Synthesis process of nanowired Al/CuO thermite   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Al/CuO nanothermites were fabricated by thermal oxidation of copper layer at 450 °C for 5 h and by aluminum thermal evaporation: thermal evaporation allows producing thin layer less than 2 μm in size. The copper has been deposited by electroplating or thermal evaporation depending on the required thickness. The obtained diameter of Al/CuO nanowires is 150-250 nm. Al/CuO nanowires composite were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and differential thermal analysis (DTA). Two distinct exothermic reactions occurred at 515 and 667 °C and total energy release of this thermite is 10 kJ/cm3.  相似文献

Industrially manufactured titanium dioxide nanoparticles have been successfully radiolabelled with 48V by irradiation with a cyclotron-generated proton beam. Centrifugation tests showed that the 48V radiolabels were stably bound within the nanoparticle structure in an aqueous medium, while X-ray diffraction indicated that no major structural modifications to the nanoparticles resulted from the proton irradiation. In vitro tests of the uptake of cold and radiolabelled nanoparticles using the human cell line Calu-3 showed no significant difference in the uptake between both batches of nanoparticles. The uptake was quantified by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry and high resolution γ-ray spectrometry for cold and radiolabelled nanoparticles, respectively. These preliminary results indicate that alterations to the nanoparticles’ properties introduced by proton bombardment can be controlled to a sufficient extent that their further use as radiotracers for biological investigations can be envisaged and elaborated.  相似文献

High-spin states in the odd-proton nucleus 173Lu have been populated in a 170Er(7Li,4n) reaction and the emitted -radiation was detected with the GASP array. The favoured and unfavoured sequences of the band have been considerably extended. The favoured sequence does not show any indication of a band crossing up to a rotational frequency of 0.45 MeV. This is the largest crossing frequency ever observed for 1/2- [541] bands of odd-proton nuclei with and . If the baryon asymmetry of the Universe is produced by leptogenesis, CP violation is required in the lepton sector. In the seesaw extension of the standard model with three hierarchical right-handed neutrinos, we show that the baryon asymmetry is insensitive to the Pontecorvo-Maki-Nagakawa-Sakata phases: thermal leptogenesis can work for any value of the observable phases. This result was well known when there were no flavor effects in leptogenesis; we show that it remains true when flavor effects are included.  相似文献

We model a feasible experiment involving two interacting microwave cavities with very different quality factors. An excitation is initially present in the high Q cavity. Modeling the environment as linearly coupled oscillators, we find a Zeno-like behavior which should occur when the dissipation constant is large enough as compared to the unitary coupling.  相似文献

The influence of different M2+ cations on the effective magnetic anisotropy of systems composed of MFe2O4 (M=Fe, Co and Mn) nanoparticles was investigated. Samples were prepared by the high-temperature (538 K) solution phase reaction of Fe (acac)3, Co (acac)2 and Mn (acac)2 with 1,2 octanodiol in the presence of oleic acid and oleylamine. The final particles are coated by an organic layer of oleic acid that prevents agglomeration. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) images show that particles present near spherical form and a narrow grain size distribution, with mean diameters in the range of 4.5–7.6 nm. Powder samples were analyzed by ac susceptibility and Mössbauer measurements, and Keff for all samples was evaluated using both techniques, showing a strong dependence on the nature of the divalent cation.  相似文献
