Distilled glycerides are obtained through distillation of the system mono-diglycerides which is produced from the esterification reaction between a triglyceride with glycerol. In this work, monoglycerides (MG) and diglycerides (DG) are produced through lipase-catalyzed glycerolysis of soybean oil using Candida antarctica B in a solvent-free system. To separate the products of the reaction in order to obtain essentially MG and an oil of DG, it is necessary to use a suitable process in order to preserve the stability of the components and to keep the products free of inappropriate solvents. So, after 24 h of enzymatic reaction, the mixture of acylglycerols and fatty acids was distilled into a centrifugal molecular distiller, since it provides a free solvent and lower temperature environment to increase the desired product concentration. Starting from a material with 25.06% of triglycerides (TG), 46.63% of DG, 21.72% of MG, 5.38% of free fatty acids (FFA), and 1.21% of glycerol, the MG purity in the distillate stream was 80% at evaporator temperature (T E) equal to 250 °C and feed flow rate (Q) equal to 10.0 mL/min. At these conditions, the MG recovery was 35%. The material collected in the residue stream presented DG-enriched oil with TG unhydrolyzed, residual MG, and low acidity (29.83% of TG, 53.20% of DG, 15.64% of MG, and 1.33% of FFA), which is suitable to replace TG oil in the human diet.  相似文献

A simple and rapid method based on solid-phase micro extraction (SPME) technique followed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry with selected ion monitoring (GC-MS, SIM) was developed by the simultaneous determination of 16 pesticides of seven different chemical groups [Six organophosphorus (trichlorfon, diazinon, methyl parathion, malathion, fenthion and ethyon), three pyrethroids (bifenhin, permethrin, cypermethrin), two imidazoles (imazalil and prochloraz), two strobilurins (azoxystrobin and pyraclostrobin), one carbamate (carbofuran), one tetrazine (clofentezine), and one triazole (difenoconazole)] in water. The pesticides extraction was done with direct immersion mode (DI-SPME) of the polyacrilate fiber (PA 85 µm). The extraction temperature was adjusted to 50 °C during 30 min, while stirring at 250 rpm was applied. After extraction, the fiber was introduced in the GC injector for thermal desorption for 5 min. at 280 °C. The method was validated using ultra pure water samples fortified with pesticides at different concentration levels and shows good linearity in the concentrations between 0.05 and 250.00 ng mL− 1. The LOD and LOQ ranged, from 0.02 to 0.30 ng mL− 1 and 0.05 to 1.00 ng mL− 1, respectively. Intra-day and inter-day precisions were determined in two concentration levels (5.00 and 50.00 ng mL− 1). Intra-day relative standard deviation (%R.S.D.) ranged between 3.6 and 13.6%, and inter-day (%R.S.D.) ranged between 6.3 and 18.5%. Relative recovery tests were carried out spiking the ultra pure sample with standards in three different concentration levels 0.20, 5.00 and 50.00 ng mL− 1. The recovery at 0.20 ng mL− 1 level varied from 86.4 ± 9.4% to 108.5 ± 10.5%, at 5.00 ng mL− 1 level varied from 77.5 ± 10.8% to 104.6 ± 9.6% and at 50.00 ng mL− 1 level varied from 70.2 ± 4.6% to 98.4 ± 8.5%. The proposed SPME method was applied in twenty-six water samples collected in the “Platô de Neópolis”, State of Sergipe, Brazil. Methyl parathion was detected in five samples with an average concentration of 0.17 ng mL− 1 and bifenthrin, pyraclostrobin and azoxystrobin residues were found in three samples with average concentrations of 2.28, 3.12 and 0.15 ng mL− 1, respectively.  相似文献

In this work, multivariable calibration models based on middle- and near-infrared spectroscopy were developed in order to determine the content of biodiesel in diesel fuel blends, considering the presence of raw vegetable oil. Soybean, castor and used frying oils and their corresponding esters were used to prepare the blends with conventional diesel. Results indicated that partial least squares (PLS) models based on MID or NIR infrared spectra were proven suitable as practical analytical methods for predicting biodiesel content in conventional diesel blends in the volume fraction range from 0% to 5%. PLS models were validated by independent prediction set and the RMSEPs were estimated as 0.25 and 0.18 (%, v/v). Linear correlations were observed for predicted vs. observed values plots with correlation coefficient (R) of 0.986 and 0.994 for the MID and NIR models, respectively. Additionally, principal component analysis (PCA) in the MID region 1700 to 1800 cm− 1 was suitable for identifying raw vegetable oil contaminations and illegal blends of petrodiesel containing the raw vegetable oil instead of ester.  相似文献

The vibrational coupling in the ground and excited states of positively charged naphthalene, anthracene, tetracene, and pentacene molecules is studied on the basis of a joint experimental and theoretical study of ionization spectra using high-resolution gas-phase photoelectron spectroscopy and first-principles correlated quantum-mechanical calculations. Our theoretical and experimental results reveal that, while the main contribution to relaxation energy in the ground state of oligoacene systems comes from high-energy vibrations, the excited-state relaxation energies show a significant redistribution toward lower-frequency vibrations. A direct correlation is found between the nature of the vibronic interaction and the pattern of the electronic state structure.  相似文献

In this study, microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) was prepared from the acid hydrolysis of bacterial cellulose (BC) produced in culture medium of static Acetobacter xylinum. The MCC-BC produced an average particle size between 70 and 90 μm and a degree of polymerization (DP) of 250. The characterization of samples was performed by thermogravimetric analysis, X-ray diffraction, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The MCC shows a lower thermal stability than the pristine cellulose, which was expected due to the decrease in the DP during the hydrolysis process. In addition, from X-ray diffractograms, we observed a change in the crystalline structure. The images of SEM for the BC and MCC show clear differences with modifications of BC fiber structure and production of particles with characteristics similar to commercial MCC.  相似文献

Quality control of toys for avoiding children exposure to potentially toxic elements is of utmost relevance and it is a common requirement in national and/or international norms for health and safety reasons. Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) was recently evaluated at authors' laboratory for direct analysis of plastic toys and one of the main difficulties for the determination of Cd, Cr and Pb was the variety of mixtures and types of polymers. As most norms rely on migration (lixiviation) protocols, chemometric classification models from LIBS spectra were tested for sampling toys that present potential risk of Cd, Cr and Pb contamination. The classification models were generated from the emission spectra of 51 polymeric toys and by using Partial Least Squares - Discriminant Analysis (PLS-DA), Soft Independent Modeling of Class Analogy (SIMCA) and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN). The classification models and validations were carried out with 40 and 11 test samples, respectively. Best results were obtained when KNN was used, with corrected predictions varying from 95% for Cd to 100% for Cr and Pb.  相似文献

This study aimed to evaluate minor and trace elements in the water during different water purification steps of a deionized water production plant, located at CENA, by total-reflection X-ray fluorescence (TXRF) technique, using Ga as internal standard for elemental quantification. This approach was capable of determining Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ge, As, Se, Br, Rb at concentrations higher than 40–100 μg L−1, and for K, Ca, Sc, Ti, V and Sr at concentrations higher than sub mg L−1 in the water samples. TXRF spectrometer encompasses an X-ray tube with a Mo target with a Zr filter. The elemental characteristic X-rays were recorded by a Si(Li) semiconductor detector and the X-ray spectra deconvoluted by AXIL software.  相似文献

One of the oldest forms of medical practice is the use of plants for the treatment and prevention of diseases that affect humans. We have studied the antimicrobial activity and synergism of Piper gaudichaudianum Kuntze with different antibiotics. The crude extract from the leaves of P. gaudichaudianum was submitted to chromatographic separation, resulting in five fractions. Fraction F3 contained a chromone (2,2-dimethyl-6-carboxycroman-4-one), and fraction F2 contained isomers that are prenylated derivatives of benzoic acid [4-hydroxy-(3',7'-dimethyl-1'-oxo-octa-E-2'-6'-dienyl)benzoic acid and 4-hydroxy-(3',7'-dimethyl-1'-oxo-octa-2'-Z-6'-dienyl) benzoic acid]. The chemical structures of both compounds were determined by analysis of 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, COZY, DEPT, HMQC, and HMBC spectral data, and by comparison with data in the literature. The crude extract, fraction F2, and fraction F3 showed good activity against Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, and Candida tropicalis. The two benzoic acid derivatives only showed activity against S. aureus and B. subtilis. The bioauthographic analysis showed an inhibition zone only in fraction F2. Fractions F2 and F3 showed synergism in combination with ceftriaxone, tetracycline, and vancomycin. Morphological changes in form and structure were found by scanning electron microscopy in S. aureus treated with the combination of fraction F2 with vancomycin.  相似文献

Emulsions containing vegetable oils and anisotropic phases have especially attractive properties in pharmaceutical technology. They are use as vehicle for different kind of drugs, especially those of topical application. Apart from that, many vegetable oil have pharmacological activity, increasing the necessity for the development of new delivery systems for them. We developed emulsions with vegetable oils at a fixed surfactant ratio and observed the formation of liquid crystalline phases. Nine vegetable oils: Andiroba, Apricot, Avocado, Brazil Nut, Buriti, Cupuassu, Marigold, Passion Fruit and Pequi and mineral oil were tested. Surfactant system was consisted by Steareth-2 and Ceteareth-5. Emulsions were prepared by the emulsion phase inversion (EPI) method, presenting high stability independent on the HLB value. Results indicate that this method could be employed to attain stable emulsions, even if the required HLB value is not known.  相似文献

In this work, a flow-injection spectrophotometric method for dipyrone determination in pharmaceutical formulations was developed. Dipyrone sample solutions were injected into a carrier stream of deionized water and the reaction was carried out in a solid-phase reactor (12 cm, 2.0 mm i.d.) packed with Cu3(PO4)2(s) entrapped in a matrix of polyester resin. The Cu(II) ions were released from the solid phase reactor by the formation of Cu(II)-(dipyrone)n complex. When the complex is released, it reacts with 0.02% m/v alizarin red S in deionized water to produce a Cu(VABO3)3 complex whose absorbance was monitored at 540 nm. The calibration graph was linear over the range 5.0×10?5–4.0×10?4 mol L?1 with a detection limit of 2.0×10?5 mol L?1 and relative standard deviation for 10 successive determinations of 1.5% (2.0×10?4 mol L?1 dipyrone solution). The calculated sample throughput was 60 h?1. The column was stable for at least 8 h of continuous use (500 injections) at 25°C. Pharmaceutical formulations were analyzed and the results from an official procedure measurement were compared with those from the proposed FIA method in order to validate the latter method.   相似文献
