On the basis of spectral fluorescence and polarization measurements and results obtained on the luminescence quenching of the membrane fluorescent probe 1,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-hexatriene (DPH) by incorporated chlorin e6 (chl e6) molecules, it is shown that the interaction of the water-soluble pigment with smaller unilamellar lipid vesicles occurs by a mechanism of partition between the aqueous and lipid phases (partition coefficient Kp = 6.7 x 10(3) and provides rigid fixing of chl e6 monomers at the boundary between the polar and non-polar parts of the lipid membrane. In terms of inductive resonance electronic excitation energy transfer between DPH and chl e6 (R0 = 36.2 A), we have analysed data on DPH fluorescence quenching under different conditions of chl e6 localization in the lipid bilayer and have concluded that the incorporation of the pigment molecules into the vesicles from the aqueous phase occurs mainly into the external monolayer.  相似文献

N-Thenylidene- andN-(o-nitrobenzylidene)hydrazides of isonicotinic acid have been studied by X-ray structural analysis and IR spectroscopy. In the crystalline state, these molecules are linked through intermolecular N—H ... Npy hydrogen bonds. Carbonyl groups are not involved in intermolecular hydrogen bonds. However, it was found that the C=O group participates in an attractive interaction with the sulfur atom of the thiophene group. The theory of the generation of low-frequency radiation under the pondermotive action of a femtosecond laser pulse on dense hot plasma is developed. It is shown that, at fairly high plasma temperatures, when electron-electron collisions are rare and the low-frequency field is excited under conditions of the anomalous skin effect, the generation efficiency can be close to maximal. The optimal generation conditions are achieved if the carrier frequency of the laser pulse is close to the plasma frequency and the pulse is tightly focused. Under irradiation by pulses with durations of tens to hundreds femtoseconds, terahertz radiation is generated in a broad angular range.  相似文献

Multidimensional calculations are performed to demonstrate that, by its characteristics, the pulse detonation engine (PDE) is a unique type of ramjet propulsion system, which can be used in both subsonic and supersonic aircraft. By a number of examples, it is shown that, in various thrust characteristics, such as the specific impulse, specific fuel consumption, and specific thrust, the PDE substantially exceeds ramjet engines.  相似文献

Using 12.7 fb(-1) of data collected with the CLEO detector at CESR, we observed two-photon production of the cc states chi(c0) and chi(c2) in their decay to pi(+)pi(-)pi(+)pi(-). We measured gamma(gammagamma)(chi(c))xB(chi(c)-->pi(+)pi(-)pi(+)pi(-)) to be 75+/-13(stat)+/-8(syst) eV for the chi(c0) and 6.4+/-1.8(stat)+/-0.8(syst) eV for the chi(c2), implying gamma(gammagamma)(chi(c0)) = 3.76+/-0.65(stat)+/-0.41(syst)+/-1.69(br) keV and gamma(gammagamma)(chi(c2)) = 0.53+/-0.15(stat)+/-0.06(syst)+/-0.22(br) keV. Also, cancellation of dominant experimental and theoretical uncertainties permits a precise comparison of gamma(gammagamma)(chi(c0))/gamma(gammagamma)(chi(c2)), evaluated to be 7.4+/-2.4(stat)+/-0.5(syst)+/-0.9(br), with QCD-based predictions.  相似文献

A previously proposed algorithm for constructing an optimal mechanism of the high- and low-temperature oxidation and combustion of normal paraffin hydrocarbons was used, which includes the major processes that determine the rate of reaction and the formation of the main intermediate and final products. The mechanism has the status of a nonempirical detailed mechanism, since all the constituent elementary reactions have a kinetic substantiation. The mechanism has two specific features: it included no reactions of so-called double addition of oxygen and no isomeric compounds and derivatives thereof as intermediate species. Realization of this algorithm leads to fairly compact models, a circumstance important for studies of chemical processes involving paraffin hydrocarbons C n with large n. Previously, based on this algorithm, compact mechanisms of oxidation and combustion of propane, n-butane, n-pentane, and n-hexane were constructed. In this paper, we develop a nonempirical detailed mechanism of oxidation and combustion of n-heptane. The most important feature of the new mechanism is its ability to predict the staging of the process in the form of cool and blue flames at low autoignition temperatures. A comparison of the simulation results with the available experimental data is conducted.  相似文献

We present the results of experiments on modification of the sporadic E-layer of the Earth's ionosphere by a powerful vertical beam of HF radio waves. The experiments were performed at the Sura heating facility (Radiophysical Research Institute, Nizhny Novgorod) from May 31 to June 4, 2001. The main results were obtained in May 31 from 17:30 to 20:00 MSK, when the Es layer was fairly stable and the pump frequency was in the range where this layer was transparent. The diagnostics of the ionosphere was performed using X-mode probe waves in the frequency range fpr=4.3-7.8 MHz. The ionosphere plasma heating was accompanied by an increase in the intensity of probe waves, reflected from the Es layer, with frequencies close to or slightly higher than the critical frequency of the layer. Artificial fluctuations of the reflected signal appeared in the entire frequency range of sounding. We consider the dynamical characteristics of the observed phenomena and their dependence on the frequency fpr and the parameters of the Es layer.  相似文献

Multidimensional simulations of the unsteady gasdynamic flow in the duct of an air-breathing pulse detonation engine (ABPDE) operating on propane gas and the flow around it in supersonic flight at Mach numbers M of 3.0 and an altitude of 9.3 and 16 km are performed. It is shown that, at a length and diameter of the duct of 2.12 m and 83 mm, respectively, an ABPDE with an air intake and a nozzle can operate in a cyclic mode at a repetition frequency of 48 Hz, with a rapid deflagration-to-detonation transition (DDT) occurring at a distance of 5–6 combustion chamber diameters. To determine the thrust performance of the ABPDE in flight conditions, a series of working cycles were simulated with consideration given to the external flow around the engine. Calculations showed that the specific impulse of the ABPDE is approximately 1700 s. This value is much higher than the specific impulse typical of ramjet engines operating on conventional combustion (1200–1500 s) and substantially lower than the specific impulse obtained for the atmospheric conditions at sea level at zero flight velocity (∼2500 s).  相似文献
