五氯化磷辅助下氨基酸的自组装成肽反应研究

L-α-氨基酸和D-α-氨基酸可与五氯化磷直接发生磷酰化反应，随后自组装成多肽，但β-氨基酸不能成肽，DL-α-氨基酸成肽困难；在SOCl2存在下，α-氨基酸也不能成肽，用电喷雾质谱研究了氨基酸的自组装反应，反应过程中有五元环状的氨基酸五配位磷中间体生成，使用硅烷基保护的氨基酸，在^31PNMR中可观察到五配位磷中间体。     

A Closed-Form Relation for Dimension-Dependent Two-Electron Matrix Elements of the Interelectronic Distance

The evaluation of matrix elements of two electron atoms is fundamental for the study of the electronic properties of those systems. We add to this knowledge by presenting an explicit expression for the matrix elements of the inverse of the interelectronic distance of two-electron atoms in any spatial dimension D. The basis functions used are the D-dependent hydrogenic wavefunctions {1s ²,2p ²,3d ²,4f ²,5g ²,...,21y ²,...}, extending and including, in this way, the results of the previous basis set {1s ²,2p ²,3d ²,4f ²}. The methodology used does not employ Fourier integral transforms as in previous works but hypergeometric transformation formulas.

Phase diagram of the binary system LiNO₃-NaNO₃ has been obtained by using direct and differential thermal analysis between 323 and 623 K. This system is characterized by an eutectic plateau at 467 K. The eutectic point is at 0.465 mole NaNO₃. A peritectic appears at 550 K. There is no miscibility in the solid state. These findings associated with some other thermodynamic results have been used to calculate the activities of the constituents along the liquids curve and the excess thermodynamic functions at 618 K. The constituents seem not to have a symmetrical influence on the thermodynamic quantities.

     

Stereochimie de l'hydrogenation des (±) Δ3(3a)-hydrindenones-4. Comparaison avec le cas de la (+) methyl-3 Δ3(3a)-hydrindenone-4 et de ses dioxolannes

We show that the four studied 4-hydrindenones (with or without a methyl substituant at C3 or C7a) give by hydrogenation on Raney nickel or on Pd/C, in various solvants, the cis 4-hydrindanones, by a kinetically controlled process. During the hydrogenation, the double bond can migrate only in the positions conjugated to the carbonyl group.In contrast, when the carbonyle is protected as a dioxolanne, the double bond is free to migrate around the five membered ring. In spite of this mobility the optical purity of the saturated dioxolannes formed is high. In the case of the (+)3-methyl Δ^3(3a) 4-hydrindenone, the enantiomeric hydrindanones $\text{9a}$ obtained by direct hydrogenation or with isomerization of the double bond are not the same. Therefore, the optical purity of the product is low, but its value allows an estimation of the relative importance of the two reaction pathways.     

N,N-二(2-苯并咪唑亚甲基)甲胺高氯酸盐的晶体和电子结构

合成了三齿配体N,N-二(2-苯并咪唑亚甲基)甲胺(MN3)的高氯酸盐.对该化合物进行了元素分析、紫外和红外表征;采用X射线衍射方法测定了该化合物的晶体结构,依据晶体结构数据使用G98程序对配体(MN3)进行了量子化学计算.     

The volume and compressibility change for the formation of transition metal sulfate ion pairs at 25°C

The apparent molal volume and adiabatic compressibilities of some transition metal (Mn²⁺, Co²⁺ Ni²⁺, Cu²⁺, Zn²⁺, and Cd²⁺) sulfates have been determined at 25°C. Values of to 11.4 cm³-mole^–1 and to 31.3 × 10^–4cm³-mole^–1-bar^–1 at 1 atm were found for the formation of the transition metal sulfate ion pairs. These results are in good agreement with the values obtained from the high-pressure conductance measurements of Fisher et al., Shimizu et al., and Taniguchi et al. The volume and compressibility data indicate that 3.1±0.7 water molecules are lost when transition metals form ion pairs with SO ₄ ^2– . The fractions of inner-sphere ion pairs (20%) estimated in this study are in good agreement with the values obtained from ultrasonic measurements.     

Preparation d'alcools acetyleniques et propargyliques F-alkyles

A number of α-β acetylenic carbinols R_FCCC(OH)RR′, in which the acetylenic proton was substituted by a F-alkyl group, were first prepared, from a classical reaction of (F-alkynyl)- lithium derivatives R_FCCLi upon various carbonyl compounds.On another hand, the reaction of propargyl bromide metallic complexes (organoaluminic, or ultrasonic irradiation activated organozinc) upon some polyfluorinated ketones R_FCOR led to the formation, in convenient yields, of the propargylic carbinols HCCCH₂C(OH)RR_F.The synthesis and properties of these series of new (F-alkyl) substituted acetylenic and propargylic alcohols are described and discussed.     

聚丙烯腈的加压水解

定型纤维状或无定型的聚丙烯腈在高温压力下均可用水水解,且产物中含有酰胺、酰亚胺、羧酸铵盐,经减压干燥后,铵盐部分分解成羧酸,最后的平均相对组成为:羧酸∶铵盐∶酰胺∶酰亚胺≈13∶36∶18∶33。 在我们的反应条件下,聚丙烯腈产生严重的断链现象,分子量大为降低,特别是未经喷丝成型的浆块更严重。 用阳离子交换树脂交换之后再进行分析的方法,一方面避免了滴定两种不同羧基(游离羧基、铵盐的羧基)之间的干扰,同时亦避免了通常方法测定铵盐时酰胺的干扰,因而数据更为可靠。     

水中2-氨基-3-氰基-4-芳基-7，7-二甲基-5-氧代4H-5，6，7，8-四氢苯并[b]吡喃的洁净合成

在水溶剂中在三乙基苄基氯化铵（TEBA）存在下，取代肉桂腈与5，5-二甲基- 1，3-环已酮反应为2-氨基-3-氰基-4-芳基-7，7-二甲基-5-氧代-4H，5，6，7，8- 四氢苯并[b]吡喃提供了一种快速、方便、高效和洁净的合成方法。     

Synthesis and properties of water-soluble gold colloids covalently derivatized with neutral polymer monolayers

Citrate-capped gold nanoparticles as well as planar gold surfaces can be efficiently grafted with a covalently attached polymer monolayer a few nanometers thick, by simple contact of the metal surface with dilute aqueous solutions of hydrophilic polymers that are end-capped with disulfide moieties, as shown by UV/vis absorption, dynamic light scattering, and surface plasmon resonance studies. The hydrophilic polymer-coated gold colloids can be freeze-dried and stored as powders that can be subsequently dissolved to yield stable aqueous dispersions, even at very large concentrations. They allow for applying filtrations, gel permeation chromatography, or centrifugation. They do not suffer from undesirable nonspecific adsorption of proteins while allowing the diffusion of small species within the hydrogel surface coating. In addition, specific properties of the original hydrophilic polymers are retained such as a lower critical solution temperature. The latter feature could be useful to enhance optical responses of functionalized gold surfaces toward interaction with various substrates.
