In the present contribution, we report results on energy straggling of He ions penetrating Mylar and polypropylene thin polymeric foils. The measurements were performed in the 900–3000 keV incident particle energy range by using the indirect transmission technique developed previously. The experimental straggling data are corrected to consider the roughness effects due to target thickness inhomogeneity. As expected, the roughness contribution to straggling is more important for helium than for proton ions and decreases as the ion energy increases. At low velocities, (<500 keV/amu), the variation of the experimental energy straggling results differs strongly from predictions based on Bohr’s formalism, and with increasing energies, the experimental results approach gradually the Bohr values.  相似文献

A standardized and smooth protocol for solid-phase glycopeptides synthesis under microwave irradiation was developed. Double activation system was proved to allow for highly efficient coupling of Tn-Ser/Thr and bulky core 2-Ser/Thr derivatives. Versatility and robustness of the present strategy was demonstrated by constructing a Mucine-1 (MUC1) fragment and glycosylated fragments of tau protein. The success of this approach relies on the combination of microwave energy, a resin consisting totally of polyethylene glycol, a low excess of sugar amino acid and the "double activation" method.  相似文献

Nano-indentations using a Berkovich indenter were performed in order to analyze the mechanical properties of hybrid organic-inorganic coatings. This technique allows to measure low load deformations and therefore to estimate quantitatively mechanical properties of the coatings. The elastic modulus and the hardness were determined on the basis of the load-displacement curve. We report results obtained for class II hybrid coatings based on SiO2-PMMA prepared by sol-gel process. The effects of coating composition were investigated.  相似文献
