We propose an algebraic scheme for quantizing the rational Ruijsenaars-Schneider model in the R-matrix formalism. We introduce a special parametrization of the cotangent bundle over . In new variables the standard symplectic structure is described by a classical (Frobenius) r-matrix and by a new dynamical -matrix. Quantizing both of them we find the quantum L-operator algebra and construct its particular representation corresponding to the rational Ruijsenaars-Schneider system.
Using the dual parametrization of the cotangent bundle we also derive the algebra for the L-operator of the hyperbolic Calogero-Moser system.

Results of measurements of the characteristics of stimulated electromagnetic emission induced in ionospheric plasma by pulsed high-power radio waves (diagnostic emission) presented. The dependences of the properties of diagnostic emission on the parameters of the diagnostic wave, ionospheric conditions, and the level of development of artificial ionospheric turbulence are determined, and criteria are given for selection of optimal diagnostic conditions for ionospheric-plasma sounding. Results of experiments on the sounding of artificial ionospheric turbulence by means of diagnostic emission are provided. It is established that with transition from daytime to evening conditions, the characteristic times of emission decay are sharply increased. The intracavity second-harmonic generation of pulsed chemical oxygen-iodine laser radiation was investigated. A pulsed chemical oxygen-iodine laser with a maximum output energy of 6.14 mJ was used. The second-harmonic output of 0.5 mJ was demonstrated using a lithium iodate crystal. The conversion efficiency of 8% was limited by intracavity losses. A large data set of charged-pion (pi+/-) electroproduction from both hydrogen and deuterium targets has been obtained spanning the low-energy residual-mass region. These data conclusively show the onset of the quark-hadron duality phenomenon, as predicted for high-energy hadron electroproduction. We construct several ratios from these data to exhibit the relation of this phenomenon to the high-energy factorization ansatz of electron-quark scattering and subsequent quark-->pion production mechanisms. 相似文献
