 .通过选择理论预测的有机胺分子作为模板剂 ,成功地合成了二维层状磷酸铝化合物 Al3P4 O1 6 · 1 .5 H3NC6 H1 0 NH3.     

葡萄糖衍生的新型光学活性β－氨基醇的合成

首次报道了以Ｄ－葡萄糖为原料合成新型光学活性葡萄糖衍生类β－氨基醇化合物的新方法。目标化合物：（２Ｓ，３Ｓ）－甲基－２－脱氧－２－苯胺基－４，６－ｏ－苄叉基－α－Ｄ－吡喃阿卓糖苷（７）经各种分析测试手段证实。

E-olefin dipeptide isostere incorporation into a polypeptide backbone enables hydrogen bond perturbation: probing the requirements for Alzheimer's amyloidogenesis

Herein, we report a stereospecific E-olefin dipeptide isostere synthesis that can be used to make gram quantities of the Phe-Phe isostere desired for eliminating a specific backbone H-bond donor and acceptor in the Alzheimer's disease related Abeta peptide. The Phe19-Phe20 E-olefin analogue of Abeta(1-40) was prepared by solid-phase peptide synthesis and was subjected to amyloidogenesis conditions. This analogue can aggregate into spherical morphologies but does not progress on to form protofibrils or fibrils as is the case for the all-amide sequence, providing insight into the structural requirements for amyloidogenesis.     

测定晶体结构的系统试差法的研究(II)系统位相超解方程得改进

本文证明了|E(k)E(h-k)|的大小是由结构决定的。与原点无关, 在这种认识的基础上, 提出了用归一化结构振幅|E|估量它的三种模式。特别是通过四位相结构不变量的二级Noighborhood~[1,2]原理解决三位相不变量间的匹配问题而算出的|E(k)E(h-k)|_(QE), 这是在没有位相数据的情况下对它的理想的估量。予期它能改进系统试差法中位相超解方程的功能, 提高测得位相的准确性。
