The gas‐phase elimination of 2‐methyl‐2‐propenal catalyzed by HCl yields propene and CO gas, while E‐2‐pentenal with the same catalyst gives butene and CO gas. The kinetics determinations were carried out in a static system with the reaction vessels deactivated with allyl bromide and the presence of the free radical inhibitor toluene. Temperature and pressure ranges were 350.0–410.0 °C and 34–76 Torr. The elimination reactions are homogeneous and unimolecular, and follow a first‐order rate law. The rate coefficients for the reactions are expressible by the following Arrhenius equations: Data from the kinetic and thermodynamic parameters of these catalyzed elimination reactions implies a mechanism of a concerted five‐membered cyclic transition state structure for the formation of the corresponding olefin and carbon monoxide. This article critically reviews the electroanalytical methods devoted for the determination of organic compounds in automotive fuels that can range from contaminants to additives typically introduced into liquid biofuels and liquid fossil fuels. Contaminants such as aldehydes and ketones in bioethanol, free fatty acids and glycerol in biodiesel, and sulfur and nitrogen organic compounds in gasoline and diesel fuel, and additives such as colour markers and antioxidants added to fuels were determined by electroanalytical methods. Special focus is given to electrodes, electrochemical techniques, and sample preparation strategies. Future directions of research on electroanalysis of liquid fuels are presented. 相似文献

A rapid magnetoimmunosensor for the simultaneous determination of two cardiac biomarkers, amino‐terminal pro‐B‐type natriuretic peptide (NT‐proBNP) and C‐reactive protein (CRP), in human serum is described. Specific capture antibodies were covalently immobilized onto carboxylic acid‐modified magnetic beads. The quantification of NT‐proBNP and CRP was performed by using indirect competitive and sandwich configurations, respectively, and horseradish peroxidase‐labeled tracers. The use of dual screen‐printed carbon electrodes allowed the achievement of simultaneous independent amperometric readout for each cardiac biomarker. The developed methodology showed very low limits of detection (0.47 ng mL?1). An international standard for CRP serum spiked with NT‐proBNP was analyzed to evaluate the usefulness of the magnetoimmunosensor. 相似文献

A method using commercially available sputtered bismuth screen‐printed electrodes (BispSPE), as substitute to mercury electrodes, for the determination of trace Pb(II) and Cd(II) ions in drinking well water samples collected in a contaminated area in The Republic of El Salvador by means of differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry (DPASV) has been proposed. The comparable detection and quantification limits obtained for both BispSPE and hanging mercury drop electrode (HMDE), together with the similar results with a high reproducibility obtained in these water samples analyses recommend the applicability of BispSPE for the determination of low level of metal concentrations in natural samples. 相似文献

Relative molar responses (RMRs) of some straight-chain aliphatic alkanes, ketones, aldehydes, alcohols, carboxylic acids, primary amines, aniline, and nitrobenzene derivatives were investigated related to naphthalene. Most of the respective compounds have not been investigated yet due to their high polarity or high boiling point. The earlier cross section data for oxygenated compounds were changed to RMRs which are more utilizable from an analytical aspect. A linear correlation was found between the RMRs and the carbon atom numbers in primary amines. In the cases of aniline and nitrobenzene derivatives the RMRs were also determined; however, no functional relationship was found. The measurement conditions, i.e., the type of column affect the apparent RMRs of aliphatic primary amines. A midpolar column having a higher maximum operating temperature provides a more sensitive apparent RMR (Rtx-1701) than the basic polar column having a lower maximum temperature (Stabilwax-DB), because a high temperature allows setting a higher injector temperature and a higher amount of compound can reach the ion source. Knowing correlations the quantitative analysis passes into easier and fewer reference materials are needed to investigate a sample having many components, because the sensitivities can be determined from the correlations studied in this paper. Fully atomistic molecular dynamics (MD) simulations and NMR spectroscopy were employed to get insights about the molecular details of drug-dendrimer supramolecular association phenomena, using piroxicam (PRX) and the third generation poly(amido amine) (PAMAM-G3) dendrimer as model systems. Theoretical results concerning the complex stoichiometry suggest that PRX forms drug-dendrimer complexes of the type 24:1 at pH 7.0. This result was validated with the experimental quantities obtained from aqueous solubility profiles, which led to an empiric stoichiometry of 23:1 for the PRX:PAMAM-G3 system. The predicted binding mode between PRX and PAMAM-G3 accounts for the preferred encapsulation of the drug inside dendrimer cavities, which is mainly driven by van der Waals and hydrogen bonding interactions, and to a lesser extent, for the external association of the guest through electrostatic contacts with the positively charged amino groups of PAMAM periphery. The binding mode obtained from MD simulations was confirmed with 2D-NOESY experiments, which evidence the preferred internal complexation of PRX with PAMAM-G3. The predominance of internal encapsulation over external contacts in the PRX:PAMAM-G3 system differs from the general behaviour expected for acidic anionic guests, for which external electrostatic interactions with the positively charged PAMAM surface have been postulated as the most relevant factor for drug association. 相似文献
