The preparation and characterization of biodegradable films based on starch-PVA-nanoclay by solvent casting are reported in this study. The films were prepared with a relation of 3:2 of starch:PVA and nanoclay (0.5, 1.0, and 1.5% w/v), and glycerol as plasticizer. The nanoclays before being incorporated in the filmogenic solution of starch-PVA were dispersed in two ways: by magnetic stirring and by sonication. The SEM results suggest that the sonication of nanoclay is necessary to reach a good dispersion along the polymeric matrix. FTIR results of films with 1.0 and 1.5% w/v of sonicated nanoclay suggest a strong interaction of hydrogen bond with the polymeric matrix of starch-PVA. However, the properties of WVP, tensile strength, percentage of elongation at break, and Young’s modulus improved to the film with sonicated nanoclay at 0.5% w/v, while in films with 1.0 and 1.5% w/w these properties were even worse than in film without nanoclay. Nanoclay concentrations higher than 1.0 w/v saturate the polymer matrix, affecting the physicochemical properties. Accordingly, the successful incorporation of nanoclays at 0.5% w/v into the matrix starch-PVA suggests that this film is a good candidate for use as biodegradable packaging.  相似文献

In supramolecular chemistry, the rational design of self-assembled systems remains a challenge. Herein, hydrogen-bonded rosettes of melamine and ammeline have been theoretically examined by using dispersion-corrected density functional theory (DFT-D). Our bonding analyses, based on quantitative Kohn–Sham molecular orbital theory and corresponding energy decomposition analyses (EDA), show that ammeline is a much better building block than melamine for the fabrication of cyclic complexes based on hydrogen bonds. This superior capacity is explained by both stronger hydrogen bonding and the occurrence of a strong synergy.  相似文献

Two-body scattering is studied by solving the Lippmann-Schwinger equation in momentum space without angular-momentum decomposition for a local short-range interaction plus Coulomb. The screening and renormalization approach is employed to treat the Coulomb interaction. Benchmark calculations are performed by comparing our procedure with a configuration space calculation, using the standard partial-wave decomposition, for 12C - 10Be elastic scattering. The fully off-shell T -matrices are also calculated for the final goal of studying the three-body scattering by solving Faddeev/AGS equations.  相似文献

The effects of a linearly polarized, terahertz laser field on the density of states (DOS) for carriers confined in a cylindrical semiconductor quantum wire are investigated here within a nonperturbative scheme, based upon a Green’s function approach. In our model, the functional dependence of the DOS on energy is significantly modified in two ways: (i) an uniform blueshift with respect to the laser-free DOS; and (ii) a strong suppression, with the appearance of Franz–Keldysh-like oscillations. Interestingly, with the increase (decrease) of the laser intensity (frequency) the DOS profile evolves from the usual shape for one-dimensional (1D) systems to a discrete set of sharp peaks that resembles the DOS for quasi-zero-dimensional (quasi-0D) electrons confined in quantum dots.  相似文献

In the present study, the sintering of (ZrO2:8 mol%Y2O3)1 ? m–(MgO)m, YSZ–mMg composites, with m in the 0–30 mol% range, has been investigated by impedance spectroscopy (IS), dilatometry, and X-ray diffraction. Impedance diagrams were collected at 400 °C after heating the green compacts up to a selected sintering temperature, which was increased stepwise from 800 to 1400 °C. The combined experimental results revealed that the samples can be separated in two categories: below and above the solubility limit of MgO in the YSZ (m ~ 10). Moreover, important microstructural features associated with both the sintering process and solid solution formation of YSZ–mMgO samples were correlated to the electrical properties inferred by IS.  相似文献

Although the petrochemical polymers have revolutionized the technological development, the intensive use of these materials have contributed to the global pollution. In this context, researches involving ecofriendliness materials are growing up, as well as, a current interest in developing materials from inexpensive and renewable resources, such as vegetable oils. In this work, is described the synthesis of polymeric materials by thermal polymerization from linseed oil (Linum usitatissimum L.) and passion fruit oil (Passiflora edulis) and their characterization by gas chromatographic (GC), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, solubility in organic solvents, thermogravimetry (TG), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and Raman spectroscopy. The TG curve shows that those polymeric materials present two stages of decomposition. DSC plots of the vegetable oils showed some endothermic and exothermic transitions which are not present in the DSC curves corresponding to oil-based polymers. The Raman spectra of the polymers indicate declining of absorbance in the region of CC stretching (∼1600 cm−1). This absorption was used to estimate the degree of polymerization (79% and 67.5% for linseed and passion fruit oils, respectively).  相似文献

The present work explores, for the first time, the electrocatalytic oxidation of ascorbic acid (AscH2) and its determination in the presence of uric acid (UA) on the in situ activated 4‐nitrophthalonitrile modified carbon paste electrode. The kinetic constant κ for the catalytic reaction for the electrocatalytic oxidation of ascorbic acid, evaluated by cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry and RDE voltammetry provided values around 106 L mol?1 s?1. The sensor provided a linear response range for AscH2 and UA from 5.0 up to 120.0 μmol L?1 with detection limits of 1.6 μmol L?1and 1.3 μmol L?1, respectively. The sensor was applied for the simultaneous determination of AscH2 and UA in urine samples and the average recoveries for these samples were 99.8 (±3.1)% and 99.9 (±2.1)%, respectively .  相似文献

Dynamic Time Warping (DTW), a pattern matching technique traditionally used for restricted vocabulary speech recognition, is based on a temporal alignment of the input signal with the template models. The principal drawback of DTW is its high computational cost as the lengths of the signals increase. This paper shows extended results over our previously published conference paper, which introduces an optimized version of the DTW that is based on the Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT).  相似文献
