The infrared spectra of some derivatives of 2-pyrazoline have been studied in the region of the CN and N-H stretching bands.The N-H stretching frequency seems to be related to Taft's σ* constants of the substituents bound to the intracyclic carbon atoms. The “acidity” of this group seems to be considerably less than in pyrrole or in carboxylic amides.Absorption spectra of the pure compounds or of moderately concentrated solutions suggest the existence of intermolecular hydrogen bonding.The hybridization state of nitrogen atom (1) seems to be approximatively sp3, without any noticeable conjugation with the CN(2) double bond. In those cases where two conformers could be assumed to exist only one has been observed.These results are in accordance with those of a molecular orbital calculation by the CNDO/2 method. This calculation suggests that in 5-methyl-2-pyrazoline, the hydrogen atom bound to N(1) is trans with respect to the methyl group.  相似文献

This paper gives an axiomatic characterization of projective planes over rings of stable rank 2. These rings, which are known from algebraic K-theory, beautifully reflect simple geometric properties. The basic relations in the plane are incidence and the neighbor relation. The axioms consist of a number of axioms expressing elementary relations between points and lines such as, e. g., the existence of a unique line joining any two non-neighboring points, and a couple of axioms ensuring the existence of transvections and dilatations.  相似文献

Pion-nucleus scattering and reactions are treated in a theory which explicitly introduces the pion-nucleon resonances. Using a separation in Hilbert Space, doorway states of isobar-nuclear systems are introduced and nonresonant processes are clearly separated from resonance interactions. With one choice of doorway states a multiple scattering series is derived which corresponds to the conventional theory with binding energy and other corrections included. When another choice the isobar-doorway model is derived, with parameterization explicitly related to specific dynamic effects, our framework provides a phenomenological model for treating meson-nucleus interactions to all orders. Moreover, the parameters of the model have clear theoretical significance which can extend our knowledge of strong interactions physics. A numerical study is given for elastic scattering.  相似文献

We define optimal EKR-sets in finite buildings. This definition is motivated by various contributions on optimal EKR-sets in finite projective spaces and polar spaces. Our main result is the classification of optimal EKR-sets of type \(\{ \ell , \ell -1\}\) in finite building of type \(D_{\ell }\) with \(\ell \) even. As it is the case for most of the known optimal EKR-sets in finite buildings, our EKR-sets have a natural center. This provides some evidence that the EKR-problem for finite buildings and Tits center conjecture are closely related.  相似文献

In this paper we give a proof of the Miklós–Manickam–Singhi (MMS) conjecture for some partial geometries. Specifically, we give a condition on partial geometries which implies that the MMS conjecture holds.
