铝镓取代的钨硅杂多配合物位置异构体的合成表征及催化性能

合成了通式为Ｋ５－ｎＨｎ［α－，βｉ－ＳｉＷ１１Ｍ（Ｈ２Ｏ）Ｏ３９］·ｘＨ２Ｏ（Ｍ＝Ａｌ，Ｇａ，βｉ＝β１，β２，β３）的八种异构体。通过元素分析、红外光谱和紫外光谱、极谱和循环伏安、２７Ａｌ和１８３Ｗ核磁共振、Ｘ光电子能谱等方法进行了表征。所合成的各异构体在催化以Ｈ２Ｏ２为氧化剂的顺丁烯二酸环氧化反应中，β３异构体具有最高的催化活性     

Thermal effects on the mass spectra of benzophenone oximes obtained by gas chromatography/electron ionization mass spectrometry

Benzophenone oxime and substituted benzophenone oximes can be pyroiyzed to the imines to a small extent in the heated transfer line from the gas chromatograph to the mass spectrometer source and to a large extent in the hot injection port of a gas chromatograph at high temperatures using the splitless mode of sample injection. The pyrolysis of the oximes to the imines appears to be largely a surface reaction and does not form the benzophenones as pyrolysis products. Decomposition of benzophenone oxime to benzophenone was produced by another reaction at the front of the chromatographic column. Thermal isomerizaton of benzophenone oxime to benzanilide was not observed under these conditions.     

Unfolding of heptameric co-chaperonin protein follows "fly casting" mechanism: observation of transient nonnative heptamer

Protein recognition and binding play a fundamental role in living systems but sometimes also result in pathological aggregates. To probe the coupling between folding and binding in a homoheptameric system, we have characterized the time-resolved unfolding/disassembly mechanism of human co-chaperonin protein 10 (cpn10) by a combination of experimental and computational methods. The results from both approaches are in excellent agreement and make obvious that the kinetic process is three-state: an initial polypeptide-unfolding step, resulting in a non-native heptamer, is followed by a slower heptamer-dissociation step. This demonstrates that the barriers on the kinetic free-energy landscape are defined by thermodynamic stability. cpn10 is one of few, and the only heptameric, experimentally characterized system that follows the "fly casting scenario" of molecular recognition.     

三正辛胺修饰电极伏安测定痕量金的研究

用化学修饰电极伏安测定痕量金,Kalcher K等曾采用阴离子交换剂碳糊修饰电极及打萨宗碳糊修饰电极检测100～300μg/L的金。本文采用三正辛胺(TOA)修饰玻碳电极,在1.5 mol/L介质中,Au(Ⅲ)在+0.16 V(vs SCE)处有一灵敏的不可逆还原峰。检出限为0.1μg/L。灵敏度比文献方法高千倍。Au(Ⅲ)浓度在5×10~(-7)～5×10~(-9)mol/L范围内峰高与浓度     

The research on the high quality TiO2, MoO3-doped WO3 electrochromic film

The high quality TiO2, MoO3-doped WO3 electrochromic film was prepared by the sol–gel method for the first time. The sol, which has hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and oxalic acid (H2C2O4), was very stable at room temperature and quite suitable for the deposition of films. The WO3 electrochromic film prepared from this doped sol had excellent performance, such as short response time, no cracks, good adhesion to the substrate, high coloring efficiency and longevity of service.     

Growth of ramification-like ZnO rods in the presence of polyaniline

To obtain new materials with synergetic or complementary behaviors, polyaniline composite filled with ZnO rods in ramification-like structure was prepared by a hydrothermal approach. Comparative experiments of ZnO preparation in the presence of some metal ions were also carried out. The results indicated that the morphology of ZnO was strongly affected by the preparation condition. The method to grow ZnO rods in the presence of polyaniline offers a simple approach to obtain polyaniline composite filled with linear ZnO structure. The results of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy show that the strong interaction between ZnO and polyaniline possibly exists to cause the charge transfer.     

Sulfonated poly(ether ether ketone)/poly(amide imide) polymer blends for proton conducting membrane

Poly(amide imide) (PAI) was synthesized using 1,2,4-benzenetricarboxylic anhydride (BTBA) and 4,4′-methylenebis(phenyl isocyanate) (MBPI). SPEEK/PAI blend membranes were prepared and investigated by NMR, GPC, FT-IR and AFM. The chemical structures of PAI and SPEEK were characterized by using NMR and FT-IR. The adsorption of the SPEEK/PAI blend membrane of water or methanol solution was also characterized. The significant swelling of the blend membrane in concentrated methanol solution was explained by the solubility parameter. The water diffusion coefficient (D_H2O) was related to the lambda value of the membrane. The SPEEK/PAI blend membrane had a lower proton conductivity and methanol permeability than Nafion. However, the relative selectivity (proton conductivity divided by methanol permeability) of the SPEEK/PAI 70/30 (w/w) blend membrane was 3.46 × 10⁴ S s cm⁻³, which is closed to that of Nafion (3.30 S s cm⁻³).     

C-H...N and C-H...S hydrogen bonds--influence of hybridization on their strength

Simple complexes connected through C-H...S and C-H...N interactions are investigated: CH4...NH3, C2H4...NH3, C2H2...NH3, CH4...SH2, C2H4...SH2, and C2H2...SH2. Ab initio and DFT calculations are performed (SCF, MP2, B3LYP) using different basis sets up to the MP2/aug-cc-pVQZ//MP2/aug-cc-pVDZ level of approximation. The Bader theory is applied since MP2/6-311++G(d,p) wave functions are used to find and to characterize bond critical points in terms of electron densities and their Laplacians. The influence of hybridization on the properties of C-H...S and C-H...N systems is also studied showing that the strength of such interactions increases in the following order: C(sp3)-H...Y, C(sp2)-H...Y, C(sp)-H...Y, where Y = S, N--it is in line with the previous findings on C-H...O hydrogen bonds. The results also show that CH4...SH2 and C2H4...SH2 complexes should be rather classified as van der Waals interactions and not as hydrogen bonds. The frequency associated with the C-H stretch of C(sp3)-H...S is blue-shifted.     

Preparation and characterization of polyvinyl alcohol-capped CdSe nanoparticles at room temperature

Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)-capped CdSe nanoparticles were successfully prepared by a one-step solution growth technique at room temperature and ambient pressure. X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, infrared spectra, and X-ray photoelectron spectra were used to characterize the final product. The as-prepared CdSe nanocrystals were well dispersed and uniform in shape and the diameter of the particles was confined within 8 nm. Ultraviolet-visible absorption spectra were used to study the confined growth process of PVA-capped CdSe nanoparticles. Photoluminescence measurement showed the near band-edge luminescence of the final product.
