Deuterium labelled compounds are of significant importance in chemical mechanism investigations, mass spectrometric studies, diagnoses of drug metabolisms, and pharmaceutical discovery. Herein, we report an efficient hydrogen deuterium exchange reaction using deuterium oxide (D2O) as the deuterium source, enabled by merging a tetra-n-butylammonium decatungstate (TBADT) hydrogen atom transfer photocatalyst and a thiol catalyst under light irradiation at 390 nm. This deuteration protocol is effective with formyl C–H bonds and a wide range of hydridic C(sp3)–H bonds (e.g. α-oxy, α-thioxy, α-amino, benzylic, and unactivated tertiary C(sp3)–H bonds). It has been successfully applied to the high incorporation of deuterium in 38 feedstock chemicals, 15 pharmaceutical compounds, and 6 drug precursors. Sequential deuteration between formyl C–H bonds of aldehydes and other activated hydridic C(sp3)–H bonds can be achieved in a selective manner.A selective hydrogen deuterium exchange reaction with formyl C–H bonds and a wide range of hydridic C(sp3)–H bonds has been achieved by merging tetra-n-butylammonium decatungstate photocatalyst and a thiol catalyst under 390 nm light irradiation. 相似文献

用偶联剂乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷改性纳米粒子TiO2, 应用超声技术将TiO2 纳米粒子分散在甲醇介质中, 然后用苯乙烯(ST)原位聚合包封, 再用丙烯酰胺或乙烯基吡咯烷酮(VP)共聚, 两步原位分散聚合得到了有机聚合物为壳、TiO2为核的有机/无机复合粒子. 用红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱、透射电子显微镜等检测手段进行表征. 结果显示: 由于双亲共聚物对TiO2纳米粒子的敏化作用, 紫外-可见光谱图上两种纳米复合粒子的最大吸收峰均有明显红移, 并且吸收光谱的范围扩大了, 其中尤以TiO2/(PST-co-PVP)为甚. 意味着光敏化活性的提高, 特别是在可见光谱的范围内. 这种情形对宽带隙半导体材料如TiO2纳米粒子的光催化特性是有利的, 表明这类材料的应用空间得到了拓展. 相似文献

Two novel copper(I) complexes with Cu‐O bonds, [Cu2L2(PPh3)2](BF4)2 ( 1 ) and [Cu(L)(dppeo)](BF4) ( 2 ) ( L = 6‐(4‐diethylmethylphosphonatephenyl)‐2,2′‐bipyridine, dppeo = bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane monoxide), have been prepared and their structures characterized. In the binuclear complex 1 , the ligand L serves as tridentate donor with the N, N′ and O as coordination atoms, and the two CuI atoms are bridged through both P = O donor atoms in different ligand L with a triphenylphosphine molecule as auxiliary ligand. While in mononuclear complex 2 , both ligands L and dppeo behave as bidentate with N∧N from L and P∧O from dppeo chelating to CuI atom. 相似文献

We studied here the binding of the mastoparan X peptide to a zwitterionic lipid bilayer (POPC) and demonstrated that nitrile-derivatized amino acids can be used to determine the hydration state (or change in hydration state) of specific sites of membrane-interactive peptides (upon binding). We have also shown that polarized ATR-FTIR measurements can further be used to uncover information regarding the spatial orientation of individual side chains as well as their conformational preference within the lipid bilayer. 相似文献

3D-QSAR Study on Diindolylmethane and Its Analogues with Comparative Molecular Field Analysis(CoMFA)
Comparative molecular field analysis (CoMFA),a three dimensional quantitative structure-activity relationship (3D-QSAR) method was applied to a series of diindolylmethane(DIM) analogs to study the relationship between their structure and their induction of CYP 1A1-associated ethoxyresorufin-O-deethylase(EROD) activity.A DISCO model of pharmacophore was derved to guide the superposition of the compounds.The coefficient of cross-validation (q^2) and non cross-validation(r^2) for the model established by the study are 0.827 and 0.988 respectively,the value of variance ratio (F) is 103.53 and standard error estimate (SEE)is 0.044.These values indicate that the CoMFA model derived is significant and might have a good prediction for the catalytic activity of DIM compounds.As a consequence,the predicted activity values of new designed compounds were all higher than that of the reported value. 相似文献

The reaction of 1,4,5,6‐tetrahydro‐6‐pyridazinone‐3‐carboxylic acid hydrazides ( 1 ) with aromatic aldehydes afforded 1,4,5,6‐tetrahydro‐6‐pyridazinone‐3‐carbonyl aromatic aldehyde hydrazones ( 2a‐2g ). Heterocyclic derivatives linked 1,3,4‐oxadiazole obtained by cyclocondensation of 2a‐2g with acetic anhydride in absolute ethanol, and 2a‐2g cyclized with mercaptoacetic acid in DMF in the presence of anhydrous ZnCl2 afforded the 1,3‐thiazolidinone derivatives. A quantitative analysis method for penicillins including ampicillin (AmP), benzyl penicillin (BP), oxacillin (OA) and amoxycillin (AmO) is proposed that makes use of the totally internally reflected resonance light scattering (TIR-RLS) signal from the penicillin at the H2O/CCl4 interface in the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB), and enables the pharmacokinetics of penicillin taken orally and excreted through urine to be monitored. Penicillin is coadsorbed with CTMAB at the H2O/CCl4 interface in neutral solution, resulting in the formation of ion associates that display greatly enhanced TIR-RLS signals (maximum at 368–372 nm). This enhanced TIR-RLS intensity was found to be proportional to the penicillin concentration over the range 0.2×10–6 to 2.2×10–6 mol L–1, with limits of determination (3) of 5.0×10–8 to 7.0×10–8 mol L–1. Pharmacokinetics studies performed using the present method show that the excretion of orally-taken ampicillin through urine has a half-time of 1.05 h and an excremental quantum over 8 h of 49.3%, respectively. 相似文献

Nematic-isotropic interfaces exhibit novel dynamics due to anchoring of the liquid crystal molecules on the interface. The objective of this study is to demonstrate the consequences of such dynamics in the flow field created by an elongated nematic drop retracting in an isotropic matrix. This is accomplished by two-dimensional flow simulations using a diffuse-interface model. By exploring the coupling among bulk liquid crystal orientation, surface anchoring and the flow field, we show that the anchoring energy plays a fundamental role in the interfacial dynamics of nematic liquids. In particular, it gives rise to a dynamic interfacial tension that depends on the bulk orientation. Tangential gradient of the interfacial tension drives a Marangoni flow near the nematic-isotropic interface. Besides, the anchoring energy produces an additional normal force on the interface that, together with the interfacial tension, determines the movement of the interface. Consequently, a nematic drop with planar anchoring retracts more slowly than a Newtonian drop, while one with homeotropic anchoring retracts faster than a Newtonian drop. The numerical results are consistent with prior theories for interfacial rheology and experimental observations. 相似文献
