Quantification of L-ascorbic acid and total ascorbic acid in fruits and spinach by capillary zone electrophoresis

A standard curve for the quantification of L-ascorbic acid (L-AA) by capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) was established, and the quantification of ascorbic acid and total ascorbic acid in fruits (lemon, Sunkist, and pineapple) and spinach were performed using D-isoascorbic acid (D-IAA) as an internal standard. The minimum detection limits (MDLs) for L-AA and D-IAA were determined to be 1 and 2 microg/mL, respectively, at 265 nm. Dehydroascorbic acid (DHAA) in fruits and spinach was quantified in the presence of DL-homocysteine. The recoveries for L-AA in these juices were between 95 and 105%.     

Synthesis α‐aminonitrile through anodic cyanation of N‐benzylpiperidine

Six‐membered cyclic α‐aminonitrile has been prepared from anodic cyanation of N‐benzylpiperidine. Good yields of α‐aminonitriles could be obtained through potentiostatic electrolysis under different conditions. The results also explain why high yield α‐aminonitriles could not be obtained under constant current electrolysis.     

高密度燃料HDF-1与橡胶的相容性研究

报道了在室温和70 ℃下橡胶材料G402氟硅胶、丁腈胶5171、丁腈胶4170、贮囊橡胶用合成的高密度燃料HDF-1浸泡后性能如伸长率、邵尔硬度、重量、面积体积的变化，并与采用3号喷气燃料（RP-3）实验结果进行对照。用红外光谱测定了燃料浸泡前后橡胶组成的变化。实验结果表明，G402氟硅胶和贮囊对于HDF-1和RP-3有相近的相容性，丁腈胶5171对HDF-1的相容性比对RP-3的相容性稍差，丁腈胶4170对HDF-1的相容性比对RP-3的相容性更差的结果。因此，丁腈胶5171和丁腈胶4170不能用于HDF-1储存和输送，原使用RP-3系统的橡胶密封件不能直接使用HDF-1。     

取代基效应与乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物的序列结构——5.乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物

本文应用取代基效应(SCS)方法研究了乙烯-乙烯醇(EVA)共聚物,得到了羟基(-OH)在两种不同溶剂中的SCS参数:在苯酚+重水(80/20W/W)中参数为S_1=42.77±0.08ppm,S_2=7.155±0.06ppm,S_3(s)=-4.08±0.02ppm,S_3(t)=-3.09±0.02ppm,S_4=0.48±0.03ppm,S_5=0.26±0.05ppm,在以邻二氯苯为溶剂时参数为S_1=44.97±0.61ppm,S_2=7.40±0.00ppm,S_3(s)=-4.51±0.17ppm,S_3(t)=-3.13±0.00ppm,S_4=0.63±0.04ppm,S_5=0.36±0.00ppm,同时利用所得到的SCS参数对该共聚物的~(13)C NMR谱进行了归属。     

Dawson结构钨钒磷杂多化合物催化苯酚过氧化氢的羟化作用及其羟化机理

合成了系列Ｄａｗｓｏｎ结构钨钒磷杂多化合物（Ｃｐｙｒ）７＋ｎＰ２Ｗ１８－ｎＶｎＯ６２（ｎ＝１～３），并用ＩＲ，ＮＭＲ等手段对其结构进行了表征．考察了这类杂多化合物对苯酚过氧化氢的羟化活性，探讨了反应机理．     

Preparation of Nano-Sized γ-Al2O3 Supported Iron Catalyst for Fischer-Tropsch Synthesis by Solvated Metal Atom Impregnation Methods

Two types of small iron clusters supported on γ-Al2O3-RT(dehydroxylated at room temperature) and γ-Al2O3-800 (dehydroxylated at 800 ℃) were prepared by solvated metal atom impregnation (SMAI) techniques. The iron atom precursor complex, bis(toluene)iron(0) formed in the metal atom reactor, was impregnated into γ-Al2O3 having different concentrations of surface hydroxyl groups to study the effect of surface hydroxylation on the crucial stage of iron cluster formation. Catalysts prepared in this way were characterized by TEM, M(o)ssbauer, and chemisorption measurements, and the results show that higher concentration of surface hydroxyl groups of γ-Al2O3-RT favors the formation of more positively charged supported iron cluster Fen/γ-Al2O3-RT, and the lower concentration of surface hydroxyl groups of γ-Al2O3-800 favors the formation of basically neutral supported iron cluster Fen/γ-Al2O3-800. The measured results also indicate that the higher concentration of surface hydroxyl groups causes the rapid decomposition of precursor complex, bis(toluene)iron(0), and favors the formation of relatively large iron cluster. Consequently, these two types of catalysts show different catalytic properties in Fischer-Tropsch reaction. The catalytic pattern of Fen/γ-Al2O3-RT in F-T reaction is similar to that of the unreduced α-Fe2O3 and that of Fen/γ-Al2O3-800 is similar to that of the reduced α-Fe2O3.     

聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯单分子膜的原子力学显微镜研究

报道了利用原子力显微镜（ＡＦＭ）技术对聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯（ＰＭＭＡ）单分子膜进行分子结构水平的观察研究．由ＡＰＭ图像中得到的ＰＭＭＡ单体所占面积与用π－Ａ曲线中换算出液面上ＰＭＭＡＬａｕｇｍｕｉｒ膜中单体的面积符合得很好．从ＡＦＭ图像中可见ＰＭＭＡＬＢ膜中ＰＭＭＡ的线型碳链是与档板（ｂａｒｒｉｅｒ）平行的紧密排列，与ＬＢ提膜方向相垂直．并由此对ＰＭＭＡＬＢ膜的形成过程进行分析．此外，还观察到了在Ｓｉ基底上ＰＭＭＡ直链的卷绕伸直排列形态，初步分析了其形成原因．     

Binding Reaction of Hemin with Chloroquine, Quinine and Quinidine in Water-propylene Glycol Mixture

the interaction of hemin with chloroquine,quinine and quinidine was investigated in 50% water-propylene glycol mixture at pH=9,8.1,7.4 and 6.8using a spectrophotometric method.The data could be well fitted into a model consistent with the formation of a 1:1 complex between the reacting partners.In addition,the results indicated that hemin complexed more strongly with quinidine than with chloroquine and quinine,and the binding constants were pH-dependent.Moreover,it was proved that the water-propylene glycol mixture is well suitable to the study of the systems containing hemin and quinolinebased drugs.     

毒素蛋白ColicinE1与磷脂膜相互作用的荧光光谱研究临界摩尔比的测定

磷脂－蛋白相互作用的临界摩尔比是研究膜脂－蛋白相互作用的重要参数．本文利用荧光光谱技术首次测定了毒素蛋白ＣｏｌｉｃｉｎＥ１在不同条件下与不同磷脂膜相互作用的临界摩尔比并通过临界摩尔比的变化讨论了插膜蛋白与磷脂膜相互作用的规律，为进一步探讨毒素蛋白的插膜机制提供了重要的基础     

Metal-ion adsorption on carboxyl-bearing self-assembled monolayers covalently bound to magnetic nanoparticles

Hematite nanoparticles have been functionalized with a self-assembled monolayer of undecanoic acid (UA) by covalent attachment via siloxane groups. The number density of carboxylic/carboxylate groups on the surface was determined by titration, yielding values on the order of 10(14) UA molecules/cm(2) and thus consistent with a closed-packed monolayer. The ability of these functionalized particles to adsorb Cd(2+) in the ppm range was demonstrated using in situ anodic stripping voltammetry.
