Neutron activation analysis (NAA) methods have been developed for the determination of major, minor and trace elements in duplicate diets and individual food items. These include a cyclic instrumental NAA (CINAA) method for measuring Se content through its short-lived nuclide77mSe; epithermal INAA (EINAA) for I and As; conventional INAA for Br, Ca, Cl, Co, Cr, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Na, Rb, Sb, Sc, Sn and Zn; combination of EINAA and INAA for Al; radiochemical NAA (RNAA) for As, Au, Co, Cu, Fe, Hg, Mo, Sb, Se and Zn; and preconcentration NAA (PNAA) for U and Th. Accuracy of measurements have been evaluated by analyzing a number of biological and diet reference materials. Multielement concentrations of diets and foods have been measured by these methods.  相似文献

A capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE)-potential gradient detection (PGD) method coupled with field-amplified sample injection was developed to determine alkali metal, alkaline-earth metal, nickel, lead and ammonium ions. The capillary surface was coated with dialkylimidazolium-based ionic liquid and thus the electroosmotic flow (EOF) of the capillary was reversed. The buffer composed of 7.5 mM lactic acid, 0.6 mM 18-crown-6, 12 mM alpha-cyclodextrin (alpha-CD); it was adjusted to pH 4.0 by 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium hydroxide. The 11 cations were baseline separated within 14 min with 5.1-18.9 x 10(4) plates (for 40-cm-long capillary) in separation efficiency, and the detection limits were in the range of 0.27-7.3 ng/ml. The method showed good reproducibility in terms of migration time with RSD < or = 0.90% for run-to-run and < or = 1.65 for day-to-day assessment.  相似文献

Six new taxoids, taxuyunnanines W (1), X (2), Y (3), Z (5), 10-deacetyl-10-(β-glucopyranosyl)-yunnanxane (8), and 7-(β-xylosyl)-N-methyl-taxol C (10), as well as taxuchin B (4) and yunnanxane (7), have been isolated from the bark of Taxus yunnanensis. Compounds 1 and 2 were characterized as 11(15→1)-abeo taxoids containing an orthoester group, which have not been reported from any Taxus plants to date; isolates 3 and 5 are the examples of taxanes having a tetrahydronfuran ring, being reported only for the second time; and 8 is the first natural 6/8/6 skeletal type taxane glucosidic form. This is also the first report of a co-occurrence of xylosidation and N-methylation in a taxane (10). Compound 4 is the only known chlorine-containing taxane found in nature thus far, and is being reported from this plant for the first time. The structures were determined by spectroscopic and chemical means including 1D and 2D NMR spectra.  相似文献

The synthesis of aromatic poly(ether imide)s containing spirobifluorene units in the polymer backbone is described. 2,2′‐Bis(3,4‐dicarboxyphenoxy)‐9,9′‐spirobifluorene dianhydride, which was used as a new monomer, was synthesized with 2,2′‐dihydroxy‐9,9′‐spirobifluorene as the starting material. In the spiro‐segment, the rings of the connected bifluorene were orthogonally arranged. This bis(ether anhydride) monomer was employed in reactions with a variety of aromatic diamines to furnish poly(ether imide)s, involving an initial ring‐opening polycondensation and subsequent chemically induced cyclodehydration. Excellent solubility in common organic solvents at room temperature, good optical transparency, and high thermal stability are the prominent characteristic features of these new polymers, which can be attributed to the presence of spiro‐fused orthogonal bifluorene segments along the polymer chain. The glass‐transition temperatures of the polyimides were 240–293 °C, and the 5% weight‐loss temperatures were greater than 500 °C. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. We report the fabrication of a durable nonmetallized nanospray tip. This nanospray tip does not require complex preparation procedures such as chemical treatment, deposition of gold or SiOx vapor. It was fabricated by pulling a heated glass capillary of 1.1 mm internal diameter to produce a fine tip with an orifice of 10–15 μm in diameter. A 10 μm gold-plated tungsten wire was inserted through the capillary tip. This tungsten wire played a central role in the operation of this durable nanospray tip by providing electrical contact. This type of nanospray tip could withstand electrical discharges and sustained spraying of solution at nanoliter flow rate for more than 3 h. Using insulin (35 μM) and myoglobin (1 μM) solutions, useful mass spectrum could be acquired with low fmol sensitivity.  相似文献
